Abstract
The present invention provides an intelligent asset management system. A two-dimensional code generation module generates a two-dimensional code from asset information about the same asset, the two-dimensional codes form an asset table together with the asset information, a two-dimensional code identification module effectively identifies the two-dimensional codes in the asset table after the two-dimensional codes in the asset table are entered by using a high-speed scanner, the asset information carried by the twodimensional code is identified and compared with two-dimensional code information in a data comparison module, the asset table photographed by the high-speed scanner is stored in a corresponding asset information storage module, and an asset information terminal is electrically connected to the asset information storage module, an asset information viewing module, and a hand-held verification apparatus, respectively. The first time an asset is managed and entered, information about the asset is checked and verified through the system, and the asset information is enabled to form a two-dimensional code so as to improve the working efficiency of subsequent asset verification.
Description
P34349NLO0/MKO Title: INTELLIGENT ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Technical Field The present invention relates to the technical field of asset management, and more particularly to an intelligent asset management system.
Background Art Currently, with the development of public resources of enterprises and the society, the number of various assets has also increased, and the assets are widely distributed and have strong mobility.
Although these assets can provide effective assistance for the development of the enterprises and the society, due to the wide distribution and strong mobility of the assets, it has brought great difficulties to asset management personnel during working.
As far as asset management in enterprises is concerned merely, asset management of enterprises is a wide ranging and long-lasting affair relating to a large amount of work.
The enterprise has a large number of asset management personnel for asset management, which leads to a relatively large expenditure in terms of the cost of personnel for the enterprise.
Therefore, there is a need of designing an intelligent asset management system so as to achieve the best asset management effect with the least personnel.
Summary of the Invention The invention overcomes the deficiencies in the prior art: asset management relates to a large amount of work, covers a wide range, lasts long, requires a large number of staffs, and is prone to errors.
Therefore, an intelligent asset management system is provided.
The first time an asset is managed and entered, information about the asset is checked and verified through the system, and the asset information is enabled to form a two-dimensional code so as to improve the working efficiency of subsequent asset verification.
The object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions.
An intelligent asset management system comprises an asset information terminal, an asset information storage module, a two-dimensional code module, a data comparison module, an asset information entry module, an asset information viewing module, and a hand-held verification apparatus, wherein the asset information entry module comprises a data entry apparatus, a high-speed scanner, and a positioning plate which comprises a main plate body, a pull-out plate, and an anti-tip base, wherein a first groove is formed on the main plate body, a second groove is formed at an edge of the first groove on the top, and a boss is formed at an edge of the second groove; the pull-out plate is inserted into the second groove through the boss, the anti-tip base is installed in a middle portion on a side of the main plate body and comprises a
2. base body, an anti-tip groove, and a magnetic adsorption apparatus; the anti-tip groove is disposed in a middle portion of the base body and is provided with an anti-tip boss at an edge, and the high-speed scanner is inserted into the anti-tip groove through the anti-tip boss; the magnetic adsorption apparatus comprises an upper magnet buckle and a lower magnet strip, a magnet placement groove is formed on the base body on both sides of the anti-tip groove, the upper magnet buckle is placed in the magnet placement groove, and the lower magnet strip is built in the main body on a side; and the data entry apparatus is electrically connected to the high-speed scanner; and the two-dimensional code module comprises a two-dimensional code generation module which is built in an asset information entry terminal and a two-dimensional code identification module which is built in the high-speed scanner, wherein the two-dimensional code generation module generates a two-dimensional code from asset information about the same asset, the two-dimensional codes form an asset table together with the asset information, the two-dimensional code identification module effectively identifies the two-dimensional codes in the asset table after the two-dimensional codes in the asset table are entered by using the high-speed scanner, the asset information carried by the two-dimensional code is identified and compared with two-dimensional code information in the data comparison module, the asset table photographed by the high-speed scanner is stored in a corresponding asset information storage module, and the asset information terminal is electrically connected to the asset information storage module, the asset information viewing module, and the hand-held verification apparatus, respectively.
The first groove has a length of 297 mm and a width of 210 mm. The second groove has a length of 70-80 mm and a width of 100-110 mm, and is disposed at a distance of 8-12 mm from an edge of the main plate body.
A slope structure is used for bottom surfaces of the first groove and the second groove, that is, the depth of tail ends of the first groove and the second groove is higher than the depth of head ends, wherein the depth of the tail end is 2-3 mm and the depth of the head end is 1-2 mm.
The upper magnet buckle has a circular structure, a diameter of 10-20 mm, and a height of 3/2 to 4/3 of the depth of the magnet placement groove.
The lower magnet strip has the same length as that of the main plate body and a width of 6-10 mm.
The asset information entry terminal is an asset information entry computer.
The asset information viewing module merely provides the function of viewing, without the function of deleting or changing data information.
The hand-held verification apparatus is configured to read two-dimensional code information during asset verification, and the two-dimensional code information read is
23. entered into the data comparison module for comparison with and verification against asset data therein. The asset information comprises an asset name, an asset purchase time, an asset manufacturer, and an asset service life.
A positioning plate for the intelligent asset management system comprises a main plate body, a pull-out plate, and an anti-tip base, wherein a first groove is formed on the main plate body, a second groove is formed at an edge of the first groove on the top, and a boss is formed at an edge of the second groove; the pull-out plate is inserted into the second groove through the boss; the anti-tip base is installed in a middle portion on a side of the main plate body and comprises a base body, an anti-tip groove, and a magnetic adsorption apparatus; the anti-tip groove is disposed in a middle portion of the base body and is provided with an anti-tip boss at an edge, and the high-speed scanner is inserted into the anti-tip groove through the anti-tip boss; and the magnetic adsorption apparatus comprises an upper magnet buckle and a lower magnet strip, a magnet placement groove is formed on the base body on both sides of the anti-tip groove, the upper magnet buckle is placed in the magnet placement groove, and the lower magnet strip is built in the main body on a side.

The present invention has the following beneficial effects: A two-dimensional code is generated by the two-dimensional code generation module from asset information about the same asset and marked on an asset information table; the two-dimensional codes appear on the table simultaneously after the asset information table is printed; the printed asset information table may be photographed and archived by the high- speed scanner, and two-dimensional code data in the archived asset information table is identified by the two-dimensional code identification module in the high-speed scanner; the identified information is compared with the original input data by the data comparison module; and if the result of comparison is consistent, the archived table is automatically stored into a corresponding asset information storage module in terms of the storage location information
-4- in the two-dimensional code, so as to avoid errors in storage of the achieved table due to the excess work of the personnel.
In the subsequent work of asset verification, the personnel, through the hand-held verification apparatus, aims at the two-dimensional codes in the asset information table attached onto a corresponding asset for scanning and identification; the identified asset information is compared with and verified against the asset data in the data comparison module again; and if consistent, the identified asset information passes, and if not, an error alarm is sent to the asset information terminal.
Since the printed tables are mostly of the same size as an A4 paper, the efficiency of photographing by the operator with the high-speed scanner is effectively improved by forming grooves of the same size on the positioning plate; likewise, a trimmed asset information table may also be photographed and archived by the high-speed scanner; and the efficiency and quality of photographing such documents can also be improved by forming grooves of corresponding size, so that a user is not required to manually adjust, according to the location of the high-speed scanner in use, the location of the document to be photographed; and the high-speed scanner is characterized by light weight and small volume after folding, so that it is easy to carry; however, it is also prone to tipping in use, so that the high-speed scanner is prevented from tipping effectively by disposing an anti-tip base at an edge of the main plate body.
The high- speed scanner is inserted into the anti-tip groove through the anti-tip boss, the base body can fix the high-speed scanner at the edge of the main plate body through the magnetic attraction effect of the upper magnet buckle and the lower magnet strip, and if the high-speed scanner is required to be moved, one only needs to remove the upper magnet buckle and move it to an appropriate location, and then place the upper magnet buckle into the magnet placement groove.

Detailed Description of Embodiments The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below through specific embodiments.

An intelligent asset management system comprises an asset information terminal, an asset information storage module, a two-dimensional code module, a data comparison module, an asset information entry module, an asset information viewing module, and a hand-held verification apparatus, wherein the asset information entry module comprises a data entry apparatus, a high-speed scanner, and a positioning plate which comprises a main plate body 1, a pull-out plate 2, and an anti-tip base, wherein a first groove 3 is formed on the main plate body 1, a second groove 4 is formed at an edge of the first groove 3 on the top, and a boss 5 is formed at an edge of the second groove 4; the pull-out plate 2 is inserted into the second groove 4 through the boss 5, the anti-tip base is installed in a middle portion on a side of the main plate body 1 and comprises a base body 6, an anti-tip groove 7, and a magnetic adsorption apparatus; the anti- tip groove 7 is disposed in a middle portion of the base body 6 and is provided with an anti-tip boss 8 at an edge, and the high-speed scanner is inserted into the anti-tip groove 7 through the anti-tip boss 8; the magnetic adsorption apparatus comprises an upper magnet buckle 9 and a lower magnet strip 10, a magnet placement groove is formed on the base body 6 on both sides of the anti-tip groove 7, the upper magnet buckle 9 is placed in the magnet placement groove, and the lower magnet strip 10 is built in the main body 1 on a side; and the data entry apparatus is electrically connected to the high-speed scanner; and the two-dimensional code module comprises a two-dimensional code generation module which is built in an asset information entry terminal and a two-dimensional code identification module which is built in the high-speed scanner, wherein the two-dimensional code generation module generates a two-dimensional code from asset information about the same asset, the two-dimensional codes form an asset table together with the asset information, the two-dimensional code identification module effectively identifies the two-dimensional codes in the asset table after the two-dimensional codes in the asset table are entered by using the high-speed scanner, the asset information carried by the two-dimensional code is identified and compared with two-dimensional code information in the data comparison module, the asset table photographed by the high-speed scanner is stored in a corresponding asset information storage module, and the asset information terminal is electrically connected to the asset information storage module, the asset information viewing module, and the hand-held verification apparatus, respectively.
The asset information entry terminal is an asset information entry computer.
The asset information viewing module merely provides the function of viewing, without the function of deleting or changing data information.
The hand-held verification apparatus is configured to read two-dimensional code information during asset verification, and the two-dimensional code information read is

In the subsequent work of asset verification, the personnel, through the hand-held verification apparatus, aim at the two-dimensional codes in the asset information table attached onto a corresponding asset for scanning and identification; the identified asset information is compared with and verified against the asset data in the data comparison module again; and if consistent, the identified asset information passes, and if not, an error alarm is sent to the asset information terminal. Embodiment 2 On the basis of Embodiment 1, the first groove 3 has a length of 297 mm and a width of 210 mm. The second groove 4 has a length of 70-80 mm and a width of 100-110 mm, and is disposed at a distance of 8-12 mm from an edge of the main plate body 1. A slope structure is used for bottom surfaces of the first groove 3 and the second groove 4, that is, the depth of a tail end of the first groove 3 and the second groove 4 is higher than the depth of a head end, wherein the depth of the tail end is 2-3 mm and the depth of the head end is 1-2 mm. Embodiment 3 On the basis of Embodiment 2, the upper magnet buckle 9 has a circular structure, a diameter of 10-20 mm, and a height of 3/2 to 4/3 of the depth of the magnet placement groove. The lower magnet strip 10 has the same length as that of the main plate body 1 and a width of 6-10 mm.
