Abstract
The patent discloses a mobile sliding table. The mobile sliding table includes a gear, a rack transmission device and a sliding table, the rack transmission device includes a rack, a transmission rod and a guide rod, the transmission rod and the guide rod are arranged in parallel; the rack is fixed on the transmission rod, the rack is meshed with the gear; and the sliding table passes through the transmission rod provided with the rack, and the guide rod. With the gear as a power input end, by rotating the gear forwardly and reversely, the rack, the guide rod and the transmission rod are driven to move back and forth synchronously relative to the sliding table. The mobile sliding table implements modularization and standardization, and has the advantages of light weight, long service life and low cost, etc.

MOBILE SLIDING TABLE
FIELD
The patent relates to a mobile sliding table, and belongs to the field of sliding table devices.
BACKGROUND A mobile sliding table device is applied to many production equipment fields and particularly to an automatic application field. It is also widely used in fields such as medical appliance, liquid crystal panel, semiconductor, household appliance, daily chemical product, automobile and battery. However, a common mobile sliding table has a large weight and a high cost. Particularly in the field of medical appliance, for example, a previous manipulator sliding table of a blood bank system is an intermediate execution unit for a manipulator to finish a function and is a key component for implementing horizontal and vertical movement of the manipulator; it is required that the positioning precision is high, the vertical stroke is large and the system stiffness is large; and thus the requirement on the mobile sliding table is also high.
GENERAL STATEMENTS
In view of the shortages in the prior art, the patent provides a mobile sliding table. The mobile sliding table has simple structure, flexible operation and high accuracy, and can be applied to many fields as required and particularly to a medical appliance.
The technical solutions of the patent to solve the above technical problems are as follows: a mobile sliding table includes a gear, a rack transmission device and a sliding table; the rack transmission device includes a rack, a transmission rod and a guide rod; the transmission rod and the guide rod are arranged in parallel; the rack is fixed on the transmission rod; the rack is meshed with the gear; and the sliding table passes through the transmission rod provided with the rack, and the guide rod.
With the gear as a power input end, by rotating the gear forwardly and reversely, the rack, the guide rod and the transmission rod are driven to move back and forth synchronously relative to the sliding table.
Further, the gear is connected to a driving device.
Further, the driving device is a servo motor.
Further, the rack is embedded into a surface of the transmission rod or is integrally connected with the transmission rod.
Further, a first guide sleeve and a second guide sleeve passing through the transmission rod are fixed in the sliding table; a gap for placing the rack is formed on the first guide sleeve and the second guide sleeve respectively; a third guide sleeve and a fourth guide sleeve passing through the guide rod are further fixed in the sliding table; and with the use of a bearing sleeve, the abrasion is greatly reduced.
Further, certain ends of the transmission rod and the guide rod are fixed on a fixed seat, and the other ends of the transmission rod and the guide rod are fixed on a mounting seat.
As the utilization of the mobile sliding table, the mobile sliding table is manufactured into a manipulator sliding table device; a first groove connected to an external connection piece is formed on the sliding table; the first groove is of a planar surface or a curved surface, and is configured to position for extended connection; the groove can be connected to a guide rail pair or a bearing pair; and the guide rail pair or the bearing pair drives the manipulator sliding table device to horizontally move or rotate.
Further, a second groove for reducing a weight is formed in the first groove.
The technical solutions make up the shortages of the previous sliding table structure, better meet the use requirements, implement modularization and standardization and has the advantages of long service life and low cost, etc. For a user, with the idea of a modular design, there is no need to pay attention to an internal structure and a detail problem of the sliding table and the sliding table may be embedded into a design of an automatic production line and an automatic device completely as a component.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The principles and characteristics of the patent will be described below with reference to accompanying drawings. The examples described here are merely to explain the patent and are not intended to limit a scope of the patent.
Embodiment 1
As shown in FIG. 1, a mobile sliding table includes a gear 1, a rack transmission device and a sliding table 2; the rack transmission device includes a rack, a transmission rod 3 and a guide rod 4; the transmission rod 3 and the guide rod 4 are arranged in parallel; the rack 5 is fixed on the transmission rod 3; the rack 5 is embedded into a surface of the transmission rod 3 or is integrally connected with the transmission rod 3; the rack 5 is meshed with the gear 1; the sliding table 2 passes through the transmission rod 3 provided with the rack 5, and the guide rod 4; a first guide sleeve 6 and a second guide sleeve passing through the transmission rod 3 are fixed in the sliding table 2; a gap for placing the rack 5 is formed on the first guide sleeve 6 and the second guide sleeve respectively; and a third guide sleeve 13 and a fourth guide sleeve passing through the guide rod 4 are further fixed in the sliding table 2 (the second guide sleeve and the fourth guide sleeve are not shown in FIG.).
With the gear 1 as a power input end, by rotating the gear 1 forwardly and reversely, the rack 5, the transmission rod 3 and the guide rod 4 are driven to move back and forth synchronously relative to the sliding table 2.
Embodiment 2
As shown in FIG. 2, on the basis of the first embodiment, the gear 1 is connected to a driving device; the driving device is a servo motor 7; and certain ends of the transmission rod 3 and the guide rod 4 are fixed on a fixed seat 8, and the other ends of the transmission rod 3 and the guide rod 4 are fixed on a mounting seat 9.
The mobile sliding table in the first embodiment and second embodiment is not limited to the use in a special field and such device has no specificity and may be used in many fields. In the third embodiment, the mobile sliding table is particularly applied to the field of medical appliance, such as a manipulator operation device of a blood bank system, etc.
Embodiment 3
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the mobile sliding table in the second embodiment is manufactured into a manipulator sliding table device; certain ends of the transmission rod 3 and the guide rod 4 are fixed on a fixed seat 8, and the other ends of the transmission rod 3 and the guide rod 4 are fixed on a manipulator mounting seat 10; a manipulator is mounted on the manipulator mounting seat; a first groove 11 connected to an external connection piece is formed on the sliding table 2; the first groove 11 is configured to position for extended connection; the first groove 11 may be connected to a guide rail pair when being of a planar surface; the first groove 11 may be connected to a bearing pair when being of a curved surface; the guide rail pair or the bearing pair drives the manipulator sliding table device to horizontally move or rotate on a mechanical beam; the guide rail pair, the bearing pair and the mechanical beam are common knowledge in the field and will not be repeated; and a second groove 12 for reducing a weight is formed in the first groove 11.
During work, the system enables the manipulator sliding table device to horizontally move or rotate to a required position via an instruction movement unit, the servo motor 7 is rotated forwardly at a fixed value according to a received instruction, and the gear 1 drives the rack 5 to move a corresponding distance downward. The manipulator mounted on the manipulator mounting seat makes a required functional action; after the action is finished, the servo motor 7 is rotated reversely according to an instruction; and thus, the manipulator is moved upward with a corresponding displacement, is horizontally moved to a specified place with the sliding table 2, and is moved downward or upward to finish a function required by the manipulator.
