Abstract
The present invention belongs to the technical field of drug preparation, and particularly relates to aMosla chinensis extract and an application thereof. A method for 5 preparing a Mosla chinensis extract includes the following steps: taking Mosla chinensis, adding a solvent in a 5-60x amount, extracting the Mosla chinensis for 5-120 min, filtering the solution and taking filtrate to obtain the Mosla chinensis extract. Compared with the prior art, the Mosla chinensis extract ofthe present invention features the following advantages: the Mosla chinensis is soaked in a large amount of hot water 10 within a short time, and unstable ingredients in the Mosla chinensis such as essential oil and phenols are maintained as much as possible, so that the function of heat clearing and detoxication is achieved; and reflux extraction is performed on the Mosla chinensis through hot water, and a good antibacterial effect is shown.
Description
MOSLA CHINENSIS EXTRACT AND APPLICATION THEREOF
[01] The present invention belongs to the technical field of drug preparation, and particularly relates to a Mosla chinensis extract and an application thereof.
[02] Mosla chinensis Maxim. (Mosla chinensis for short) is a plant of Mosla genus in Labiatae family. It grows on the grass slope or under the forest at an altitude of up to 1,400 meters and is mainly distributed in the north of Vietnam and China. Resource survey shows that a vast number of Mosla chinensis plants grow in the Gannan region of Jiangxi Province. Mosla chinensis can be used as medicine and food. In Chinese folk use, the whole plant can be used as medicine to treat heatstroke and fever, cold and aversion to cold, stomach pain and vomiting, acute gastroenteritis, dysentery, bruise pain, edema of lower extremity, facial edema, dyspepsia, eczema and skin itch, multiple furuncle swollen, etc. Furthermore, it is an important drug to treat venomous snake bites.
At present, the development of Mosla chinensis has been limited due to few studies on its chemical ingredients and pharmacological actions.
[03] To solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention provides a Mosla chinensis extract for medical use and an application thereof.
[04] AMosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein a method for preparing the Mosla chinensis extract includes the following steps: taking Aosla chinensis, adding a solvent in a 30-60x amount, extracting the Mosla chinensis for 5- 120 min, filtering the solution and taking filtrate to obtain the Mosla chinensis extract.
[05] AMosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein a method for preparing the Mosla chinensis extract includes the following steps: taking Mosla chinensis, adding a solvent in a 30-60x amount at 80-100°C, soaking and extracting the
Mosla chinensis 1-3 times, 5-20 min each time, filtering the solution and taking filtrate to obtain the Mosla chinensis extract.
[06] AMosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein a method for preparing the Mosla chinensis extract includes the following steps: taking Mosta chinensis, adding a solvent in a 30-60x amount at 80-100°C, soaking and extracting the
Mosla chinensis 1-3 times, 5-20 min each time, filtering the solution and taking filtrate, and removing the solvent to obtain the Mosla chinensis extract.
[07] AMosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein a method for preparing the Mosla chinensis extract requires that the solvent is water or ethanol solution.
[08] An application of the Mosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein the Mosla chinensis extract is used to prepare drugs for treating sphagitis, swollen sore throat and tonsillitis.
[09] A composition containing the Mosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein the composition includes the Aosla chinensis extract and camellia oil at a mass ratio of (5-1):1.
[10] An application of the composition containing the Mosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein the composition is used to prepare antibacterial drugs. [MI] An application of the Mosla chinensis extract is provided in the present invention, wherein the Mosla chinensis extract 1s used to prepare tea bags or dissolved medicines.
[12] Compared to the prior art, the Mosla chinensis extract of the present invention features the following advantages: the Mosla chinensis is soaked in a large amount of hot water within a short time, and unstable constituents in the AMosla chinensis such as essential oil and phenols are maintained as much as possible, so that the function of heat clearing and detoxication is achieved; and a reflux extraction is performed on the Mosla chinensis through hot water, and a good antibacterial effect is shown.
[13] The Mosla chinensis extract and the application thereof of the present invention are described further in combination with the specific embodiments, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to such embodiments.
[14] Example 1
[15] 5g of Mosla chinensis was taken, water in a 50x amount at 95°C was added, the
Mosla chinensis was soaked and extracted 2 times, 5 min each time, the solution was filtered, and filtrate was taken and merged to obtain the Afosia chinensis extract.
[16] Example 2
[17] 5g of Mosla chinensis was taken, water in a 10x amount at 100°C was added, the Mosla chinensis was heated, reflux extraction was performed 2 times, 120 min each time, the solution was filtered, and filtrate was taken and merged to obtain the AMosla chinensis extract.
[18] Verification of pharmaceutical effect
[19] Treatment of tonsillitis: 27 patients with mild tonsillitis were collected between the beginning of 2020 and the end of 2021. Based on the patients’ will, the patients were treated with example | and warm water at intervals in the order of collecting time as much as possible. Among them, 16 patients were treated with example 1, and 11 patients were controlled with warm water. The patients’ conditions were asked by daily phone calls and the cure time was counted. The results were shown as follows: the cure time for 16 patients treated with example 1 was 2.3+0.6 days, and the cure time for 11 patients treated with warm water as a control was 3.8+1.3 days.
[20] Anti-staphylococcus aureus effect: 1 ml of Mosla chinensis extract with a concentration of 0.5 g/ml crude drug was taken, and 0.1 g of camellia oil was added to obtain a composition; 72 ml of medium was poured into 3 culture dishes, three parallel experiments were performed, about 20 ml for each experiment, and the medium was placed for 30 min; 0.4 ml of staphylococcus aureus suspension with a McFarland concentration of 0.46 was added to 200 ml of medium, the solution was mixed, 5 ml was added to each of these culture dishes, and the solution was shaken well; 1 Oxford cup was placed at each corner of the culture dish and labeled as Groups A, B, C and D, the composition was added in Groups A and B, normal saline was added in Groups C and
D, these groups were placed for 30 min and then put into the incubator, and the inhibition zone was observed. The inhibition zone of the composition was 4.6+1.2 mm and no inhibition zone was observed in the normal saline.
[21] Anti-malassezia effect: 1 ml of Mosla chinensis extract with a concentration of 0.5 g/ml crude drug was taken, and 0.1 g of camellia oil was added to obtain a composition, 72 ml of medium was poured into 3 culture dishes, three parallel experiments were performed, about 20 ml for each experiment, and the medium was placed for 30 min; 0.4 ml of malassezia suspension with a McFarland concentration of 0.46 was added to 200 ml of medium, the solution was mixed, 5 ml was added to each of these culture dishes, and the solution was shaken well; 1 Oxford cup was placed at each corner of the culture dish and labeled as Groups A, B, C and D, the composition was added in Groups A and B, normal saline was added in Groups C and D, these groups were placed for 30 min and then put into the incubator, and the inhibition zone was observed. The inhibition zone of the composition was 3.3+0.8 mm and no inhibition zone was observed in the normal saline.
