Abstract
The present invention relates to an offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry comprising a frame body, a traction frame, a power transmission device, a furrowing disk, a rotating shaft and at least six furrowing blades, the traction frame is fixedly disposed on the fiont end of the frame body, the power transmission device is attached to the frame body, one end of the rotating shaft is fitted with a power output of the power transmission device, the other end thereof is fixed in the middle position of the furrowing disk, and the furrowing blades are fixed on the edge of the furrowing disk. The present invention has simple structure and only needs to be driven by a simple small tractor, which is suitable for opening ditches on various sandy and hard soils without high power output.

Offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY The present invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery and equipment, in particular to an offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry.
BACKGROUND During planting, fertilizing or irrigating of the wolfberry, it is necessary to open ditches. The ditching operation of the prior art generally adopts manual ditching or mechanical ditching. The manual ditching is slow and laborious, with a relatively low work efficiency. The ditching machinery of the prior art is unable to meet the special ditching requirements of the wolfberry as it is general-purpose and generally suitable for engineering operations, pipeline laving and urban construction. Therefore, the ditching machinery and equipment of the prior art are not able to achieve good results in planting and fertilizing the wolfberry, and unable to meet the ditch size requirements or the demand for planting environment.
SUMMARY With regard to the defects in the prior art, it is necessary to provide an offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry.
An offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry comprises a frame body, a traction frame, a power transmission device, a furrowing disk, a rotating shaft and at least six furrowing blades, the traction frame is fixedly disposed on the front end of the frame body, the power transmission device is attached to the frame body. one end of the rotating shaft is fitted with a power output of the power transmission device, the other end thereof is fixed in the middle position ofthe furrowing disk, and the furrowing blades are fixed on the edge of the furrowing disk.
Preferably, the furrowing blades are uniformly distributed at the edges of both sides of the furrowing disk.
Preferably, the furrowing blades comprise a U-shaped furrowing blade. a Z-shaped furrowing blade and a triangular furrowing blade, the U-shaped furrowing blade, the Z-shaped furrowing blade and the triangular furrowing blade are arranged on the furrowing disk in a staggered form.
Preferably, the furrowing disk is provided with a protective device for preventing mud generated during ditching being thrown out.
Preferably, the protective device comprises an arc-shaped hood, a first hood lateral connecting arm, a first vertical supporting arm, a second hood lateral connecting arm, a second vertical supporting arm, a third hood lateral connecting arm and a third vertical supporting arm; the first hood lateral connecting arm, the second hood lateral connecting arm and the third hood lateral connecting arm are fixedly attached to the internal surface of the arc-shaped hood; and one ends of the first vertical supporting arm, the second vertical supporting arm and the third vertical supporting amare fixedly connected to the frame body, respectively, and the other ends thereof are fixedly connected to one ends of the first hood lateral connecting arm, the second hood lateral connecting arm and the third hood lateral connecting arm, respectively.
Preferably, the offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry further comprises a scraping device for preventing the soil excavated by the furrowing blades from falling into the ditch.
Preferably, the scraping device comprises a scraper. a scraper connecting arm and a fixing sleeve: the fixing sleeve is fixedly connected to the rear end of the frame body and located on the same side as the furrowing disk; the scraper connecting arm is configured with at least three pin holes and the fixing sleeve is configured with a pin hole; and the lower end of the scraper connecting arm is fixedly connected to the scraper, and the upper end of the scraper connecting arm passes through the fixing sleeve, a pin passes through one of the pin holes on the scraper connecting arm and the pin hole on the fixing sleeve to fix the upper end of the scraper connecting arm on the fixing sleeve.
Preferably, the offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry further comprises a supporting traveling device, the supporting traveling device is fixedly disposed on the frame body and located in relative to the furrowing disk.
Preferably, the supporting traveling device comprises a traveling wheel, a traveling wheel connecting arm and a traveling wheel fixing sleeve; the traveling wheel fixing sleeve is welded on the frame body, the traveling wheel connecting arm is configured with at least three pin holes, and the traveling wheel fixing sleeve is configured with at least two pin holes; and one end of the traveling wheel connecting arm is fixedly connected to an axle of the traveling wheel, and the other end of the traveling wheel connecting arm is received by the traveling wheel fixing sleeve and fixed therein by inserting a pin into one of the pin holes on the traveling wheel connecting arm and either of the pin holes on the traveling wheel fixing sleeve.
Preferably, the power transmission device comprises an input shaft and a speed reducer; one end of the input shaft is fitted with the speed reducer, and the other end thereof is used to connect to the power output of a tractor; and the output end of the speed reducer is fitted with the rotating shaft.
The present invention relates to a disk-type rotary ditching means, the ditching size is the radius of the disk, which is set according to depth requirements for planting or fertilizing the wolfberry. The present invention has advantages of simple structure and only needs to be driven by a simple small tractor. The power output of the tractor is transferred to the power transmission device, which drives the furrowing disk to rotate and open ditches with the furrowing blades. The rotary ditching method is suitable for opening ditches on various sandy and hard soils without high power output. As a plurality of furrowing blades rotate at the same time during operation, the ditching is achievable in case of partially damaged furrowing blades. Therefore, with relatively high work efficiency and small occupation, the present invention is especially suitable for ditching operation for wolfberry.

Refer to Figures 1 and 2, an offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry comprises a frame body 10, a traction frame 20, a power transmission device 30, a furrowing disk 40, a rotating shaft 50 and at least six furrowing blades 60, the traction frame 20 is fixedly disposed on the front end of the frame body 10, the power transmission device 30 is attached to the frame body 10, one end of the rotating shaft 50 is fitted with a power output of the power transmission device 30, the other end thereof is fixed in the middle position of the furrowing disk 40, and the furrowing blades 60 are fixed on the edge of the furrowing disk 40. The frame body 10 is connected to a first auxiliary diagonal connecting arm 11 and a second auxiliary diagonal connecting arm 12. One end of the first auxiliary diagonal connecting arm 11 is fixedly connected to the middle of the left frame body 10 and the other end thereof is fixedly connected to the upper end of the traction frame 20. One end of the second auxiliary diagonal connecting arm 12 is fixedly connected to the middle of the right frame body 10 and the other end thereof is fixedly connected to the upper end of the traction frame 20. The furrowing blades 60 are uniformly distributed at the edges of both sides of the furrowing disk 40.
5 The furrowing blades 60 comprise a U-shaped furrowing blade 61, a Z-shaped furrowing blade 62 and a triangular furrowing blade 63, the U-shaped furrowing blade 61. the Z-shaped furrowing blade 62 and the triangular furrowing blade 63 are arranged on the furrowing disk 40 in a staggered form. The U-shaped furrowing blade 61, the Z-shaped furrowing blade 62 and the triangular furrowing blade 63 are screwed on the furrowing disk 40 in a detachable manner. One ends of the U-shaped furrowing blade 61, the Z-shaped furrowing blade 62 and the triangular furrowing blade 63 have a cutting edge, respectively. The U-shaped furrowing blade 61 and the Z-shaped furrowing blade 62 extend obliquely on one edge, respectively.
The power transmission device 30 comprises an input shaft 31 and a speed reducer 32; one end of the input shaft 31 is fitted with the speed reducer 32. and the other end thereof is used to connect (othe power output of a tractor; and the output end of the speed reducer 32 is fitted with the rotating shaft 50.
The furrowing disk 40 is provided with a protective device 70 for preventing mud generated during ditching being thrown out. The protective device 70 comprises an arc-shaped hood 71, a first hood lateral connecting arm 72, a first vertical supporting arm 73, a second hood lateral connecting arm 74, a second vertical supporting arm 75, a third hood lateral connecting arm 76 and a third vertical supporting arm 77; the first hood lateral connecting arm 72, the second hood lateral connecting arm 74 and the third hood lateral connecting arm 76 are fixedly attached to the internal surface of the arc-shaped hood 71; and one ends of the first vertical supporting arm 73, the second vertical supporting arm 75 and {he third vertical su pporting arm 77 are fixedly connected to the frame body 10, respectively, and the other ends thereof are fixedly connected to one ends of the first hood lateral connecting arm 72, the second hood lateral connecting arm 74 and the third hood lateral connecting arm 76, respectively. The protective device 70 further comprises a front hood lateral connecting arm 78 and a rear hood lateral connecting arm 79. The front hood lateral connecting arm 78 is fixed on the front end of the arc-shaped hood 71 and fixedly connected to the frame body 10 on one end. The rear hood lateral connecting arm 79 is fixed on the rear end of the arc-shaped hood 71 and fixedly connected to the frame body 10 on one end. The rear hood lateral connecting arm 79 is further fixedly provided with an auxiliary arc-shaped guard plate for preventing mud being thrown from lower end of the rear end of the arc-shaped hood 71.
The offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry further comprises a scraping device 80 for preventing the soil excavated by the furrowing blades from falling into the ditch.
The scraping device 80 comprises a scraper 81, a scraper connecting arm 82 and a fixing sleeve 83: the fixing sleeve 83 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the frame body 10 and located 9 on the same side as the furrowing disk 40; the scraper connecting arm 82 is configured with at least three pin holes and the fixing sleeve 83 is configured with a pin hole; and the lower end of the scraper connecting arm 82 is fixedly connected to the scraper 81, and the upper end of the scraper connecting arm 82 passes through the fixing sleeve 83, a pin passes through one of the pin holes on the scraper connecting arm 82 and the pin hole on the fixing sleeve 83 to fix the upper end of the scraper connecting arm 82 on the fixing sleeve 83.
The offset single-knife furrowing machine for wolfberry further comprises a supporting traveling device 90, the supporting traveling device 90 is fixedly disposed on the frame body 10 and located in relative to the furrowing disk 40. In the present invention, the furrowing disk 40 is located on the right side of the frame body 10, and the supporting traveling device 90 is located on the left side of the frame body 10.
The supporting traveling device 90 comprises a traveling wheel 91, a traveling wheel connecting arm 92 and a traveling wheel fixing sleeve 93; the traveling wheel fixing sleeve 93 is welded on the frame body 10, the traveling wheel connecting arm 92 is configured with at least three pin holes, and the traveling wheel fixing sleeve 93 is configured with at least two pin holes; and one end of the traveling wheel connecting arm 92 is fixedly connected to an axle of the traveling wheel 91, and the other end of the traveling wheel connecting arm 92 passes through the traveling wheel fixing sleeve 93 and fixed therein by inserting a pin into one of the pin holes on the traveling wheel connecting arm 92 and either of the pin holes on the traveling wheel fixing sleeve
