Description

Fremgangsmåte og apparat til embåliering av ringformede gjenstander, særlig ledningskveiler..
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår embåliering av ringformede gjenstander, spesielt ledningskveiler.
Ledningskveiler og andre ringformede gjenstander som a<y >forskjellige grunner bor emballeres, blir vanligvis omviklet med en strimmel av emballasje-materiale, f.eks. et krepp-papirbånd. Derved fås der en god emballasje som sitter stramt rundt legemet og i til-felle av ledningskveiler,. som består av flere vindinger, holder disse sikkert sammen til en fast ring. Samtidig blir legemets ring-form bibeholdt, noe som er praktisk for håndtering av de emballerte gjenstander. Imidlertid krever en slik omvikling, hvor båndet må fores gjennom ringåpningeh, relativt kostbart og komplisert maskineri.
Der har også fremkommet forslag om å emballere ringformede gjenstander i et emballasjeark av en lengde omtrent svarende til legemets omkrets og en bredde omtrent svarende til omkretsen av tverrsnittet. Et slikt ark legges med sin langsgående midtlinje langs legemets ytre omkrets, og de to kanter av arket brettes inn over legemet og forenes ved dettes indre omkrets. Heller ikke en slik om-bretting av emballasjearket er særlig enkel å utfore•• Hertil kommer at endene av emballasjearket må" forenes på tvers av ringen for at emballasjen skal bli tett.
Videre er det kjent å emballere ledningskveiler i vanlige plastposer som forsegles. Ved en slik emballasje beholdes imidlertid ikke ringformen, noe som er en ulempe. Posene kan heller ikke holde sammen de enkelte vindinger av ledningskveilen, som derfor for den
legges inn i plastposen må bensles på flere steder.
Endelig skal det nevnes at det er kjent å emballere kule-og rullelagre i to skikt av termoplast som etter tur vakuumformes delvis rundt lageret fra hver sin side av dette. Heller ikke ved en slik emballasje beholdes ringformen.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tar i forste rekke sikte på å skaffe en enkel og lettvint fremgangsmåte til embåliering av ringformede gjenstander, særlig ledningskveiler, under bibehold av ringformen.
Fremgangsmåten ifolge oppfinnelsen har det til felles med enkelte av de foran nevnte, kjente fremgangsmåter at gjenstanden anbringes mellom to strekkbare skikt av sveisbart materiale, men ifolge oppfinnelsen blir skiktene deretter sveiset til hinannen langs den
utvendige og den innvendige kontur av den ringformede gjenstand og kappet i' eller ved sveiselinjene. Sveisingen og kappingen kan fortrinnsvis som kjent finne sted i samme operasjon, idet sveisebakkene samtidig deler materialet i sveisesommen. En slik fremgangsmåte er uhyre enkel å utfore og krever ikke annet utstyr enn passende, ringformede sveisebakker som er bevegelige i forhold til et underlag for den mellom de to skikt innlagte gjenstand. Emballasjematerialet kan fortrinnsvis utgjores av sveisbar plastfolie. De to folieskikt som gjenstanden legges inn mellom, kan enten være separate skikt eller de kan henge sammen- langs den ene kant, idet der f.eks. benyttes en foliebane som brettes om en midtlinje. . En emballasje som sitter strammere rundt gjenstanden,, og som derfor har bedre bruksegenskaper, kan fås ved at der som i og for
seg kjent anvendes et emballasjemateriale som krymper ved varmepåvirkning, idet emballasjen etter forseglingen utsettes for varme for å krympe materialet og stramme emballasjen omkring gjenstanden.
Oppfinnelsen skaffer også et apparat til utforelse av en fremgangsmåte som angitt. Apparatet omfatter et ovre og et nedre par av konsentriske ringformede sveisebakker og et mellom sveisebakkene i det nedre par anordnet ringformet underlag for gjenstanden som skal emballeres, idet sveisebakkeparene og underlaget ér bevegelige i forhold til hverandre.
Der foreligger naturligvis en rekke muligheter for den innbyrdes bevegelse av sveisebakkene og underlaget. Det foretrekkes å anordne sveisésommene såvidt mulig i legemets midtplan, og ved stillestående underlag vil sveisebakkene kunne være bevegelige for å motes omtrent i dette midtplan. Det vil imidlertid forstås at det ene bakkepar kan være stasjonært, og at underlaget for gjenstanden istedet kan utfores bevegelig. Et av bakkeparene kan være oppvarmet, mens det annet, kan tjene bare som motholdsbakker. Hvis det er det nedre bakkepar som utgjor motholdsbakkene, kan dette befinne seg over nivået for underlaget ved ilegning av gjenstanden, og motholdsbakkene tjener da som en foring for gjenstanden for å sikre at denne blir sentrert i forhold til bakkene. Underlaget kan være stasjonært, men kan eventuelt også utfores slik at det kan heves til nivået for motholdsbakkene for på denne måte å lette uttagning av den ferdig emballerte gjenstand,
I en foretrukken utforelsesform av apparatet er de oppvarmede sveisebakker anordnet stasjonært, mens motholdsbakkene og underlaget for gjenstanden er bevegelige mot de oppvarmede bakker.
Oppfinnelsen vil nå bli nærmere beskrevet under henvisning til tegningen, som sterkt skjematisk illustrerer en fremgangsmåte ifolge oppfinnelsen. Fig. ler et sterkt skjematisk vertikalsnitt som viser hvorledes den ringformede gjenstand og de to emballasjeskikt kan skyves frem mellom de to sveisebakkepar.
Fig. 2 er et grunnriss av anordningen på fig. 1.
Fig. 3 er et utsnitt av anordningen på fig. 1 i sveise-st Ulingen.
På tegningen er der vist en ringformet gjenstand 1 som skal emballeres. Gjenstanden kan f.eks. være en kveil av en vanlig elektrisk installasjonsledning. Kveilen kan skyves inn.langs et bord
2 mellom to skikt av sveisbar plastfolie 3 som fores frem fra forrådsruller 3'» enten uavhengig av kveilen 1 eirer som folge av innskyvningen av denne. Kveilen 1 og plastfolien 3 fores inn til den på fig. 1 viste stilling, hvor kveilen hviler på et ringformet underlag 4 mellom to konsentriske, ringformede, uoppvarmede sveise-
bakker 5» Rett over sveisebakkene 5 -er der anordnet et par sveise-
bakker 6 med en motstandstråd som får tilfort strom for oppvarmning under sveiseprosessen. Både" de oppvarmede bakker 6 og de uoppvarmede motholdsbakker 5 er forsynt med en omvikling av. teflonbånd...
I det på tegningen viste utfbrelseseksempel er de oppvarmede sveisebakker 6 stasjonære, mens det ringformede underlag 4 og mot-
holdsbakkene 5 som vist på fig. 3 kan heves opp mot sveisebakkene 6
inntil folieskiktene 3 blir klemt sammen mellom sveisebakkene 5 og 6.
Bakkene 5 kan bevege seg med storre hastighet enn underlaget 4i-slik
at sveisebakkene vil motes omtrent i midtplanet for den ringformede gjenstand 1. Sveisebakkene og underlaget 4 blir stående i sveise-
stillingen til sveisesommen er dannet og foliene kappet langs denne.
Deretter blir sveisebakkene og underlaget, igjen beveget til den på
fig. 1 viste stilling, hvoretter en ny kveil 1 kan skyves inn mellom sveisebakkene under samtidig utstotning av den emballerte kveil.
Herunder blir foliene 3 automatisk trukket det onskede stykke frem.
Hvis der anvendes en såkalt krympefolie som emballasje-
materiale og emballasjen etter å være påfbrt kveilen utsettes for varme, vil den krympe og strammes omkring kveilen.
På denne måte fås der en sterk og lufttett emballasje for
ringformede gjenstander under bibehold av ringformen. Emballeringen kan utfores usedvanlig enkelt og med et meget enkelt sveiseapparat ifolge oppfinnelsen.

Claims (4)

1. Fremgangsmåte til embåliering av ringformede gjenstander, særlig ledningskveiler, hvor gjenstanden anbringes mellom to strekkbare skikt av sveisbart materiale, karakterisert ved at skiktene deretter sveises til hinannen langs den utvendige og den innvendige kontur av den ringformede gjenstand og kappes i eller ved sveiselinjene....
2. Fremgangsmåte som angitt i krav 1, karakterisert ved at der som i og for seg kjent anvendes et materiale som krymper ved varmepåvirkning, idet emballasjen etter forseglingen utsettes for varme for å krympe materialet og stramme emballasjen omkring gjenstanden.
3.. Apparat til utforelse av en fremgangsmåte som angitt i krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at det omfatter et ovre (6) og et nedre (5) par av konsentriske ringformede sveisebakker, hvorav det ene eller begge er oppvarmet, og et ""mellom sveisebakkene i det nedre par (5) anordnet ringformet underlag (4) for. gjenstanden (1) som skal emballeres, idet sveisebakkeparene og underlaget er bevegelige i forhold til hverandre.
4. Apparat som angitt.i krav 3>karakterisert ved at det ene par sveisebakker (6), som oppvarmes under sveise-operasjonen, er stasjonært, mens underlaget (4) er bevegelig i forhold til dette par og det annet par (5), som er uoppvarmet og tjener som motholdsbakker, er bevegelig i forhold til både det forste par (6) og underlaget (4).
