Abstract
The present invention provides a high-rise escape device comprising a shell having therein a channel for a rope to pass through. A rope pressing device is provided in the 5 shell. The rope pressing device includes a pinch roller and a pinch roller device for tightly pressing the rope by pressing down the pinch roller. The rope pressing device has at least one group, and each group of rope pressing devices includes pinch rollers which are oppositely arranged, and the rope passes between each group of two adjacent pinch rollers. The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the hi gh- lO rise escape device is designed to be a device matched with a preset rope, and the escape device itself does not store the rope such that the product is small in volume and light in weight and has wide application for the crowd.
Description
High-Rise Escape Device
[01] The invention belongs to the technical field of escape devices and particularly relates to a high-rise escape device.
[02] The high-rise escape device serves as life saving equipment for escaping from a building in case of an emergency in a high-rise. The traditional high-rise escape device is too complicated in structure and large in equipment. Besides, a rope of the escape device is usually contained in the escape device such that the weight of the equipment is caused to be heavy, making the equipment difficult to be picked up by people who are not young adults, especially for residents or tenants living at high floors. For example, in publication number CN1990065A, a portable life saving device in a high building is disclosed, wherein a rope rotary wheel is arranged in an escape device, and a rope is wound on the rope rotary wheel such that a user needs to bear a heavy bundle, and the users are greatly limited.
[03] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a high-rise escape device that is simple in structure, compact, and light.
[04] The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
[05] ahigh-rise escape device, comprising a shell having therein a channel for a rope to pass through, wherein a rope pressing device is provided in the shell, the rope pressing device comprises a pinch roller and a pinch roller device for tightly pressing the rope by pressing down the pinch roller, the rope pressing device has at least one group, each group of rope pressing devices comprises pinch rollers which are oppositely arranged, and the rope passes between each group of two adjacent pinch rollers.
[06] Each group of pinch rollers has two pinch rollers, and two pinch rollers in the same group of pinch rollers are provided at the same horizontal position; or each group has more than two pinch rollers, and two adjacent pinch rollers in the same group of pinch rollers are arranged in an up-and-down staggered manner.
[07] The pinch roller is provided with a roller slot.
[08] The shell comprises a left housing and a right housing, and the shell is of a split structure; the left housing is movably connected with one side of the right housing, and the other side is fixed through a fixing piece.
[09] The fixing piece is a latch, jacks for inserting the fixing pieces are provided in the left housing and the right housing respectively, and the left housing and the right housing form a whole after the fixing pieces are inserted into the left housing and the right housing.
[10] The pinch roller device comprises a pinch roller support, a support connecting piece, and an adjusting piece, wherein the pinch roller is movably connected to the pinch roller support and can rotate on the pinch roller support, the pinch roller support penetrates through the shell and can move relative to the shell, one end of the support connecting piece is fixed on the shell, the other end penetrates through the pinch roller support and is connected to the adjusting piece at an end, the adjusting piece is in threaded connection with the support connecting piece, and a position of the pinch roller support is controlled by rotating the adjusting piece. [15] The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the high-rise escape device is designed to be a device matched with a preset rope, and the escape device itself does not store the rope such that the product is small in volume and light in weight and has wide application for the crowd.

[22] A high-rise escape device is as shown in Figs. 1-4, including a shell having therein a channel for a rope 1 to pass through. A rope pressing device is provided in the shell, the rope pressing device includes a pinch roller 2 and a pinch roller device for tightly pressing the rope 1 by pressing down the pinch roller 2. The rope pressing device has at least one group, and each group of rope pressing devices includes pinch rollers 2 which are oppositely arranged, and the rope 1 passes between each group of two adjacent pinch rollers 2. The escape device is matched with an escape rope 1 outside a room for use, the escape rope 1 outside the room is preset, and the rope 1 is maintained for one time at intervals to guarantee the fastness thereof. The escape device is matched with the rope 1 when the escape device needs to be used, a backpack or a seat cushion for high-
altitude operation is connected to the escape device, and the escape by going downstairs is realized through the damping of the rope pressing device and the rope 1 in the escape device. According to the invention, the high-rise escape device is designed to be a device matched with the preset rope 1, and the escape device itself does not store the rope 1 such that the product is small in volume and light in weight and has wide application for the crowd.
[23] Each group of pinch rollers 2 has two pinch rollers 2, and two pinch rollers 2 in the same group of pinch rollers are provided at the same horizontal position; or each group has more than two pinch rollers 2, and two adjacent pinch rollers 2 in the same group of pinch rollers 2 are arranged in an up-and-down staggered manner. The pinch roller 2 is provided with a roller slot thereon, and the roller slots, having an arc-shaped concave slot in the cross section, are circumferentially arranged along the pinch roller.
In the embodiment, two pinch rollers 2 are arranged in each group, and two pinch rollers 2 in the same group of pinch rollers 2 are provided at the same horizontal position. The pinch rollers 2 on two sides of the rope 1 and the rope pressing device are used for applying extruding force to the rope 1 such that the rope 1 and the pinch roller 2 have large damping therebetween, the speed of the escape device and people or objects using the escape device is reduced when descending, and the purpose of escape is achieved.
[24] In order to enable the escape device to be better and more quickly matched with the rope 1, the shell of the escape device is designed to include a left housing 3 and a right housing 4, and the shell is of a split structure; the left housing 3 is movably connected with one side of the right housing 4, hinge connection is adopted in the embodiment, and the other side is fixed through a fixing piece 5. The fixing piece 5 is a latch, jacks for the fixing piece 5 to be inserted are provided in the left housing 3 and the right housing 4, bosses 6 protruding outwards are provided on the left housing and the right housing, the jack is provided on the boss 6, and the left housing 3 and right housing 4 forms a whole after the fixing piece 5 is inserted into the left housing 3 and right housing 4. When the escape device is used, the fixing piece 5 is pulled out first, the left housing 3 and right housing 4 is opened, the rope 1 is clamped between two pinch rollers
2 of the left housing 3 and right housing 4, then the left housing 3 and right housing 4 is covered, and the fixing piece 5 is inserted into the jack to complete the connection of the escape device.
[25] In order to adjust the force of the pinch rollers 2 on the two sides pressing down the rope 1, the pinch roller device is designed to include a pinch roller support 7, a support connecting piece 8, and an adjusting piece 9. The pinch roller 2 is movably connected to the pinch roller support 7 and can rotate on the pinch roller support 7, the pinch roller support 7 penetrates through the shell and can move relative to the shell.
One end of the support connecting piece 8 is fixed on the shell, and the other end penetrates through the pinch roller support 7 and is connected to the adjusting piece 9 at the end. The adjusting piece 9 is in threaded connection with the support connecting piece 8, and the position of the pinch roller support 7 is controlled by rotating the adjusting piece 9. The pinch roller support 7 includes a pinch roller mounting part 21 and a connecting part 22. The pinch roller mounting part 21 is provided on two sides of the pinch roller 2, a through slot for the pinch roller mounting part 21 to move is provided on the shell, two ends of the connecting part 22 are respectively connected with the pinch roller mounting part 21, and the support connecting piece 8 penetrates through the connecting part 22. The adjusting piece 9 is one hollow nut, the support connecting piece 8 is a cylinder, external threads are arranged outside, the adjusting piece 9 and the support connecting piece 8 are in threaded fit connection, and the pinch roller device for pressing down the pinch roller 2 is designed to be adjustable in pressure such that when people with different weights are aimed, the pressure of the pinch roller device can be adjusted according to gravity.
[26] In order to more quickly connect the escape device with the rope 1, an ejector 10 is further arranged, and the ejector 10 is sleeved outside the support connecting piece 8. One end of the ejector 10 acts on the outer wall of the shell, and the other end of the ejector 10 acts on the pinch roller support 7. In the embodiment, the ejector 10 is a spring, and the distance between the two pinch rollers 2 1s adjusted to be relatively large before the connection such that the latch is conveniently inserted into the jack when a steel wire rope is placed between the two pinch rollers 2, and the adjusting piece 9 is adjusted after the pin is inserted into the jack to enable the two pinch rollers 2 to tightly press the rope 1. Therefore, when the escape device is connected with the rope 1, the rope 1 can be conveniently clamped between the two pinch rollers 2, and the latch can be conveniently inserted into the jack (because if the distance between the two pinch rollers 2 is small, the reactive force of the rope 1 to the two pinch rollers 2 is large such that the left housing 3 and right housing 4 is difficult to close, resulting in the latch unable to be inserted into the jack).
[27] A decelerating brake device is further included. The decelerating brake device includes a brake roller 11 movably and eccentrically mounted on the shell, the brake roller 11 is movably connected with the shell through a hinge pin, and the brake roller 11 can rotate along the hinge pin as the center. When the brake roller 11 rotates, because the rotation point is the eccentric position of the brake roller 11, the distance between the outer contour of the brake roller 11 and the shell is changed when the brake roller 11 rotates. The brake is generated when the distance between the edge of the outer contour of the brake roller 11 and the housing is smaller than the diameter of the rope 1, and a handle 12 for driving the brake roller 11 to rotate is connected to the brake roller 11. The brake roller 11 is circumferentially provided with a roller slot for preventing the rope 1 from sliding out. Due to the arrangement of the brake roller 11, it can be guaranteed the impact generated by the user and the ground can be reduced when the user is about to reach the ground such that the user is protected. Meanwhile, in order to be braked by the decelerating brake device when the pinch roller device is abnormal, the protection function is further achieved.
