Description
P118472NL00 Title: Carrying arrangement for a distributor cabinet The invention relates to a carrying arrangement for a distributor cabinet as well as a distributor cabinet comprising such a carrying arrangement.
Preferably the distributor cabinet comprises a rear wall, a first side wall, a second side wall arranged opposite to the first side wall, a third side wall, a fourth side wall arranged opposite to the third wall, a cabinet opening like a cover or a door for closing of the cabinet opening. The distributor cabinet is preferably mountable to a wall, in an opening in a wall or in a cutback in a wall, wherein the cutback in the wall may be closable with a door.
Such distributor cabinets are normally used for accommodation of devices for distribution of low voltage electrical energy of a household, like for example overload protection switches, terminal blocks, et cetera.
Such devices are normally fastened to a carrying arrangement in the distributor cabinet to a device carrier of a main section of the carrying arrangement. These device carriers may also be characterized as DIN-rails, profiled rails or hat profiled rails. The carrying arrangement normally provides a fastening section, which for example is fastened to the rear wall of the distributor cabinet.
Distributor cabinets may provide multiple carrying arrangements or a carrying arrangement with multiple device carriers, which for example are arranged underneath each other. When connecting a cable to a device provided in the device carrier it may be required to pass cables fed from above into the distributor cabinet to a lower section of the devices or to devices, which are connected to a device carrier provided further below, beyond the carrying arrangement. With that it may be complicated, especially due to narrow places, to lead the cable between the carrying arrangement and the rear wall or along the carrying arrangement.
It is the object of the present invention to provide a carrying arrangement that allows an easy laying of cables within the distributor cabinet.
The problem will be solved by the carrying arrangement according toclaim 1. The carrying arrangement according to the invention comprises at least one mounting surface for mounting of the carrying arrangement to a wall of the distributor cabinet, preferable to a rear wall of the distributor cabinet, and at least one main section extending substantially along a main extension direction with a device carrier provided at a front side for connection of electrical devices to the carrying arrangement and a cable guide section provided at a rear side which 1s arranged to be provided opposite to the wall or the rear wall, to, together with the wall or the rear wall, form a cable guide which is arranged to guide a fed cable along a guidance direction.
The cable guide section comprises a flat section and a curved section provided in front of the flat section in the guidance direction.
This embodiment allows an easy laying of cables within the distributor cabinet, especially the laying of cables fed into the distributor cabinet at the top to devices, which are fastened to a further carrying arrangement below a first carrying arrangement.
Preferably, the flat section extends substantially parallel to the wall or rear wall.
In a preferred embodiment, the curved section converts tangentially into the flat section.
Preferably, the curved section is curved around an axis which extends substantially parallel to the main extension direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the curved section displays, along the main extension direction, a substantially unchanging cross-section.
Preferably, the carrying arrangement comprises at least one girder, which is connected to the flat section and extends substantially perpendicular to the flat section, wherein the girder preferably is provided in the main extension direction near the middle of the flat section.
The girder may serve as support for the at least one main section for example to the rear wall, by which the fastening of the devices to the device carrier is facilitated.
In a preferred embodiment, the carrying arrangement comprises at least one frame, which is removably connected to the at least one mounting surface and which extends preferably substantially parallel to the main extension direction.
This embodiment allows increasing the stability of the carrying arrangement, when the carrying arrangement is provided with at least two mounting surfaces and the frame connects at least two mounting surfaces which each other.
Preferably, the carrying arrangement is made out of plastic, more preferably made out of polycarbonate and/or acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate copolymer.
This embodiment allows an easy and cost-effective manufacturing of the carrying arrangement.
In a preferred embodiment, the at least one main section and the mounting surface are formed as a single piece.
Preferably, the at least one main section has a substantially unchanging cross-section perpendicular to the main extension direction, wherein more preferably the cross-section of the main section substantially has a U-shape of an F-shape.
In a preferred embodiment, the device carrier comprises two substantially parallel to each other extending fastening legs, which are connected by a fastening section extending substantially perpendicular to the fastening legs, wherein preferably the fastening section is formed by at least a part of the flat section.
Preferably, the carrying arrangement can be mounted to the wall or rear wall such that the flat section may be provided at a distance to the wall or rear wall, wherein the distance preferably is bigger than 10 mm, even more preferably approximately 20 mm.
The invention further relates to a distributor cabinet comprising a carrying arrangement according to the invention, wherein the carrying arrangement is connected to a wall of the distributor cabinet, preferably the rear wall of the distributor cabinet, by means of the fastening section of the carrying arrangement wherein the cable guide section of the carrying arrangement is provided opposite to the wall or the rear wall and together with the wall or the rear wall forms a cable guide, which is arranged to guide cables fed along a guidance direction.
