De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een toestel voor het oefenen van balslagen voor de tennissport, hier kortweg tennistrainer genoemd. Een tennistrainer volgens de uitvinding kan zijn uitgevoerd 10 volgens het model, zoals dat in figuur 1 is te zien. Claims

1. Tennis trainer provided with a support structure with at least one lower elongated profile arranged horizontally thereon, an upper elongated profile, a cloth or the like, which is attached to the lower elongated profile with a first of opposite parallel edges and with a second of the opposite parallel edges are attached to the upper elongated profile, wherein at least a third elongated profile is arranged in an adjustable manner between the lower and upper profiles and wherein an intermediate portion of the cloth is attached thereto. 10

Tennis trainer according to claim 1, further provided with a detachable net for practicing service ball strokes.

3. Tennis trainer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the removable net 15 can be arranged against the lower elongated profile, for collecting balls.

4. Tennis trainer as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the lower elongated profile can be brought into a slope deviating from the horizontally, for guiding collected balls to a collecting bin.

Tennis trainer as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein the third profile with an associated pair of arms is adjustable to the support structure. 25

A tennis trainer according to claim 5, wherein the pair of arms of the third profile is pivotably adjustable to the support structure with clamping screws.

Tennis trainer as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, further provided with a fourth elongated profile detachably attached to the cloth, which is also arranged adjustably parallel between the lower and upper profiles.

A tennis trainer according to claim 7, wherein the fourth profile with an associated pair of arms is adjustably mounted on the support structure.

9. Tennis trainer as claimed in claim 8, wherein the pair of arms of the fourth profile is pivotably adjustable to the support structure with clamping screws.

10. Tennis trainer as claimed in any of the foregoing claims, wherein means are provided for tensioning the cloth. 20

A tennis trainer as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein at least the lower and upper elongated profiles are formed by tubes.

12. Tennis trainer as claimed in claim 11, wherein at least the lower tube is attached to the supporting structure such that the cloth can be retensioned around the lower tube by rolling it up.

A tennis trainer according to claim 13, wherein the cloth can also be post-tensioned at one of the other elongated profiles.

A tennis trainer as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein the cloth is provided with a substantially horizontal marking line.
