Abstract

The trolley is used in conjunction with a conveyor belt and provided with a number of reversing drums of which, in the discharge position, two are so positioned relative above one another that the belt follows an S-shaped loop above the trolley. At least two reversing drums are carried on a separate sub-frame which is movable relative to the trolley between two positions in which the belt is guided into S-shaped loops in opposite directions. The subframe may be carried on wheels which are supported on rails. The rails may have an obtuse V-shaped. The subframe may further have a number of carrier rollers.
