Abstract
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of down quilt production. The present disclosure relates to a down sucking device for down quilt production. The down sucking device comprises an operating platform; an adsorption box with an open end provided on one side of the operating platform; and an adsorption fan which is provided on one side of the adsorption box for adsorption. An exhaust pipe is provided at the exhaust end of the adsorption fan; a fan which inclines downwards is provided above the other side of the operating platform; an atomizing pipe is provided at the upper end of the inlet of the adsorption box on one side of the operating platform; a plurality of atomization flow guide openings are provided in the atomizing pipe; a humidif1er is provided at the bottom of the adsorption box; an outlet of the humidifier is communicated with one end of the atomizing pipe through a flow guide pipe; the extending end of the exhaust pipe is provided with a recovery mesh bag which is connected with the exhaust pipe and is used for recovering floating down. Due to the design of the recovery mesh bag; the floating down blown away from the down quilt is sucked into the bag; and can be reutilized. Environmental pollution is avoided; and production cost is saved.
Description
DOWN SUCKING DEVICE FOR DOWN QUILT PRODUCTION
[01] The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of down quilt production, and in particular, relates to a down sucking device for down quilt production.
[02] During the production and processing of down quilts, the floating down of down quilts needs to be further processed because of the high static electricity of down quilts. At present, down quilts are placed on the operating platform, and then a negative pressure adsorption chamber is provided at one side of the operating platform. The negative pressure adsorption chamber absorbs floating down and dust during operation and discharges them to the outside of the workshop. Although floating down adsorption can be realized to a certain extent, the effect is not good. Moreover, the adsorbed floating down is directly discharged without unified collection, which not only pollutes the environment, but also prevents the floating down from being reused and wastes resources.
[03] It is difficult for the prior art to meet demands of people. In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure provides a down sucking device for down quilt production.
[04] In order to achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure provides the following technical scheme.
[05] A down sucking device for down quilt production, comprising an operating platform; an adsorption box with an open end provided on one side of the operating platform; and an adsorption fan which is provided on one side of the adsorption box for adsorption, wherein an exhaust pipe is provided at the exhaust end of the adsorption fan, wherein an atomizing pipe is provided at the upper end of the inlet of the adsorption box on one side of the operating platform, a plurality of atomization flow guide openings are provided in the atomizing pipe, a humidifier is provided at the bottom of the adsorption box, an outlet of the humidifier is communicated with one end of the atomizing pipe through a flow guide pipe, and the extending end of the exhaust pipe is provided with a recovery mesh bag which is connected with the exhaust pipe and is used for recovering floating down.
[06] Preferably, a plurality of evenly distributed first fixing frames are provided at the bottom of the operating platform, and a plurality of evenly distributed second fixing frames are provided at the bottom of the adsorption box.
[07] Preferably, the bottom of one side of the adsorption box is provided with an air inlet pipe which is communicated with the adsorption box, and the air inlet pipe is communicated with the air inlet end of the adsorption fan.
[08] Preferably, an inclined downward fan is provided above the other side of the operating platform.
[09] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects.
[10] A humidifier and an atomizing pipe are provided, so that dust can be reduced to a certain extent by atomizing particles. The atomized particles can combine the dispersed floating down and dust to a certain extent, so that the floating down and dust are reduced, and the adsorption efficiency of the original adsorption box for floating down is further improved. Due to the design of the recovery mesh bag, the floating down blown away from the down quilt is sucked into the bag, and can be reutilized, which not only solves the environmental pollution, but also saves the production cost and 1s used for a long time in the production process.

[19] With reference to FIGS. 1-3, a down sucking device for down quilt production comprises an operating platform 10, an adsorption box 1 with an open end provided on one side of the operating platform 10, and an adsorption fan 4 which is provided on one side of the adsorption box 1 for adsorption, wherein an exhaust pipe 12 is provided at the exhaust end of the adsorption fan 4, an atomizing pipe 2 is provided at the upper end of the inlet of the adsorption box 1 on one side of the operating platform 10, a plurality of atomization flow guide openings 21 are provided in the atomizing pipe 2, a humidifier 6 is provided at the bottom of the adsorption box 1, the outlet of the humidifier 6 is communicated with one end of the atomizing pipe 2 through a flow guide pipe 7, and the extending end of the exhaust pipe 12 is provided with a recovery mesh bag 5 which is connected with the exhaust pipe and is used for recovering floating down.
[20] Preferably, a plurality of evenly distributed first fixing frames 8 are provided at the bottom of the operating platform 10, and a plurality of evenly distributed second fixing frames 9 are provided at the bottom of the adsorption box 1.
[21] Preferably, the bottom of one side of the adsorption box 1 is provided with an air inlet pipe 3 which is communicated with the adsorption box, and the air inlet pipe 3 is communicated with the air inlet end of the adsorption fan 4.
[22] The humidifier 6 is widely used in the prior art, which belongs to the prior art. Any humidifier 6 widely used in the market in the present disclosure can be realized, so that the specific structure and model of the humidifier 6 will not be described in detail in the present disclosure.
[23] Furthermore, an inclined downward fan 11 is provided above the other side of the operating platform 10.
[24] For those skilled in the art, the fan 11 can be fixed on the ceiling at the upper end of the workshop or on the wall of the workshop according to the size of the workshop, which can be easily realized by those skilled in the art according to common knowledge, so that the fixing of the fan 11 will not be described in detail.
[25] With the design of the fan, the floating down can be blown towards the inside of the adsorption box by the blowing power generated by the fan, and the adsorption efficiency of the original adsorption box on the floating down is further improved.

1, and the extending end of the fixed rod 13 is fixed with the fan 11.
[27] Furthermore, the recovery mesh bag 5 is hollow and cylindrical, and filter holes 56 are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the recovery mesh bag 5. The recovery mesh bag 5 located at one end of the exhaust pipe 12 is internally provided with a fan fixing 5 frames 51 which are symmetrically distributed up and down and fixedly connected. The middle part of the fan fixing frame 51 is provided with a connecting shaft 53 which is movably connected. A plurality of uniformly distributed fan blades 52 are provided on the connecting shaft 53, and a connecting rotating shaft 58 is provided at the bottom of the connecting shaft 53. A plurality of evenly distributed separating rods 54 are provided in one side of the recovery mesh bag 5 near the inner wall. A plurality of adjusting rods 59 are provided on the separating rods 54. The adjusting rods 59 are fixedly connected with corresponding rotating shafts 58. Scraping rods 57 for removing down from the filter holes 56 are provided on the separating rods 54.
[28] With the design of the fan blade 52, the airflow of the exhaust pipe 12 is used to drive the fan blade 52 to rotate, so as to drive the scraping rod 57 to rotate around the rotating shaft 58 through the rotation of the rotating shaft 58, which can effectively clean the filter holes 56 in time and effectively prevent the filter hole 56 from being blocked due to too many floating down in the filter holes 56, thus reducing the separation and filtration efficiency.
[29] Furthermore, the bottom of the recovery mesh bag 5 is open, and a connected bottom cover 55 is provided at the bottom of the recovery mesh bag 5. The bottom of the rotating shaft 58 is movably connected with the bottom cover 55. The bottom of the fan fixing frame 51 and the upper end of the bottom cover 55 are both provided with circular adjusting grooves 551 with the same size. The upper and lower ends of the separating rod 54 are located in the adjusting grooves 551, respectively. Both the upper and lower ends of the separating rod 54 are provided with a plurality of roller grooves 541. Rollers 542 are movably connected in the roller grooves 541, and the rollers 542 are in rolling connection with the inner wall of the adjusting groove 551.

The design of the roller 542 effectively reduces the friction between the separating rod 54 and the adjusting groove 551, and effectively ensures the rotation efficiency of the rotating shaft 58.
