Abstract

A medicine dispenser comprises a novel container and a metering device. The container comprises a translucent flexible moulded bottle with an oval cross section, a flat base, and a neck located non-centrally in the top. The neck has a stopper to isolate the inside of the bottle aseptically from the atmos. The base of the bottle has a downward-pointing foot arranged along the major axis of the oval cross section. The metering device, which fits tightly into the neck of the bottle, comprises a cylindrical tube sealed at both ends with stoppers in frictional contact with the wall of the tube.
