Abstract

Disclosed is culture solution blending equipment for rice breeding, which comprises a support frame and a tank body fixedly connected to the support frame, wherein the tank body is internally provided with a plurality of blending chambers at equal intervals along the circumferential direction; the blending chambers are internally provided with stirring assemblies and cleaning assemblies; the cleaning assemblies are correspondingly arranged with the inner side walls of the blending chambers; the tank body is provided with a transmission assembly; the stirring assemblies and the cleaning assemblies are both connected with the transmission assembly in a transmission way; the outer side wall of the tank body is provided with a plurality of feed inlets at equal intervals along the circumferential direction; the feed inlets are communicated with the tops of the blending chambers; and the bottom end of the tank body is provided with a plurality of discharge outlets along the circumferential direction and the discharge outlets are communicated with bottoms of blending chambers. TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the technical field of rice breeding, in particular to culture solution blending equipment for rice breeding.
BACKGROUND
Rice breeding is to improve the productivity of rice through genetic improvement of rice. In the process of rice breeding, it is necessary to inject the culture solution into the rice seedlings in the incubator, and the culture solution is blended by the blending equipment.
The existing patent with the publication number of CN216149530U discloses culture solution blending equipment for rice breeding. Through the cooperation of a control module, a storage tank, a stirring tank and a first electromagnetic valve, the control module controls the first electromagnetic valve to extract the culture solution blended in the stirring tank, and the extracted culture solution is transported to the storage tank for storage through the first electromagnetic valve. Through the arrangement of the storage tank, the solution level sensor, the first electromagnetic valve and the control module, the blended culture solution can be stored when the blending equipment is used to blend the culture solution, thus meeting the needs of breeding a large number of rice seedlings.
In view of the prior art, although the blending and storage of the culture solution are realized to meet the breeding needs of a large number of rice seedlings, only a single kind of culture solution can be blended, and different proportions of culture solutions are needed for rice seedlings with different growth conditions, which cannot meet the requirements of simultaneous preparation. Meanwhile, the inside of the culture solution does not have the cleaning function, and the raw materials are easily stuck in the stirring tank during the blending process of the culture solution, resulting in waste and affecting the ingredients of the culture solution. At the same time, when making different kinds of culture solutions, the residual culture solution in the stirring tank is easy to cause pollution.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for culture solution blending equipment for rice breeding to solve the above problems.

In the further optimization scheme, each stirring assembly include a stirring shaft 9 with one end rotatably connected to the top inside the blending chambers 3, and a plurality of stirring rods 10 are fixedly connected to the stirring shaft 9.
