Description
PREPARATION METHOD OF BONE-SETTING ANTI-BRUISE POWDER Technical Field The present invention relates to the technical field of preparation of medicinal materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method of bone-setting anti-bruise powder. Background Acute soft tissue sprain and contusion and fracture are clinical common diseases in orthopaedics department. With the increase of occupational injuries and traffic accidents, morbidity of the acute soft tissue sprain and contusion and fracture is rising year by year. Safe and effective drugs for internal and external use are urgently needed. Therefore, the acute soft tissue sprain and contusion and fracture may be rapidly effectively treated with bone-setting anti- bruise powder. The bone-setting anti-bruise powder has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, setting a fracture and relieving pain, and is used for traumatic injury, reunion of fractured tendons and bones and blood stasis ache. An existing preparation method of the bone- setting anti-bruise powder is complicated in preparation process. The process is very complicated when various traditional Chinese medicines are mixed. Thus, preparation cost of the bone-setting anti-bruise powder is greatly increased, so the price cannot be reduced during sales.
Summary The purpose of the present invention is to provide a preparation method of bone-setting anti- bruise powder, for solving problems proposed in the above background as follows: an existing preparation method of the bone-setting anti-bruise powder is complicated in preparation process; the process is very complicated when various traditional Chinese medicines are mixed; and thus preparation cost of the bone-setting anti-bruise powder is greatly increased, so the price cannot be reduced during sales. To achieve the above purpose, technical solutions of the present invention are as follows: a preparation method of bone-setting anti-bruise powder is provided. The preparation method of bone-setting anti-bruise powder includes the following raw material components by weight parts:
83.3 parts of frankincense, 83.3 parts of myrrh, 83.3 parts of cooked rhubarb, 83.3 parts of native copper, 83.3 parts of borax, 208.3 parts of ground beetle, 125 parts of Fortune's drynaria rhizome, 125 parts of Angelica sinensis and 125 parts of dragon's blood. Dragon's blood is a natural plant resin having a dark red colour, The resin is extracted from tropical tree species commonly called dragon trees. These may come from the plant groups Croton, Pterocarpus, Dasmonorops, or Dracaena. Dragons blood products from the Dracaena and Daemonorops genus are the most common and widely used today. The preparation method of the bone-setting anti-bruise powder includes specific steps:
step 1, respectively continuously grinding 83.3 parts of frankincense and 83.3 parts of myrrh inside a grinding device to form granules; then pouring the granules together; and uniformly mixing and stirring the granules; step 2, taking 125 parts of dragon's blood, 83.3 parts of borax and 83.3 parts of native copper; pouring the dragon's blood, the borax and the native copper into a container; and continuously mixing and stirring the three components to be completely uniform; step 3, taking 208.3 parts of ground beetle, 125 parts of Fortune's drynaria rhizome, 125 parts of Angelica sinensis and 83.3 parts of cooked rhubarb; pouring the traditional Chinese medicinal materials of the ground beetle, the Fortune's drynaria rhizome and the Angelica sinensis into the container; adding excessive clear water to repeatedly clean the medicinal materials; draining the water after cleaning; then placing the medicinal materials in a drying device; controlling a temperature of the drying device at 80-90°C; continuously drying the medicinal materials for 20-22 hours; pouring the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into a grinding device after complete drying; and adding the cooked rhubarb to be continuously ground until the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are powdered, step 4, mixing the powdered traditional Chinese medicinal materials prepared in the steps 1, 2 and 3; continuously mixing and stirring the medicinal materials; adding ingredients; and sieving and packing the materials to obtain the bone-setting anti-bruise powder.
Preferably, the frankincense, myrrh, cooked rhubarb, ground beetle, Fortune's drynaria rhizome and Angelica sinensis need to pass through a sieve of 120 meshes after ground.
Preferably, in the step 3, the cooked rhubarb is prepared by braising rhubarb with yellow wine, then steaming the rhubarb until the rhubarb is totally black and finally drying the rhubarb.
Preferably, weight of the prepared bone-setting anti-bruise powder per bag is 1.5 g.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has beneficial effects as follows: The bone-setting anti-bruise powder is prepared by mixing the frankincense, myrrh, cooked rhubarb, native copper, borax, ground beetle, Fortune's drynaria rhizome, Angelica sinensis and dragon's blood together; the preparation process is relatively simple; and high cost is not needed. Moreover, the bone-setting anti-bruise powder prepared by the method has excellent curative effects when applied to traumatic injury, reunion of fractured tendons and bones and blood stasis ache.
