Abstract

Upper and lower rotary brushes are held between the sides of a frame so that the plate can be brought into contact with them, and by means of a sleeve at the front, the frame can be rocked about a pair of rollers supporting the base of the frame at the rear. A drive motor is secured across the frame inside a clamping collar so as to rotate the brushes through a pair of gear wheels mounted at one side.
