Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en injeksjonsslange f.or kjemisk injeksjon i betong. The present invention relates to an injection hose for chemical injection into concrete.
It is known that concrete structures that are under water pressure place great demands on the execution of the concrete casting in general and particularly great demands must be placed on the concrete joints.
The ideal joint between two concrete castings should be achieved without cracks, cracks, stone nests and the like.
However, in practice this will be virtually impossible due to a lack of homogeneity in the concrete and also due to the shrinkage that occurs when the concrete sets.
The resulting cracks and fissures are then sought to be sealed afterwards, and one way of such sealing is by spot injection into the concrete joints.
However, this method is uncertain and also very expensive.
People have therefore sought to find better methods for sealing concrete joints and the system that is generally used today is an injection system which is based on perforated hoses that run in the longitudinal direction of the concrete joint and where a sealing material, usually a two-component polyurethane material, is injected into the hoses and distributed in the joint using the perforations with subsequent curing and sealing.
This system is laid in advance and therefore the very time-consuming and expensive drilling of the concrete structure is saved.
Known on the market are flexible steel hoses that are wrapped in one or more layers of textile fabric.
The purpose of the cloth is to prevent the concrete mass during casting from sealing the perforation in the distribution hose for the curing material, for this purpose, however, textile cloth has proven unfavorable as the cloth itself is a surface element that was sealed during casting so that injection compound did not escape from the perforated hose for sealing of resulting cracks and fissures.
Later development and research in the area has led to the system that is today marketed under the trademark "FUKO®".
This system comprises a hose core made of a firm and strong material along which grooves are arranged longitudinally in the bottom of which in turn perforations are formed throughout.
These grooves are covered by loose lamellas so that the hose's overall profile is approximately circular.
The purpose of these lamellas is to prevent the concrete mass that is cast from sealing the perforations of the hose while at the same time ensuring that the injection mass can be pushed out of the feed hose even at low pressure and into the surrounding cracks and crevices.
The well-known "FUKO®" system is then finally equipped with a surrounding woven, open plastic stocking to hold the longitudinal slats in place.
This system is technically very reliable and safe to use, but has the disadvantage that it is relatively complicated to produce and also very expensive.
This price therefore justifies use only in cases where the concrete structures in question are under permanent water pressure and must therefore be secured.
In a very large number of constructions, the risk of water pressure outside the concrete construction will only be periodic and even only expected relatively rarely, examples of this are, for example, flash flood areas or other more or less periodically but very rarely flooded areas.
It may be appropriate here to use a system with reasonable safety of use, but which is simple and easy to produce and which is therefore also very reasonable in acquisition and use.
The present invention aims to provide such a reasonable injection system for chemical injection into concrete and therefore relates to an injection hose of the aforementioned type comprising a central, regularly perforated feed hose with a cover loosely arranged over the perforation with pores or meshes, and this hose is characterized by the tire consists of a compressible casing arranged around the hose's periphery with continuous fine pores which are closed and sealed against penetration from the outside under pressure by casting cavities around the hose, as penetration of a sealant from the inside can occur during subsequent injection.
Preferably, this cover consists of an elastic foam plastic or similar with fine pores throughout.
As mentioned above, the purpose of this cover over the perforation is to prevent the perforation from being sealed by the poured concrete mass.
According to the invention, this is achieved by the tire being pressed together and sealed when it comes into contact with the concrete, thereby blocking the flow of the concrete to the perforations, while there will still remain open channels where the concrete's impact is less direct, so that injection compound escapes from the perforations and can flow into the cracks and cracks to be sealed.
According to the invention, a conventional thick-walled plastic hose with continuous regular perforation around the entire circumference can be used as a feeding hose.
The cover can, if foam plastic is used as material, be produced by extrusion.
A surrounding support stocking can be put on without this being necessary.
As a material in the cover around the hose, one can also imagine a densely tangled net of one wire product, consisting of wires of very fine diameter.
En fintrådet stålull kan for eksempel benyttes. A finely threaded steel wool can be used, for example.
In this case, it may be advantageous to weave a retaining stocking on the outside of the feeding tube with the surrounding sleeve.
The invention is illustrated in the accompanying sketch which shows an injection hose 1 consisting of a feed hose 2 with both longitudinally and circumferentially regularly arranged perforations 3 and around which central hose 2 there is arranged a compressible cover 4 with continuous fine pores.
The product according to the invention is easy and simple to produce compared to the known technique and can thereby also be produced at a much lower price than the products that are currently on the market with comparable quality.
The object of the invention therefore satisfies the market's need for a reasonable product with reasonable safety, for use in all those places where water protection is necessary due to the occasional risk of water pressure outside the concrete structure, but where the main purpose is, if not to completely exclude water, then at least to delay water penetration to such an extent that the protection is in proportion to the risk at hand.
