Abstract

The miling equipment removal mechanism is for use with a set of teat cups having a piston working in a cylinder, the vacuum to which is controlled by a valve, the latter in turn being electronically controlled by a milk flow indicator. To bridge the gap between the suspension point of the cups in the rest position, e.g. near the milk and vacuum pipe, and the working position, a lever (12) is provided, hinging about an axis fixed in relation to the suspension point (6). The load boom of this lever supports the cup assembly, while a power-operated actuator engages with its operating arm.
