Description
Snestoppeinnretning for tak som er dekket med plater eller takstein.
Denne oppfinnelse vedrører en snestoppeinnretning for tak. som er dekket med
plater eller takstein.
Snestoppere til anbringelse på tak er
tidligere kjent. De består ofte av en blikk -
strimmel som ved sin ene ende er bøyd i
form av et fremspring som stopper sneen
og som ved sin annen ende er innrettet til
å festes på taket.
Denne stive utførelse har den. ulempe
at den må gis forskjellige former i avhen-gighet av formen til de plater eller takstein som vedkommende tak er dekket med.
Man har derfor også tidligere foreslått
snestoppeiruxretninger med en støttedel
som danner en forhøyning for understøt-telse av sneen og en holdedel som er bestemt til å holde den nevnte innretning
på et tak, hvor støttedelen og holdedelen
er forbundet med hverandre ved hjelp av
et bøyelig bånd.
Det bøyelige bånd kan tilpasse seg
eventuelle fremspring og ujevnheter i tek-ningsmaterialet. Det tillater også anven-delsen av en holder som kan fastklemmes
på taket. Ulempen ved denne utførelse er
imidlertid at en type snestoppere bare kan
brukes med en bestemt type takstein eller
plater med en bestemt størrelse.
Hensikten med oppfinnelsen er å til-veiebringe en snestoppeinnretning som kan
brukes sammen med takstein eller takpla-ter av forskjellige dimensjoner, idet den
lett kan tilpasses vedkommende taksteins
eller plates størrelse. Innretningen ifølge
oppfinnelsen utmerker seg i det vesentlige
ved at holdedelen som er bestemt til å holde innretningen på et tak, er anordnet fastklembart på båndet som forbinder støtte-delen med holdedelen og er forskyvbart i forhold til båndet etter at klemmen er åpnet.
Oppfinnelsen skal forklares nærmere ved hjelp av et eksempel under henvisning til tegningen i forbindelse med såkalte flate, falsede takstein. På fig. 1 er vist et vertikalt snitt gjennom et parti av et tak med en snestopperinnretning i stilling og fig. 2 viser innretningen i grunnriss.
I stedet for et vanlig fremspring eller krok som støtter sneen som ligger på taket, er snestopperinnretningen ifølge oppfinnelsen utført med en stoppekopp 1 som er utført flat på den side som skal ligge an mot taket og som er forsynt med en feste-lamell 2. Koppen 1 og lamellen 2 kan være utført av metallplater eller hensiktsmes-sig av kunststoff, f. eks. glassfiberarmert polyvinyl, eller av et annet passende vær-bestandig materiale. Stoppekoppen 1 og lamellen 2 er forsynt med utsparinger 3. Dessuten er lamellen 2 ved enden forsynt med en utsparing 4 for gjennomføring a en festesløyfe tilhørende et glassfiberbånd. Det sistnevnte bånd er ført gjennom en klemmeholder 6, 7 som består av en vinkelformet del 6 og en klemplate 7 som er leddet til delens 6 ene kant. Delen 6 hai-en flat flens 6a som er innrettet til å støtte seg mot overkanten av en teglstein, som vist på fig. 1, på en taktekkingsplate eller på en taklekte. Delens 6 annen flens 6b og klemplaten 7 er utført bølgeformet eller korrugert. Ved. klemplatens 7 frie ende er anibragt innsmetningsfjærer 8. Ved sam-mentrykning av klemplaten 7, flensen 6b og det mellom platen og flensen beliggen-de glassfiberbånd 5 smetter fjærene 8 in-nenfor flensens 6b endekant og holder de to deler 6b og 7 i klemstillingen. Delenes 6b og 7 korrugerte form øker klemvirknin-gen slik at glassbåndet ikke kan trekkes ut av klemmen som følge av den trekkraft som frembringes av sneen som støtter seg på stoppekoppen 1. Som følge av delens 6 vinkelformede utformning bevirker trek-ket i båndet 5 at klemplaten 7 trykkes an mot den øverste teglstein, hvilket igjen øker klemtrykket på båndet. I klemplaten 7 er dessuten utformet en utsparing 10, f. eks. for innføring av tommelfingeren som kan presse mot flensen 6b for åpning av klemmen. Båndets endeparti har en fortykning 9 som hindrer at båndet glir ut av spalten mellom den vinkelformede del 6 og klemplaten 7 når klemmen er åpen.
Den ovenfor forklarte snestopperinnretning egner seg for alle slags taktekning f. eks. tekning med skifer, bølgeetemitt. blikk osv., men også for alle typer tak-steintekning. For tekning med bever- eller svaleformede stein eller plater trenges de lengste bånd 5. Innretningen fremstilles med den lengste nødvendige båndlengde. Skal stopperinnretningene anbringes på et tak hvor kortere båndlengder kreves, for-skyves bare kleminnretningen 6b, 7 på båndet tilsvarende, hvoretter båndet klem-mes fast. Ved riktig innstilt båndlengde rekker lamellens 2 øvre ende helt innunder den nedre ende av den neste takstein eller takplate. På denne måte holdes stopper-koppen i riktig stilling, slik at den ikke kan velte til siden, f. eks. som følge av sterk vind.
For å oppnå effektiv hindring mot sne-ras må taket forsynes med et tilstrekkelig
antall stoppere som fordeles jevnt over hele takflaten.
Det kan forekomme forskjellige modi-fikasjoner av den eksempelvis forklarte ut-førelse. I stedet for stoppekoppen 1 kan f. eks. brukes vanlige vinkelformede eller på annen måte formede kroker. Båndet 5 kan også fremstilles av andre passende bøyelige materialer. Materialets beskaffen-het må være slik at båndets styrke ikke re-duseres i løpet av tiden, selv om innretningen brukes under de mest ugunstige forhold. Kleminnretningen 6, 7 kan utføres av me-tall eller annet passende, varig materiale.
Claims (3)
1. Snestoppeinnretning for med plater eller takstein tekkede tak, med en støttedel som danner en forhøyning for understøttelse av sneen og en holdedel som er bestemt til å holde den nevnte innretning på et tak, hvor støttedelen ved hjelp av et bøyelig bånd er forbundet med holdedelen, karakterisert ved at delen (6, 7) som er bestemt til å holde innretningen på et tak er anordnet fastklembart på båndet (5) og er forskyvbar i forhold til båndet etter at klemmen er åpnet.
2. Innretning ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved at klemholderen (6, 7) består av en vinkelformet del (6) og en klemplate (7) som er leddet til delens (6) ene kant.
3. Innretning ifølge påstand 2, karakterisert ved at klemplatens (7) frie ende er forsynt med innsmetningsfjærer (8) som i klemstillingen griper om1 den vinkelformede dels (6) klemflens (6b) og derved sikrer fastklemningen.
