Abstract

Enzyme granules with improved storage stability are made by incorporating 0.01-2 wt.% of an antioxidant such as 2, 6-di-tert. butyl-4-methylphenol (I). The products are esp. useful for use in washing powders. Pref. the antoxidant is a non-ionic wash-active agents with which the enzyme granules are coated. Other antioxidants which may be used include phenolic and amine antioxidants, phosphites, carbamates, thiazyl derivs., thiodipropionates, etc.
