Abstract

The hose clamp is for use during blood transfusions, infusions etc., having a channel-section housing accommodating the hose, and whose bottom varies in cross-section in the lengthwise direction, while a clamping roller moves in the lengthwise direction of the housing in a guide groove. The housing (1) is completely open at the top, and there is an insertion channel (6), open at one end, parallel to the guide groove (5). Where groove and channel join a member (8) is provided to shut them off from each other.
