Abstract

The garden type greenhouse is constructed of profiled beams of aluminium or other suitable lightweight material with panes between. Th panes (13) are of transparent plastics, with bulbous edges (14) along two opposite sides fitting in lengthwise grooves (19) in the beams (6), and into which they are slid in the lengthwise direction. The edges can be of rounded section, fitting in correspondingly-shaped grooves joining onto parallel slots leading to the beam edge, and whose dia. matches the pane thickness.
