Abstract

The wiper blade is provided with securing means which permit it to be clamped over the existing wiper and its holder. The blade is preferably provided with a recess capable of receiving the exisitn blade and/or at least part of the existing holder. The receiving means may comprise a U-section securing strip with internal projections capable of engaging corresponding external recesses of the blade so as to form a snap-in connection. The recess and/or the strip may be provided with resilient projections to act as supports on the existing wiper blade and/or holder.
