Abstract

The alarm is for use with an enuresis bandage, having an electromagnet with interruptor and connections for a low-voltage direct current or rectified electric supply and a liquid switch. The connections for the latter (SV) are shunted by a normally non-conductive electronic switch (20), which changes to the conductive state even when the liquid switch closes for a short period, remaining conductive even if the the latter opens again. This closes the main circuit and makes it conductive. The electronic switch can be a thyristor, whose anode is connected to a conductor in the main circuit in turn leading to the positive pole of the power source. On the othert side it is connected to one terminal for the liquid switch. There is a diode between the anode and cathode terminals of the thyristor, while between the cathode terminal and the gater terminal is an RC parallel circuit.
