Description
Automatisk hånd-skytevåpen med én-delt grepdel. Automatic handgun with one-piece grip.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et The present invention relates to a
automatisk hånd-skytevåpen med en én-delt grepdel som slutter seg til låskassens underside og omfatter håndgrepet og opptar underbeslaget og i sin fremre og bakre ende har utsparinger for bolter, ved hjelp av hvilke bolter grepdelen er forbundet med låskassen og eventuelt med våpenets skulderstøtte (kolbe), og av hvilke bolter den fremre utgjør en del av et hengsel for nedsvingning av grepdelen. automatic hand-held firearm with a one-piece grip part which joins the underside of the lock case and includes the hand grip and occupies the lower bracket and at its front and rear end has recesses for bolts, by means of which bolts the grip part is connected to the lock case and possibly to the weapon's shoulder support ( flask), and of which bolts the front forms part of a hinge for swinging down the grip part.
In the case of the known firearms, the grip part is made of sheet steel and has circular bores at its front and rear end for receiving the aforementioned adjustment bolts which connect the grip part with the other parts of the weapon. During firing, the lock case is exposed to significant stresses in the form of shock-occurring tensions and accelerations which are transferred to the grip part above these bolts. Under the action of these forces, cracks and fissures will often occur in the area of the front drilling in the grip part and/or in the lock case, which render the grip part or the lock case unusable. Obviously, the strength of the material in the grip part or the lock case is not sufficient in the area where the two parts are connected to each other, to be able to withstand a certain number of shots. To remedy this by significantly reinforcing the material in these places is not possible due to space considerations. So far, it has therefore been included in the purchase that the grip part and the lock box are to be considered as parts that wear out and consequently have to be replaced after a certain number of shots.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce this early wear of the grip part and the lock case, which according to the invention is solved in a surprising way by the fact that the recess arranged in the front end of the grip part for the front bolt is designed as an elongated hole that runs in the longitudinal axis of the weapon.
In-depth investigations have shown that the lock box oscillates during firing, the nature and amplitude of which depend on its design. These oscillations are transferred to the grip part above the fastening bolts. As this grip part has a completely different mass and also a completely different distribution of the mass to the lock case, oscillations of a different nature, frequency and amplitude than in the lock case occur in the grip part. If the lock box and the grip part are firmly connected to each other at several mutually remote locations, there will be extremely large impact forces at the attachment points as a result of the oscillation and tensions, which in the known designs lead to destruction of the grip part at its weakest points or damage in the holes in the lock box, i.e. in the area of the front fastening bolt. If, however, the recess in the grip part for the front bolt is made as an elongated hole, the lock case and the grip part will only be connected to each other in the area of the rear bolt, so that there is a transfer of the forces from the lock case to the grip part. It is then possible that the two parts can oscillate independently of each other in agreement with their natural frequencies, the front bolt as a result of the recess allowing a relative movement between these parts in the weapon's longitudinal direction. Consequently, these oscillations will no longer transfer any tension forces from one part to the other. On the other hand, the rear bolt is sufficient to transfer the forces occurring during firing from the lock case to the grip part, as the grip part or the lock case in the area of the rear bolt can be designed significantly stronger than in the area of the front bolt. Practical tests have shown that a grip part designed according to the invention, even after many times the number of shots, at which cracks had previously occurred in the grip part or the lock case, did not show damage of any kind.
According to a further feature of the invention, the elongated recess can be open to the front and form a fork which accommodates the front bolt which is fixedly arranged in the lock box. This makes it possible to arrange this bolt firmly in the lock case, so that it cannot be lost during the disassembly of the weapon. The grip part is then pushed under the assembly of the weapon parts with the fork-shaped recess over the bolt in the lock case. The recesses arranged at the rear end of the grip part also do not have to be in the form of circular bores, but can be made as arc-shaped indentations at the edge of an extension of the grip part, in which a fixing bolt is guided.
The invention shall be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing which reproduces exemplary embodiments. Fig. 1 shows the middle part of a weapon according to the invention seen from the side, fig. 2 the front and rear section of the grip part on a larger scale, fig. 3 the front part in a modified version and fig. 4 the front and rear part of a third embodiment.
The weapon in fig. 1 comprises a lock box 1 with an opening for receiving an ammunition magazine 2. In the area of the rear end of the housing, there is attached to the underside a grip part 3 which receives the lower bracket in a known manner. For this purpose, the grip part has parallel side walls which, in the forward direction, end in tabs 4, which contain a recess 5 which, when mounting the grip part, is brought into alignment with a corresponding bore in a downward-facing part 16 of the lock box, on which a lock bolt 7 is guided in through the openings. In the design example of fig. 1, the recess 5 is designed as an elongated hole, whose longitudinal axis, as more clearly shown in fig. 2, runs largely parallel to the longitudinal axis of the lock box 1.
I våpenets monterte tilstand ligger grepdelens 3 øvre kant 8 an mot låskassens In the assembled state of the weapon, the upper edge 8 of the grip part 3 rests against the lock case
Av boltene 12 og 13 tjener dog bare den ene til å holde underside and is led into a recess in the butt or shoulder support 9. In the butt 9, a rear extension of the grip part 3 and a correspondingly designed part of the lock box 1, transverse holes 10 are arranged which lie flush with each other and which receive locking bolts 12 and 13 which serve to hold these parts of the weapon together. Of the bolts 12 and 13, however, only one serves to hold
de tre deler sammen, mens den annen skal hindre en vippbevegelse av kolben 9. the three parts together, while the other must prevent a tilting movement of the flask 9.
In the execution according to fig. 1 and 2 there is a fixed connection between the lock case 1 and the grip part 3 in the area of the rear bolts 12 and 13, so that the movements that the lock case 1 performs during firing are transferred to the grip part 3 via at least one of these bolts . The size of the forces that arise as a result is a consequence of the acceleration to which the grip part is subjected, and its mass. The grip part in the area of the extension 11 or of the corresponding part of the lock case can without difficulty be designed so strong that it is able to absorb these forces. In the area around the elongated holes 5, on the other hand, no significant forces arise. With the help of the invention, the transfer of all such forces that could arise as a result of the lock case and the grip part oscillating with different frequency and amplitude, if a relative movement between these two parts was not possible, is prevented in particular, as the movement of one part counteracts the movement of the other part . Precisely the forces which are conditioned by such oscillations have, in the case of known weapons, produced force spikes which have led to a destruction of the grip part in the area around the recess 5 or of the downward-directed part 6 of the lock box, because the weakest points of the system are precisely located here .
In the execution according to fig. 3 and 4, the elongated hole 14 is open in the tabs 4 of the grip part 3. These tabs therefore form a fork which, when the grip part 3 is assembled, is simply pushed onto the bolt 7 before the grip part is swung into contact with the underside of the weapon housing and then secured with the help of the bolts 12 and 13. The attachment of the grip part to the bolt 7 by means of the fork 14 is simpler than the assembly which consists in first bringing the bores to correspond and then inserting a bolt. Furthermore, it is possible to arrange the bolt 7 firmly in the lock box, so that the corresponding parts of this can be reinforced to a considerable extent and such securing means are dispensed with which should prevent the bolt from falling out. Finally, it can be mentioned, as already mentioned, that the bolt cannot be lost during disassembly.
Som fig. 4 viser, er oppfinnelsen uavhengig av hvorledes grepdelen utformes i As fig. 4 shows, the invention is independent of how the grip part is designed
