Abstract

The embodiments of this application disclose an intelligent storage box for reel paper towel. The intelligent storage box for reel paper towel includes: a box body, a box cover, a reel mounting roller, a paper out driving assembly, a controller, a paper cutting driving assembly, a paper towel cutter and a pyroelectric infrared sensor. When the user utilizes the intelligent storage box for reel paper towel provided in this application, the reel paper towel is placed in an interior of the box body, which can be free from being polluted by water or dusts and the like inside the toilet. Also, when the user takes the paper towel, he does not need to contact the reel paper towel in the interior of the box body, thus can effectively prevent bacterial cross infection caused by different users during the taking of the paper towel, so as to make user’s taking of the paper towel more safe and healthy.

Description

AN INTELLIGENT STORAGE BOX FOR PAPER TOWEL
FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] This application relates to the field of smart home technology, and in particular, to an intelligent storage box for reel paper towel.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] A reel paper towel is widely used to places such as toilets and the like. In order to easily take paper and prevent the reel paper towel from falling down, a paper towel placement rack is usually adopted to place the reel paper towel at present.
[0003] Referring to FIG. 1, it is a schematic diagram of an existing paper towel placement rack. The paper towel placement rack includes a pedestal 100 provided with a reel placement column 200 extending horizontally thereon, the reel placement column 200 having one end connected with the pedestal 100 and the other end as a free end. In use, the pedestal 100 can be fixed on a wall of a toilet, with a reel paper towel 300 sleeved on the reel placement column 200. In this case, a user can drag the reel paper towel 300 for taking the paper towel, rendering the reel paper towel 300 to rotate on the reel placement column 200, and can break off the paper towel with hand after dragging the paper towel by a suitable length, thereby completing the taking of the paper towel.
[0004] However, when the above paper towel placement rack is used, the reel paper towel would be easily polluted by water or dusts and the like inside the toilet. Also, when the user takes the paper towel, he needs to contact his hand with the paper towel to take it off, such that bacterial cross infection may be easily caused by different users during the taking of the paper towel. Therefore, safety and health cannot be effectively guaranteed during user’s taking of the paper towel when the user places the reel paper towel using the above paper towel placement rack.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0005] The inventive object of this invention is to provide an intelligent storage box for reel paper towel to solve the technical problem that safety and health cannot be effectively guaranteed during user’s taking of the paper towel when the user places the reel paper towel using the above paper towel placement rack.
[0006] This application provides an intelligent storage box for reel paper towel, including: a box body, a box cover, a reel mounting roller, a paper out driving assembly, a controller, a paper cutting driving assembly, a paper towel cutter and a pyroelectric infrared sensor, wherein the box body has a surface provided with a paper towel replacement port with which a top portion of the box cover is rotatably connected, and has a bottom portion provided with a paper towel outlet; the reel mounting roller, the paper out driving assembly, the controller, the paper cutting driving assembly and the paper towel cutter are provided in an interior of the box body, wherein the reel mounting roller is provided in parallel with the paper towel outlet, with one end thereof connected with the paper out driving assembly; the paper towel cutter is provided below the reel mounting roller, with one side thereof provided with the paper cutting driving assembly; the pyroelectric infrared sensor is provided on the bottom portion of the box body, and located on one side in a middle portion of the paper towel outlet; the control panel is provided on the surface of the box body and located on one side of the paper towel replacement port, wherein the pyroelectric infrared sensor is electrically connected with the controller for emitting a human body approach signal to the controller when detecting a human body to approach, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the paper out driving assembly for controlling the paper out driving assembly to operate after receiving the human body approach signal, so as to drive the reel mounting roller to rotate by a predetermined angle, and wherein the controller is further electrically connected with the paper cutting driving assembly for controlling the paper cutting driving assembly to operate after the reel mounting roller rotates by the predetermined angle, so as to drive the paper towel cutter to perform a cutting action on the reel paper towel.
[0007] In actual application, a reel paper towel can be sleeved on a reel mounting roller in advance, a user can extend his hand to a paper towel outlet below a box body for taking the paper towel, a pyroelectric infrared sensor below the box body can detect the approach of the user’s hand and emit a human body approach signal to a controller; the controller can control a paper out driving assembly to operate after receiving the human body approach signal, so as to drive the reel mounting roller to rotate by a predetermined angle. The paper towel can gradually extend downward along with the rotation of the reel mounting roller, and protrude outside the paper towel outlet after passing through the paper towel cutter; the controller can control the paper cutting driving assembly to rotate after the reel mounting roller rotates by the predetermined angle, so as to drive the paper towel cutter to perform a cutting action on the reel paper towel, therefore the user can complete the taking of the paper towel at the paper towel outlet. When the user utilizes the intelligent storage box for reel paper towel provided in this application, the reel paper towel is placed in an interior of the box body, which can be free from being polluted by water or dusts and the like inside the toilet. Also, when the user takes the paper towel, he does not need to contact the reel paper towel in the interior of the box body, thus can effectively prevent bacterial cross infection caused by different users during the taking of the paper towel, so as to make user’s taking of the paper towel more safe and healthy.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS [0017] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, an embodiment of this application provides an intelligent storage box for reel paper towel, including: a box body 1, a box cover 2, a reel mounting roller 3, a paper out driving assembly 4, a controller 5, a paper cutting driving assembly 6, a paper towel cutter 7 and a pyroelectric infrared sensor 8, wherein, the box body 1 is a main body of the intelligent storage box for reel paper towel for placing the reel paper towel, which can be free from being polluted by water or dusts and the like inside the toilet; the box body 1 has a surface provided with a paper towel replacement port with which a top portion of the box cover 2 is rotatably connected; the box cover 2 has a free end fixed with the box body 1 in a manner of clamping, magnetic suction and the like; the paper towel replacement port is used for replacing the reel paper towel inside the box body 1 by the user; the box body 1 has a bottom portion provided with a paper towel outlet 11 presented in an elongated shape, and the user can take the paper towel through the paper towel outlet 11; the reel mounting roller 3, the paper out driving assembly 4, the controller 5 , the paper cutting driving assembly 6 and the paper towel cutter 7 are provided in an interior of the box body 1.
[0018] The reel mounting roller 3 is used for fixing a reel of the paper towel and provided in parallel with the paper towel outlet 11, with one end thereof connected with the paper out driving assembly 4 that is used for driving the reel mounting roller 3 to rotate, so as to realize paper out. The paper towel cutter 7 is provided below the reel mounting roller 3, with one side thereof provided with the paper cutting driving assembly 6 that is used for driving the paper towel cutter 7 to cut the paper towel. Therefore, the user can smoothly take off the paper towel from the below of the paper towel outlet 11 without contacting the reel paper towel in the interior of the box body, thus can effectively prevent bacterial cross infection caused by different users during the taking of the paper towel, so as to make user’s taking of the paper towel more safe and healthy.

The infrared receiver 13 is electrically connected with and the controller 5 for emitting a prompt signal for replacing reel paper towel to the controller 5 after receiving an infrared signal emitted by the infrared emitter 14. The controller 5 is further electrically connected with the pilot lamp 15 for controlling lightening of the pilot lamp 15 after receiving the prompt signal for replacing reel paper towel, so as to prompt the user to replace the reel paper towel timely.
