Abstract

A method and apparatus for skinning double animal sides, particularly double hogsides, involving the use of a feed-in plate having an edge over which the double side is folded, a cooperative pair of spaced skinning blades, and a pair of spaced pressing devices, each pair being arranged in mirror image fashion with elements on opposite sides of the plate, and drive means to cause relative advancement of the plate with respect to and between the devices and blades for simultaneous skinning of both sides.
