Claims (8)

CONCLUSIES
1. Micro-ingekapseld additief voorzien van een eetbare uitwendige deklaag, met het kenmerk, dat de eetbare uitwendige deklaag een hotmelt coating is, het additief bezit een deeltjesafmeting van meer van 50 micrometer en minder dan 500 micrometer en de deklaag bezit een laagdikte van meer dan 5 micrometer en minder dan 50 micrometer.
2. Micro-ingekapseld additief volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat de deklaag verschillende lagen omvat, waarbij de som van de dikte van de individuele lagen meer dan 5 micrometer en minder van 50 micrometer bedraagt.
3. Micro-ingekapseld additief volgens een of meer van de voorgaande conclusies, met het kenmerk, dat voor een additief met een deeltjesafmeting van meer dan 50 micrometer en minder dan 500 micrometer het percentage deklaag (vol.%) in het micro-ingekapseld additief varieert tussen 5 vol.% en 80 vol.®%.
4. Micro-ingekapseld additief volgens een of meer van de voorgaande conclusies met het kenmerk, dat het additief ten minste een verbinding is, gekozen uit de groep van B vitaminen, vitamine A, vitamine C, vitamine K, vitamine D, vitamine E, groep van aminozuren, cysteïne, histidine, alanine, glycine, arginine, threonine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, fenylalanine, glutamine, glutaminezuurmethionine, lysine, tryptofaan, antibiotica, groep van producten met antibiotische eigenschappen, monolaurine of glycerolmonolauraat, vetzuren met gemiddelde ketenlengte, capronzuren, caprylzuur, caprinezuur, laurinezuur, (meervoudig)onverzadigde vetzuren, cholinechloride, siliciumdioxide, een groep van glucogeenprecursors, dextrose, sucrose, oligosachariden, disachariden, gedenatureerd zetmeel, melasse, maltodextrine, monopropeenglycol, glycerol, plantaardig eiwit, groep met anionische eigenschappen, calciumchloride, ammoniumchloride, hydrochloorzuur, magnesiumchloride, insecteneiwit, talk, raapzaadolie, emulgeermiddelen, geéthoxyleerde sorbitanesters, polysorbaat, glycerolmonostearaat, lecithine, ureum, polyetheenglycol (PEG), micro-organismen, lactobacillus, lactobacillus bifidus, gisten, zoals brouwersgist, markers, zoals arabinose, xylose, of een combinatie van één of meer hiervan.
5. Micro-ingekapseld additief volgens een of meer van de voorgaande conclusies, met het kenmerk, dat de hotmelt coating ten minste een verbinding is,
gekozen uit de groep van gehydrogeneerde palmolie, inclusief gefractioneerde gehydrogeneerde palmolie, gehydrogeneerde sojaboonolie, gehydrogeneerde maïsolie, gehydrogeneerde plantaardige oliën, gehydrogeneerde kokosnootolie, wassen, bijenwas, carnaubawas, candelitawas, polyetheenglycol, calciumcarbonaat, mono- en diglyceriden, glycolmonolauraat, glycerolmonostearaat, emulgeermiddelen, geëthoxyleerde sorbitanesters, polysorbaat, oppervlaktespanning verlagende middelen, gehydrogeneerde kokosnootolie, calciumzouten van vetzuren, lecithine, gehydrogeneerde raapzaadolie, gehydrogeneerde katoenzaadolie, gehydrogeneerde zonnebloemolie, gehydrogeneerde vetzuren, stearinezuur, palmitinezuur, onverzadigde triglyceriden en vetzuren, gelatine en laurinezuur, of een combinatie van één of meer hiervan.
6. Micro-ingekapseld additief volgens een of meer van conclusies 4-5, met het kernmerk, dat in het micro-ingekapselde additief dat is voorzien van een eetbare uitwendige deklaag, het additief ammoniumchloride is en de deklaag gehydrogeneerde palmolie omvat.
7. Toepassing van een micro-ingekapseld additief voorzien van een eetbare uitwendige deklaag volgens een of meer van de voorgaande conclusies voor het bereiden van een voedingssamenstelling voor herkauwers.
8. Voedingssamenstelling voor herkauwers, omvattende een micro- ingekapseld additief voorzien van een eetbare uitwendige deklaag volgens een of meer van de conclusies 1-6.
