Conclusions

A skate, such as a short track skate, which skate comprises: - an elongate skate tube with a first long side to which a front attachment part and a rear attachment part are arranged, and with a second long side, which second long side is opposite the first long side; — a skate blade attached to the second long side; - a front cup for mounting at a front attachment point on a sole of a skate shoe, which front cup is attached to the front attachment part, and a rear cup for mounting at a rear attachment point on a sole of a skate shoe, which rear cup is attached to the rear fastening part, characterized in that the cups are movable relative to the respective fastening parts over a first circular arc between a first position and a second position, and wherein the position of the cups relative to the fastening parts can be fixed by means of a locking mechanism.

Skate according to claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprises at least one slotted hole, which slotted hole is arranged on a second arc of a circle, which second arc of a circle is coaxial with the first arc of a circle.

Skate as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein at least one of the mounting parts comprises a mounting surface for receiving a cup, the mounting surface extending over a part of a cylinder, which cylinder is coaxial with the first arc of circle and wherein the cup includes a mounting surface for mounting on the mounting surface, which mounting surface corresponds to the mounting surface.

Skate as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the cups are movable 0.07 rad relative to the respective mounting parts over the first arc of circle between the first and the second position.

Skate as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the axes of the respective first arcs of circles are perpendicular to a set plane.

A skate according to claim 5, wherein the adjusting surface is perpendicular to the skating surface of the skate blade and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the skate tube.

A combination of a skate according to any one of the preceding claims and a skate shoe with a sole on which a front attachment point and a rear attachment point are arranged, the cups comprising a contact surface for connecting to the respective attachment points of the skate shoe, characterized in that the cups are fixed with respect to the respective fastening parts in an adjustment position situated between the first and the second position, wherein the contact surfaces of the cups are parallel to the respective contact surfaces of the fastening points of the skate shoe.

The combination of claim 7, wherein the contact surface of the front cup and the contact surface of the rear cup are not parallel.

9. Combination as claimed in any of the claims 7-§, wherein at least one height-correcting element is arranged between the contact surface of at least one of the cups and the respective attachment point.
