Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of toilets, and in particular to a portable intelligent steam flushing type outdoor restroom. A portable intelligent steam flushing type outdoor restroom comprises a portable toilet box with an opening and closing door, a urinal is arranged on an inner wall of the portable toilet box, an automatic door is arranged on the urinal, and an air outlet frame device capable of vertically moving up and down is arranged in the urinal and is connected to a steam generating device arranged at the outer side of the toilet box through an air inlet pipe, a urea collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of the urinal, and an outdoor exhaust pipe is connected to the side wall of the urea collecting tank, and a power source device electrically connected to the steam generating device and the air outlet frame device is arranged on the portable toilet box. According to the portable intelligent steam flushing type outdoor restroom disclosed by the present disclosure, the urinal is cleaned by utilizing steam, water resources are saved, and meanwhile, the urea is recycled and provided for agricultural production, and waste is turned into wealth, and a solar device is used for providing energy, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.

RESTROOM
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present disclosure relates to the technical fields of restrooms, and in particular to a portable intelligent steam flushing type outdoor restroom.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] Current male urinals are mainly in the following types: semi-hung urinals, standing urinals, manual urinals, induction urinals. These types of urinals provide convenience for men to urinate to different degrees, but cannot effectively achieve water saving or even waterless urinal, which will cause a large amount of water to be wasted for a long time. In addition to performance requirements, people also have high requirements on cleanliness in the process of using the toilet, and other effective alternative cleaning modes except for flushing the toilet with water has not been found for many years. In addition, the existing urinals are almost fixed, and due to the fact that the urinal is difficult to clean without water, the problem of water supply becomes the first problem of changing the urinal from fixed to the portable outdoor restroom.

SUMMARY
[03] The purpose of the present disclosure is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and provide a portable intelligent steam flushing type outdoor restroom.
[04] To solve the technical problem, a technical solution adopted by the present disclosure 1s as follows: a portable intelligent flushing type outdoor restroom comprises a portable toilet box with an opening and closing door, a urinal is arranged on an inner wall of the portable toilet box, an automatic door is arranged on the urinal, and an air outlet frame device capable of vertically moving up and down is arranged in the urinal and is connected to a steam generating device arranged at the outer side of the toilet box through an air inlet pipe; a urea collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of the urinal, an exhaust pipe is connected to the side wall of the urea collecting tank; and a power source device electrically connected to the steam generating device and the air outlet frame device is arranged on the portable toilet box.
[05] In the technical solution, a user enters the portable toilet box, and the automatic door is automatically opened after the automatic door on the urinal senses the entering of the user; the user leaves the toilet box after using the toilet, and the automatic door is closed; the air enters the air outlet frame device communicated with the air inlet pipe after being acted by the steam generating device, the air outlet frame device blows out high-temperature steam to the inner wall of the urinal while vertically moving up and down in the urinal, urine sprayed on the wall of the urinal is evaporated at high temperature, and urea generated by urine evaporation is collected in the urea collecting tank, and is recycled and provided for agricultural production. The purpose of intelligently cleaning the urinal without water is achieved, and water resources are saved; and meanwhile, the collected urea can be recycled for the agriculture, and ecological environmental protection is achieved.
[06] Preferably, the air outlet frame device comprises an electric telescopic pipe vertically arranged in the urinal, and an air outlet frame fixedly communicated with the electric telescopic pipe; and the electric telescopic pipe is communicated with the air inlet pipe. In the technical solution, the electric telescopic pipe may stretch out and draw back autonomously, thus driving the air outlet frame fixedly communicated with the electric telescopic pipe to perform steam flushing on the inner wall of the urinal in all directions.
[07] Preferably, an air inlet is provided on the rear side of the portable toilet box and is communicated with the air inlet pipe. In the technical solution, the air inlet is communicated with the air inlet pipe, and thus the air acted by the steam generating device may be sent into the air outlet frame by the air inlet pipe.
[08] Preferably, the steam generating device comprises a motor, an aerodynamic diffuser, a mixed airflow impeller, and an air heater, wherein the motor, the aerodynamic diffuser, the mixed airflow impeller and the air heater are sequentially arranged in the air inlet, the aerodynamic diffuser is arranged at the outer side of the motor, the mixed airflow impeller is arranged on the motor, and the air heater is arranged in the air inlet.
In the technical solution, the motor may provide power, the aerodynamic diffuser can disperse the airflow and send the dispersed airflow into a specific path to reduce the turbulence, the mixed airflow impeller is provided for mixing the airflow, and the air heater is used for heating the air to obtain high-temperature steam.
[09] Preferably, an air outlet is provided on the rear side of the portable toilet box and is communicated with an exhaust pipe. The air outlet is communicated with the exhaust pipe to exhaust the treated steam outdoors.
[10] Preferably, the exhaust pipe is connected to a gas purifier. In the technical solution, the air outlet frame moves back and forth from top to bottom under action of the electric telescopic pipe, and all gas in the urinal finally enters the gas purifier under the action of air pressure and is exhausted outdoors from the exhaust pipe under the action of the gas purifier, and thus the pollution of the waste gas to an external environment is avoided.
[11] Preferably, the power source device comprises a solar device arranged at the top of the portable toilet box, and a power generator arranged at the rear side of the portable box. In the technical solution, the solar device is used for providing electric energy for the outdoor restroom when sunlight irradiates, and the power generator is used for providing electric energy for the outdoor restroom when no sunlight irradiates; the solar device provides energy for the outdoor restroom by using natural light, renewable energy source is utilized, and the energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
[12] Preferably, a lighting device is arranged at the top of the inner wall of the portable toilet box, and ventilation windows are provided on the two sides of the portable toilet box. In the technical solution, under the condition of insufficient light, the lighting device may be turned on to provide sufficient light; and when the air circulation in the space of the portable toilet box is poor, the windows may be opened for ventilation, thereby guaranteeing the air circulation in the portable toilet box.
[13] Preferably, a display screen structure is arranged on the opening and closing door, and wheel structures are arranged at the bottom of the portable toilet box. In the technical solution, movement and transport of the whole outdoor restroom are convenient through the arrangement of the wheel structures, and the portable toilet box can be quickly placed at an appropriate place conveniently.
[14] Preferably, a rain cover structure is arranged above the air inlet. In the technical solution, the rain cover structure is provided for preventing rainwater from entering the air inlet to damage the motor arranged in the air inlet, the aerodynamic diffuser arranged on the motor, the mixed airflow impeller, and the air heater to influence the maintenance cost for the whole outdoor restroom.

A urinal is cleaned by using steam, water resources are saved; and meanwhile, urea is recycled and provided for agricultural production, and waste is turned into wealth; a solar device is used for providing energy, and energy conversion and environmental protection are achieved.

The portable intelligent steam flushing type outdoor restroom comprises a portable toilet box 2 with an opening and closing door 1, a urinal 3 is arranged on an inner wall of the portable toilet box 2, an automatic door 4 is arranged on the urinal 3, and an air outlet frame device 5 capable of vertically moving up and down is arranged in the urinal 3 and is connected with a steam generating device 7 arranged at the outer side of the toilet box through an air inlet pipe 6; a urea collecting tank 8 is arranged at the bottom of the urinal 3, an outdoor exhaust pipe 9 is connected to the side wall of the urea collecting tank 8; and a power source device electrically connected with the steam generating device 7 and the air outlet frame device 5 are arranged on the portable toilet box 2.
[24] Wherein the air outlet frame device 5 comprises an electric telescopic pipe 51 vertically arranged in the urinal 3, and an air outlet frame 52 fixedly communicated with the electric telescopic pipe 51; and the electric telescopic pipe 51 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 6.

The steam generating device 7 comprises a motor 11, an aerodynamic diffusion 12, a mixed airflow impeller 13, and an air heater 4, wherein the motor 11, the aerodynamic diffuser 12, the mixed airflow impeller 13 and the air heater 14 are sequentially arranged in the air inlet 10, the aerodynamic diffuser 12 is arranged on the outer side of the motor 11, the mixed airflow impeller 13 is arranged on the motor, and the air heater 14 is arranged in the air inlet 10. An air outlet is provided on the rear side of the portable toilet box 2 and is communicated with the 15 exhaust pipe; and the exhaust pipe 9 is connected to a gas purifier 16.
[26] Wherein the power source device comprises a solar device 17 arranged at the top of the portable toilet box 2, and a power generator 18 arranged at the rear side of the portable box 2; a lighting device 19 is arranged at the top of the inner wall of the portable toilet box 2, and ventilation windows 20 are provided on the two sides of the portable toilet box 2. A display screen structure 21 1s arranged on the opening and closing door 1, and wheel structures 22 are arranged at the bottom of the portable toilet box 2; and a rain cover structure 23 is arranged above the air inlet 10.
