Description
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en håndholdt stiftemaskin som angitt i krav ls Innledning. Stiftemaskiner med svingbare ambolter er kjent, se US-PS 2687522 og 2943327. Det er kjent å benytte leddmekanismer i håndverktøy for å øke den utøvede kraft, se eksempelvis US-PS 1541248.
Det foreligger imidlertid et behov for et verktøy som både har en svingbar ambolt og en forbedret stift-drivmekanisme beregnet for håndbetjening.
Ifølge oppfinnelsen foreslås det derfor en stiftemaskin som angitt ovenfor, med de i krav ls karakteristikk angitte kjennetegn. Ytterligere trekk ved stiftemaskinen går frem av underkravene.
Ved bruk av stiftemaskinen vil det andre håndtak under sin bevegelse mot det første håndtak først bevirke at ambolten svinger i retning mot stiftehodeenheten, hvorved arbeidsstykket som skal stiftes blir trykket sammen. Under den videre bevegelse av det andre håndtak vil et drivstykke, som er svingbart innkoblet mellom driveren og det andre håndtak, bevege seg mot stiftehodeenheten. Under det andre håndtaks fortsatte bevegelse vil drivforlengelsesstykket gå til en stilling nesten parallelt med driverens fremføringsretning. En slik plassering av driverforlengelsen og driveren ved begynnelsen av selve stiftgjennomføringen i arbeidsstykket vil gi et leddarrangement hvor driveren kan gis en stor kraftpåvirkning under en utøvelse av en relativ liten kraft på håndtakene.
Stiftemaskinen kan benyttes i forbindelse med en stifte-hodeenhet hvor stifter både tilformes og drives i en slagbevegelse, med utgangspunkt i stiftemner.

Den i fig.l viste håndholdte tang-stiftemaskin 10 innbefatter en håndtaksenhet 11 (vist i snitt i fig.l), hvilken enhet i sin tur består av et første håndtak 12, en stiftehodenhet 13, et stiftemagasinhus 14 og et rom 16 for opptak av en stift-drivleddmekanisme. Videre innbefatter stiftemaskinen et andre håndtak 17, et stiftemnebeltemagasin 18, en svingbar ambolt 19 og et løstagbart deksel 21 (se også fig.2).
Stiftehodeenheten 13 innbefatter en blokk 23 av et lett materiale, eksempelvis plast, en metallplate 24 og et stiftehode 26. Metallplaten 24 er montert på blokken 23 under utnyttelse av ssentreringstapper 28 på blokken 23, idet disse tappene går inn i sirkulære åpninger 29 i platen 24. Hodet 26 holdes i en avstand fra platen 24 ved hjelp av avstands-knaster 30 på hodet 26. Denne avstand gjør at det her dannes en stiftfremføringsbane for stiftemnene under deres forming og driving mot ambolten 19.
Stifting skjer under levering av stiftemner etter hverandre i belteform til et spor 32 i en stifteblokk 33. Denne stifteblokk 33 er montert i en åpning 34 i hodet 26 og holdes mot hodet ved hjelp av en fjær 36 som er lagt inn i hull 35 på siden av hodet. Stiftbeltet leveres til stifteblokken 33 når magasinet er innpasset i et Ikke vist kammer i blokken 23. Magasinrennen 37 har fremspring 38 som går igjennom blokkåpn-ingen 39 og plateåpningen 41. Fremspringene 38 går mot stiftehodet 26. Stiftemnene formes og drives med et enkelt oppadrettet slag av formeren 42 og driveren 43. Driveren 43 driver formeren 42 oppover hvorved benene 44 på formeren 42 går mot stiftemnet og tilformer en stift. Når driveren 43 fortsetter sin oppadrettede bevegelse vil dens fleksible armer 42a kamstyres slik at driveren 43 kan gli 1 friksjons-samvirke relativt formeren 42. Bevegelsen av driveren 43 oppover og deretter nedover i forhold til den svingbare ambolten 19 skjer ved hjelp av et andre håndtak 17. Dette er montert på en styrestang 46 som i sin tur er montert i små hylser 47 i det første håndtak. Stangen 46 er fast i håndtaket 12 og går igjennom rommet 16 i dette håndtak. Det andre håndtak 17 innbefatter en del 48 som fordelaktig er av plast. Denne del 48 er utformet med en øvre og nedre utsparing 49,51. I den øvre utsparing er det plassert to innbyrdes avstandsplasserte platearmer 52,53. I hver av disse er et spor 52a,53a for opptak av styrestangen 46. En fjær 45 er montert på sidestangen 46 og på en fjærstang 54 og presser en svingestang 57 oppover. Derved spres håndtakene 12,17 (se fig.2). Fjærstangen 54 er opplagret i hylser 50. I platearm-hullene 55,56 er svingestangen 57 opptatt. Ambolt-styrearmer 58,59 er også montert på svingestangen 57. Platearmene 52,53 har også hull 52b,53b for opptak av en svingebolt 61 for forbindelse med et avlangt driverforlengelsesledd 62.
Ambolten 19 er svingbart montert om en ambolt-svingeakse 63 som også bærer er holdefjær 64 for magasinet. Ambolten har sidearmer 66,67 som er svingbart forbundne med ambolt-trekkarmer 58,59 om en akse 65. Elementet 62 er svingbart forbundet med de innbyrdes avstandsplasserte ben 68,69 i et koblingsstykke 71 under utnyttelse av en svingebolt 72 hvis endepartier går i sporene 73. En fjær 74 er nederst ved 76 hengt opp i en stang 77 og er øverst ved 78 hengt på svingebolten 72. Denne fjær trekker driveren 43 og koblingsstykket 71 nedover til den tilbaketrukne stilling (fig.2). En nese 80 på koblingsstykket 71 har inngrep i et hull 79 i driveren 43. Fjæren 74 virker til å opprettholde en sammen-trykkende kraft mot arbeidsstykket 82 under stifteslaget og til å returnere mekanismen etter ferdig stifting.
Ved bruk av tangverktøyet 10 plasseres arbeidsstykket 82 (fig.2) mellom ambolten 19 og stiftehodet 26. Håndtakene 12,17 er spredd fra hverandre og ambolten 19 befinner seg i sin øvre stilling (fig.2). I denne utgangsstilling er styrestangen 46 i en mellomstilling i sporene 52a,53a og stangen eller bolten 72 befinner seg i bunnen av sporene 73 i huset (se fig.2). For stifting beveges det andre opptak 17 mot det første opptak 12. Derved beveges amboltarmene 66,67 nedover og ambolten 19 går således mot arbeidsstykket 82 (fig.3). Den videre bevegelse av håndtaket 17 mot håndtaket 12 vil det andre håndtak få en hovedsvingepunkt om svingebolten 57. I fig.4 ser man at fortsatt drelebevegelse av det andre håndtak 17 vil bevirke at leddet eller elementet 62 vil bevege seg til en stilling i hvilken senterlinjen A går nærmere en parallell med fremføringsbanen B til formeren 42 og driveren 43. Vinkelen C mellom linjene A og B er en spiss vinkel i området 20-30 grader. Leddet 62 går mot en trykk-plate 75. Denne trykkplaten 75 er av et hårdt materiale, eksempelvis stål, for derved å redusere slitasjen av bolten 72 1 sporene 73. Platen 75 er montert 1 et spor 70 i håndtaket 12 (se fig.2). Når svingebolten 62 beveger seg oppover i hussporene 73 tilveiebringes det en øket hevarms-virkning.Det virker altså ganske store krefter på driveren 43 over en liten avstand, og denne store kraft tilveiebringes ved at verktøyoperatøren tvinger håndtakene sammen over en større strekning under utøvelse av en relativt mindre kraft. Verktøyet kan b€;nyttes for stifting av ulike tykke arbeids-stykker. Arbeidsstykkets tykkelse bestemmer den nedadrettede bevegelse av amboltarmene 66,67 før amboltet får samvirke og vil trykke mot arbeidsstykket 82. Ved dette samvirke vil amboltarmenes videre nedoverrettede bevegelse hindres. Sporene 52a,53a tillater at det andre håndtak kan stille seg inn i henhold. til varierende arbeidsstykke-tykkelser. Arbeidsstykkets 82 varierende tykkelse kompenseres for ved bevegelsen av ele innbyrdes avstandsplasserte plater 52,53 idet sporene 52a,53a glir opp og ned på styrestangen 46, slik at håndtakene 12,17 kan bringes til anslag ved punktet D (fig.4) uten fare for for sterk sammenklemmIng.
Claims (3)
1.
Håndholdt verktøy med ambolt (19) og et hus (14) med et første håndtak (12), en stiftfremføringsbane (24,26) og et andre håndtak (17) montert på det første håndtak (12) mellom fremføringsbanen og ambolten for innføring av et arbeidsstykke, karakterisert ved en svingbar (65) montering av ambolten (19) på det første håndtak (12) for bevegelse mot og fra stiftfremføringsbanen,
en stiftdrivanordning (42,43,71) som kan bevege seg i fremføringsbanen i hovedsaken perpendikulært på ambolten (19),
ambolt-styrearmer (58,59) hvis respektive ene ende er svingbart forbundne (65) med ambolten (19) mens de andre endene er forbundne (57) med det andre håndtak (17),
en håndtaksmonteringsanordnlng på det første håndtak (12) for montering av det andre håndtak (14) og innbefattende en styrestang (46) festet til det første håndtak (12) og plassert i spor (52a, 53a), i det andre håndtak samt en svingeforbindelsesanordning (57) for forbindelse av ambolt-styrearmenes (58,59) nevnte andre ender med det andre håndtak (14), slik at det andre håndtak (14) kan bevege seg med ambolten (19) og dreie seg relativt det første håndtak helt til ambolten går mot arbeidsstykket, og
en avlang skyveranordning (62) på det andre håndtak (14) og i samvirke med stiftdrivanordningen (42,43,71), hvilken skyveranordning (62) er utformet og dimensjoner slik at når det andre håndtak (14) beveges mot det første håndtak (12) vil anordningen (62) danne en spiss vinkel med fremførings-retningen med stiftdrivanordningen, slik at derved ambolten først går mot arbeidsstykket og det andre håndtak deretter dreier seg om svingeforbindelsesanordnlngen (57) helt til skyveranordningen (62) skyver stiftdrivanordningen (42,43,71) en strekning tilstrekkelig for driving av stiften.

Verktøy ifølge krav 1,karakterisert ved at skyveranordningen innbefatter en svingestang (72) montert i den ene enden av skyveranordningen, idet verktøyet innbefatter spor (73) i det første håndtak, i hvilke spor svingestangen (72) kan gli for derved å bevirke at skyveranordningen (62) kan dreie seg med spiss vinkel relativt fremføringsretningen for stiftdriveranordningen (42,43,71) når det andre håndtak (14) beveges mot det første håndtak (12).
3.
Verktøy ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved en f jæranordning (45) som presser f jaerhånd takene fra hverandre når verktøyet er i utgangsstillingen.
