Abstract
Description
PREFABCONSTRÜCTIE VOOR IK HOOFDZAAK V-VORMIG SAMENGESTELDE DAKEK.PREFAB CONSTRUCTION FOR I MAIN CASE V-SHAPE COMPOSED DAKEK.
Many constructions are known in the field of prefab roofs.
These often consist of separate parts that must be assembled on the building site. This often requires many resources and manpower, and the work is time consuming, often more than manufacturing the component parts. In addition, much has to be made on site.
The invention aims to avoid these drawbacks. The hood parts for this construction, which are mainly designed as pointed roofs (but also the so-called broken hoods can be mounted in this way), are manufactured entirely in the factory. At the top, the associated parts are attached to each other, such that the two parts lying one on top of the other form one flat whole and can no longer slide relative to each other. For transport, several of these parts can be stacked on top of each other as packages, so that a compact whole is created. When setting up, the hood segment is set up at the correct top angle and, after all, it can also be pulled together on top. At the bottom, each part is provided with a footrest, which rests against a stop on the wall plate and is secured. As additional reinforcement, prefabricated attic beams are fitted and anchored on both sides with the roofing sheet, alternately, by means of a nail plate. The knee pads are then applied on both sides. All this is further explained in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a mounted hood segment.
Fig. 2 is an example of the same construction for a broken hood.
Fig. 5 is a detail of the hood segment of FIG. 1 in collapsed (transport) condition with the top mount.
Fig. 4 is a detail of the attachment of the attic beam, roof board, ironing beam and nail plate.
De kap is samengesteld uit standaard dakelementen.. (bijv* de zgn. Unidekelementen) 1 in fig. The hood is composed of standard roof elements .. (eg * the so-called Unideck elements) 1 in fig. 1, 3 and 4. At the top these parts are finished at an angle, according to the desired angle 2 (fig. 3) and by means of threaded rods 3 attached to each other in several places. This creates flat parts, which can be assembled in packages as desired, depending on the length of the entire hood.
In view of the iron bars 9 (fig. 1 and fig. 4) fitted as well as the footrests 4 (fig. 1 and fig. 4), the roof parts are slightly apart during transport (see fig. 3) · When putting on the hood the chamfered parts fall against each other and the threaded rod is bent at the correct angle.
1).On the underside the hood is provided on both sides with a so-called footrest 4, which rests against the stop 5 arranged on the wall plate (fig. 1). The wall plates 6 are connected to each other by means of a pull rod 7. The tie rod is later cast into the concrete floor, (fig. 1).
1 en detail 4).The attic beams 8 (fig. 1 and fig. 4), provided with recesses for the ironing beams 9, are connected on one side by means of a nail plate 10 on both sides to the roof plate 1 (see fig. 1 and detail 4).
1).The attic beam of the abutting element is then attached to the previous one. The top of the hood is of course provided with a continuous roof rider 11. The knee bulkheads 12 can also be fitted afterwards (fig. 1).
Similarly, a broken cap consisting of, for example, a horizontal part 13 and two upright parts 14 (Fig. 2) could also be fabricated.
