Abstract

The invention relates to a crate or the like holder for, for instance, bottles, provided with an exchangeable card made of cardboard or a similar sheet or plate-shaped material.

The problem of providing crates for bottles or like articles with a mark of the manufacturer of the goods offered therein and also having a sufficient surface area available for advertising has long been known.

A solution was to print the crate itself.

This has important drawbacks. Firstly, these crates always had to be filled with the same type of products, in accordance with the printing on the crates, and secondly, the printing was subjected to a great wear and tear as a result of transport, cleaning and storage of the crates, so that these were often had to be renewed.

The object of the invention is to find a combination of a crate or the like holder for, for instance, bottles and a carrier for advertising, wherein all the aforementioned drawbacks are avoided.

According to the invention, this object can be achieved by arranging a card on at least one side wall of the crate and detachably connecting it thereto.

This embodiment ensures that the advertising surface remains visible even when several crates are stacked on top of each other. Thanks to the detachable mounting, the card can be quickly renewed or replaced if necessary. This makes it possible to match the contents and the indication on the crate very simply and quickly.

An attractive way of connecting the card and the crate consists in that hook-shaped parts are stamped out of the card, which are inserted and locked in openings in the crate. This version allows a quick replacement of the printed cards.

The invention also relates to an interchangeable card, apparently intended to be mounted on a crate or the like holder, characterized in that it is provided with hook-shaped parts arranged along the circumference 15, which can be locked in suitably dimensioned openings in a crate or the like holder . A card designed in this way can be easily attached simultaneously with the filling of the crate; for this purpose only the locking parts need to be pushed into the openings, which is even possible by machine.

Crate or similar container for, for example, bottles, provided with an exchangeable hair of cardboard or similar sheet or plate-shaped material, characterized in that on at least one side wall (3) of the crate (4) is a card (1) attached and is detachably connected thereto.
