Description
Anordning ved isolert skinneskjøt for jernbaneskinner.
Ved elektriske signalanlegg for jern-banen er det nødvendig at de enkelte støt-fuger eller skjøter mellom skinnene er elektrisk isolerte slik at sjalte- og styringsan-legg kan tilkoples bestemte avsnitt av skin-negangens lengde. For isolerende forbindelse i skjøten anvender man isolasjonsplater
som forbinder skinnenes endepartier. Disse
plater kan bestå f. eks. av flere sjikt med
seigt isolasjonsmateriale. Selve fugen mellom de mot hverandre vendende ender av
skinnene må utfylles med et isolerende ma-teriale slik at isoleringen ikke oppheves av
skinnenes utvidelse ved dannelse av vann-og issjikt eller ved at andre elektrisk ledende stoffer blir liggende i fugen. Det byr
på vanskeligheter å finne frem til et mellomlegg som har tilstrekkelig fasthetsegen-skaper overfor skinnebevegelsen. Det er
innlysende at f. eks. mellomlegg av trema-terialer og liknende ikke har den nødven-dige styrke overfor de opptredende påkjen-ninger, og disse vil derfor ødelegges etter
kort tid.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en skinneskjøt
av den foran beskrevne type, hvor det er
innlagt en plate mellom de mot hverandre
vendende skinneendeflater. Denne plate
omfatter to metallplater festet én på hver
side av et mellomlegg bestående av en elektrisk isolerende plastmasse. Utstrakte for-søk med sådanne mellomleggsplater har
vist at det kan forekomme at de to metallplater slites og etter en tid kan det dannes
et tynt sjikt av det avslitte metall over
plastmellomlegget, slik at det dannes en
elektrisk ledende forbindelse.
Ifølge oppfinnelsen unngår man denne 20 i-31<:>"' (20 k-8) — 118276 — 1 blad tegninger. ulempe ved at begge metallplatene utfor-mes noe tilbaketrukket eller forsenket i forhold til kunststoffmellomlegget, i det min-ste på de steder av skinneprofilet som be-røres av jernbanehjulene.
På tegningen er vist i perspektivriss en plate ifølge oppfinnelsen.
Tegningen viser metallplatene 1 og 2
noe tilbaketrukket eller forsenket i forhold til løpeflaten 3 på mellomlegget 4 av plast. Derved unngåes en avslitning av metallplatene 1 og 2 og dannelsen av en tynn me-tallfilm over løpeflaten 3. Metallplatene 1 og 2 blir fortrinnsvis innpresset i plastmassen 4 hvorved oppnåes at platenes kanter også delvis dekkes av plastmassen. Det gir seg selv at metallplatene også over hele sin omkrets eller yttre kontur kan ligge noe tilbaketrukket i forhold til den yttre kontur av mellomlegget av plastmasse.
Claims (1)
- Anordning ved skinneskjøt for jernbaneskinner hvor isolasjonsplater er fast-skrudd til skinnenes endepartier for å for-binde disse, og hvor det mellom de mot innlagt en plate bestående av to metallpla-hverandre vendende skinneendeflater er ter festet til et mellomlegg av en elektrisk isolerende kunstharpiksmasse (plastmasse), karakterisert ved at begge metallplater (1,2) er utformet med en noe tilbaketrukket yttre kontur i forhold til den yttre kontur av kunstoffmellomlegget (4), i det min-ste på de steder av skinneprofilet som be-røres av jernbanehjulene.
