Abstract

Det er beskrevet en kapasitiv nivåmåler (1) som er spesielt egnet til nivåbestemmelse i oljesepara-tortanker (2). Kapasitetssensoren (1) omfatter en målesonde (5) med minst én sensorelektrode (6). Målesonden (5) er i det minste delvis mantlet med minst ett ytterskikt (7a) av et fluorert kunst-stoff og minst ett innerskikt (7b) av et kunst-stoff som er fylt med glimmer. Viktige utførelse-seksempler vedrører et ytterskikt av perfluorety-len-perfluorpropylen-kopolymer (FEP) (7a), et innerskikt av et glimmerbelagt glassfiberbånd (7b) som er impregnert med epoksyharpiks og eventuelt silanisert, og en inkompressibel termisk tilpasset fylling av målesonderøret (9) med silikonolje (11) og glasskuler eller glasspolyedere (12) og/eller en innerstav av AlMgSi-fylt epoksyharpiks. Mant-lingen (7a, 7b) er elektrisk isolerende, kjemisk inert, hydrofob, oleofob, vanntett, mekanisk ro-bust og enkelt å fremstille.
