Abstract
The present disclosure provides a multi-functional interior wall art paint with formaldehyde removal, mosquito repellence, and negative ion release, which is 5 composed ofthe following materials in percentage by weight: 10% to 15% of pure water, 20% to 30% of odorless formaldehyde removal emulsion, 10% to 20% of colored particles that can release negative ions, 10% to 20% of colored particles with an mosquito repellent effect, 10% to 20% of colored particles with a colorful pearlescent effect, 0. l% to 0.2% of anti-corrosive and bactericidal agent, 0.2% to 03% of thickener, 10 and l% to 2% of multi-functional aid. The present disclosure has beneficial effects that the product not only can attain functions of removing a formaldehyde, releasing negative ions, purifying air, and repelling mosquitoes, but can also achieve a colorful decorative effect, which integrates a functionality and a decorativeness.
Description
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL INTERIOR WALL ART PAINT WITH
FORMALDEHYDE REMOVAL, MOSQUITO REPELLENCE, AND
NEGATIVE ION RELEASE
[01] The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of paints, in particular to a multi-functional interior wall art paint with formaldehyde removal, mosquito repellence, and negative ion release.
[02] At present, most of interior wall decorative products on the market include an interior wall latex paint, an art paint, a diatom ooze, and other decorative materials, which have a single color, and a single function, that is, some products can remove a formaldehyde, some products can release negative ions, and some products can repel mosquitoes, but no interior wall decorative art paint that really integrates formaldehyde removal, negative ion release, air purification, mosquito repellence, and other functions hasn’t been developed yet.
[03] In view of shortcomings in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a multi- functional interior wall art paint with formaldehyde removal, mosquito repellence, and negative ion release, which is composed of the following materials in percentage by weight: 10% to 15% of pure water, 20% to 30% of odorless formaldehyde removal emulsion, 10% to 20% of colored particles that can release negative ions, 10% to 20% of colored particles with an mosquito repellent effect, 10% to 20% of colored particles with a colorful pearlescent decorative effect, 0.1% to 0.2% of anti-corrosive and bactericidal agent, 0.2% to 0.3% of thickener, and 1% to 2% of multi-functional aid.
[04] A technological process of production thereof is as follow: adding the anti- corrosive and bactericidal agent, the odorless formaldehyde removal emulsion, the multi-functional aid, the colored particles that can release the negative ions, the colored particles with the mosquito repellent effect, and the colored particles with the colorful pearlescent decorative effect sequentially in water in a weight percentage, stirring at a low speed (300 to 500 rpm), and after stirring uniformly, adding the thickener to adjust a mixture to a required consistence.
[05] A production method for the colored particles that can release the negative ions includes steps of: pulverizing and grinding tourmaline and hexacyclic-ring stone which are capable of releasing the negative ions into 200 to 500-mesh powder, adding the powder and nanometer titania into a water-in-water dispersion phase for uniform stirring, adding a water-in-water continuous phase, encapsulating a mixture into particles with colors, and producing the colored particles by a pelletizer. The colored particles are composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 60% to 70% of water- in-water dispersion phase, 10 to 15% of encapsulated solution, 5% to 10% of tourmaline powder, 3% to 5% of hexacyclic-ring stone powder, 1% to 2% of nanometer titania, and 0.1% to 0.2% of color paste.c
[06] In the above materials, we select an odorless formaldehyde removal bio-based modified emulsion 8172 from Wanhua Chemical as the odorless formaldehyde removal emulsion. The product can reduce and remove contents of a formaldehyde, and other harmful substances in indoor air effectively. The tourmaline and the hexacyclic-ring stone can attain a function of a long-acting release of the negative ions, and the nanometer titania can attain a function of photocatalysis.
[07] A production method for the colored particles with the mosquito repellent effect includes steps of grinding a camphor ball with an mosquito-preventing effect into powder, adding mint essential oil, lavender essential oil, and citronella essential oil that achieve the mosquito repellent effect for uniform stirring, drying, and grinding a mixture into 500 to 600-mesh powder for later use, where the powder is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 50% to 55% of camphor ball powder, 10% to 15% of mint essential oil, 10% to 15% of lavender essential oil, and 15% to 25% of citronella essential oil; and adding the powder with the mosquito repellent effect into a water-in-water encapsulating technical system thereof via a water-in-water encapsulating technology, encapsulating it into a material with a color, and producing the colored particles by the pelletizer, where the colored particles are composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 75% to 85% of water-in-water raw material, 15% to 25% of mosquito repellent powder, and 1% to 2% of pigment.
[08] A production method for the colored particles with the pearlescent effect includes steps of: adding pearl powder with light and color variable effects into the water-in-water encapsulating technical system via the water-in-water encapsulating technology, and preparing the powder into the colored particles with a three-dimensional pearlescent color variable effect, where the colored particles are composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 80% to 90% of water-in-water raw material, and 10% to 20% of pearl powder.
[09] The present disclosure has beneficial effects that the product not only can attain functions of removing the formaldehyde, releasing the negative ions, purifying the air, and repelling mosquitoes, but can also achieve a colorful decorative effect, which integrates a functionality and a decorativeness.
[10] For a usage method of the product, the multi-functional interior wall art paint with formaldehyde removal, mosquito repellence, and negative ion release is sprayed to a finished wall surface or board uniformly by a special spray gun with an adjusted air pressure.
[11] A multi-functional interior wall art paint with formaldehyde removal, insect repellent, and negative ion release was composed of the following materials in percentage by weight: 10% to 15% of pure water, 20% to 30% of odorless formaldehyde removal emulsion, 10% to 20% of colored particles that could release negative ions, 10% to 20% of colored particles with an insect repellent effect, 10% to 20% of colored particles with a colorful pearlescent effect, 0.1% to 0.2% of anti-corrosive and bactericidal agent, 0.2% to 0.3% of thickener, and 1% to 2% of multi-functional aid.
[12] A production method for the colored particles that could release the negative ions included steps that tourmaline and hexacyclic-ring stone which were capable of releasing the negative ions were pulverized and ground into 200 to 500-mesh powder, the powder and nanometer titania were added into a water-in-water dispersion phase for uniform stirring, a water-in-water continuous phase was added, a mixture was encapsulated into particles with colors, and the colored particles were produced by a pelletizer. The colored particles were composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 60% to 70% of water-in-water dispersion phase, 10 to 15% of encapsulated solution, 5% to 10% of tourmaline powder, 3% to 5% of hexacyclic-ring stone powder, 1% to 2% of nanometer titania, and 0.1% to 0.2% of color paste.
[13] Inthe above materials, we selected an odorless formaldehyde removal bio-based modified emulsion 8172 from Wanhua Chemical as the odorless formaldehyde removal emulsion. The product could reduce and remove contents of a formaldehyde, and other harmful substances in indoor air effectively. The powder was composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 50% to 55% of camphor ball powder, 10% to 15% of mint essential oil, 10% to 15% of lavender essential oil, and 15% to 25% of citronella essential oil. The powder with the mosquito repellent effect was added into a water-in-water encapsulating technical system thereof via a water-in-water encapsulating technology, and was encapsulated into a material with acolor, and then, the colored particles were produced by the pelletizer, where the colored particles were composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 75% to 85% of water-in-water raw material, 15% to 25% of mosquito repellent powder, and 1% to 2% of pigment.
[15] A production method for the colored particles with the pearlescent effect included steps that pearl powder with light and color variable effects were added into the water-in-water encapsulating technical system via the water-in-water encapsulating technology, and the powder was prepared into the colored particles with a three- dimensional pearlescent color variable effect, where the colored particles were composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 80% to 90% of water- in-water raw material, and 10% to 20% of pearl powder.
[16] Atechnological process of production of the interior wall art paint was as follow: the anti-corrosive and bactericidal agent, the odorless formaldehyde removal emulsion, the multi-functional aid, the colored particles that can release the negative ions, the colored particles with the mosquito repellent effect, and the colored particles with the colorful pearlescent decorative effect were added sequentially in water in a weight percentage, and were stirred at a low speed (300 to 500 rpm), and after a mixture was stirred uniformly, the thickener was added to adjust the mixture to a required consistence.
