Fremgangsmåte og anordning for fremstilling av et borehull.
Description
Støvutskiller.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en støvutskiller av det slag hvor den støvhol-dige gassen ledes i det vesentlige vinkelrett mot overflaten av en væske, hvoretter den bringes til å strømme i det vesentlige vinkelrett oppover fra væskeoverflaten og tar med væskedråper, i hvilke støvet opptas under gassens strømning ifra væskeoverflaten, hvoretter væskedråpene avskilles fra gasstrømmen og føres tilbake til væsken.
I de hittil utførte opparater av dette slag føres gassen mot væskeoverflaten gjennom et sentralt innløpsrør og strøm-mer så opp fra væskeoverflaten gjennom en ringformet kanal som dannes av gass-innløpsrøret og en om dette konsentrisk anordnet mantel. Ovenfor mantelen er det anbragt en avbøyningsplate, som fremkal-ler en retningsendring av gasstrømmen for utskilling av væskedråpene, som går tilbake til væsken utenfor mantelen. Apparatet kan til en viss grad reguleres ved innstilling av væskeområdet, hvorved mengden av medtatt væske og derved ut-skilningsgraden påvirkes. Denne regule-ringsmuligheten er imidlertid relativt be-grenset.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en støvutskiller av nevnte type, hvor virknin-gen kan reguleres bedre enn på de kjente apparater. Dette oppnås ved at apparatet, som er forsynt med et gassinnløpsrør slik anordnet at den støvholdige gasstrømmen er rettet i det vesentlige vinkelrett mot en væskeoverflate, er forsynt med flere ved siden av gassinnløpsrøret anordnete, i det vesentlige vinkelrett mot væskeoverflaten stillede rør, gjennom hvilke gassen strøm-mer oppover fra væskeoverflaten, med av-bøyningsplater for utskilling av væskedråpene og tilbakeføring av dem til væsken på kjent måte, anbragt ovenfor de sistnevnte rør.
Oppfinnelsen skal forklares nærmere i forbindelse med vedføyede tegning som viser en utførelsesform av denne i snitt.
Det viste apparatet har et sylindrisk legeme 1 med en konisk bunndel 2, som går over i et bunnutløp 3, og med en øvre del 4, som er utformet dels med et gass-innløp 5, som står i forbindelse med et med legemet 1 konsentrisk gassinnløpsrør 6, dels et gassutløp 7.
I legemet 1 er det anbragt en konsentrisk mantel 8 med en konisk øvre del 9, som er tilsluttet gassinnløpsrøret 6. I mantelen 8 er det anordnet en indre mantel 10 hvis øvre kant omtrent er i flukt med un-derkanten av innløpsrøret 6.
I overdelen 9 er det utformet en ring av rørstusser 11 som er beregnet til å ta imot utløpsrør 12, som er opphengt på rør-stussene 11 ved hjelp av flenser 13. Ovenfor hvert rør 12 er det festet en avbøy-ningsplate 14, som strekker seg utenfor de respektive rør 12 og har en nedadrettet kantflens 15. Hvert rør 12 er hensiktsmessig forsynt med en avbøyningsplate 14 ut-ført som en uttagbar enhet, og for dette er røret 12 forbundet med platen 14 ved hjelp av staget 16 og platen 14 er igjen opphengt i en plate 17, som er festet til et lokk som er beregnet til å anbringes på en i legemets overdel 4 plassert åpning 18. På denne måte kan hele enheten uttas gjennom åp-ningen 18. Røret 12 er slik anbragt at dets underkant befinner seg i det vesentlige i flukt med innløpsrørets 6 underkant.
Apparatets undre del er fylt med væske 19, f. eks. vann. Når gass blåses inn gjennom innløpet 5 og røret 6, trykkes væsken i rommet i mantelen 8 vekk av gass-trykket, slik at væsken stiller seg på et la-vere nivå 20, mens væsken i det ringfor-mete rommet mellom mantelen og legemet 1 innstiller seg på et høyere nivå 21. Væskemengden må slik avpasses at nivået 20 befinner seg litt under rørenes 6 og 12 undre ender. I den indre mantelen 10 dri-ver gassen ut væsken slik at det dannes en forsenkning 22.
Idet den støvholdige gassen treffer væskeoverflaten, utskilles en del av støvet og opptas i væsken. Gassen tar med seg væskedråper fra væsken og strømmer så gjennom spalten mellom væskeoverflaten og rørenes 12 undre ender og opp gjennom rørene 12, hvorved den tar med seg ytter-ligere væske. Under strømningen opp gjennom rørene 12 opptar væskedråpene støv og avskilles deretter fra gassen ved ret-ningsendringene i gasstrømmen som med-føres av avbøyningsplatene 14 og flensene 15. Gassen strømmer deretter ut gjennom utløpet 7, mens de støvholdige dråpene samles i væsken i rommet mellom mantelen 8 og legemet 1. Støvet avsetter seg mot apparatets bunn, hvorfra det kan uttas gjennom utløpet 3.
Ønskes en økning av gasshastigheten, kan innløpsrøret 6 smalnes av ved dets nedre ende, slik som det er vist på tegnin-gen. Videre kan hensiktsmessig rørene 12 gjøres venturiformete, slik som vist, for derved først å oppnå en økning og siden en minskning av gasshastigheten.
Apparatets virkning reguleres gjennom innstilling av væskenivået 20 i forhold til rørene 12 med ikke viste hjelpemidler. En liten forandring av væskenivået i forhold til disse rørs undre ender har vist seg å ha en meget stor innvirkning på den væskemengden som gassen tar med seg under sin strømning opp fra væsken, og derigjen-nom på apparatets støvutskillingsgrad.
Claims (1)
- Støvutskiller med et gassinnløpsrør anordnet slik at det retter den støvholdige gasstrømmen i det vesentlige vinkelrett mot en væskeoverflate, karakterisert v e d at den er forsynt med flere ved siden av gassinnløpsrøret anordnete, i det vesentlige vinkelrett mot væskeoverflaten rettede rør (12), gjennom hvilke gassen strømmer opp fra væskeoverflaten under medtaking av væskedråper fra væskeoverflaten, og med ovenfor sistnevnte rør an-bragte avbøyningsplater (14) for utskilling av væskedråpene og tilbakeføring av dem til væsken.
