Claims (16)

  1. CLAUSES
    1. Cut resistant clothing, comprising a single layer double faced fabric with a high performance continuous filament fiber with cut resistant properties on the back side of the fabric and a bulky and hairy spun yarn on the front side of the fabric whereas hairs of the bulky and hairy yarn protrude through the yarn knit on the back side of the fabric whereby the total cross sectional surface area of all the protruding hairs and strands of hair comprises at least 0,05 % of the projected area of the fabric.
  2. 2. The clothing according to clause 1, wherein the high performance continuous filament fiber with cut resistant properties comprises aramid fiber.
  3. 3. The clothing according to clause 2, wherein the aramid fiber comprises Twaron®.
  4. 4. The clothing according to clause 1, wherein the high performance continuous filament fiber with cut resistant properties comprises UHMwPE fiber.
  5. 5. The clothing according to clause 2, wherein the UHMwPE fiber comprises Dyneema®.
    5 6. The clothing according to clause 5, wherein the UHMwPE fiber comprises
    Dyneema® Diamond 3G12.
    7. The clothing according to any of the clauses 1 - 6, wherein the clothing comprises a sweater.
    8. The clothing according to clause 7, wherein the sweater comprises a sweater with 10 a turtleneck.
    9. The clothing according to any of the clauses 1 - 6 , wherein the clothing comprises a T-Shirt.
    10. The clothing according to any of the preceding clauses, wherein the fabric comprises at least 50 wt.% of a high performance continuous filament fiber.
    15 11. The clothing according to clause 10, wherein the fabric comprises at least 60 wt.% of a high performance continuous filament fiber.
    12. The clothing according to clause 11, wherein the fabric comprises at least 65 wt.% of a high performance continuous filament fiber.
    13. The clothing according to any of the preceding clauses, wherein the bulky and hairy 20 yarn on the front side of the fabric comprises one or more materials from the group comprising wool, cotton, mohair, cashmere, rayon, acryl, polyester and polyamide.
    14. The clothing according to clause 13, wherein the bulky and hairy yarn on the front side of the fabric comprises acryl HB.
    25 15. A method for the production of the clothing according to any of the preceding clauses.
    16. The method according to clause 15, wherein the method comprises plating knitting.
    CONCLUSIES
    1. Een snijbestendig kledingstuk, met het kenmerk, dat het kledingstuk een enkellaags breisel met een achterzijde omvattende snijwerende continufilament

    3. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 2, met het kenmerk, dat de aramide vezel Twaron® omvat.
    15 4. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat de snijwerende continufilament vezel UHMwPE vezel omvat.
    5. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 2, met het kenmerk, dat de UHMwPE vezel Dyneema® omvat.
  6. 6. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 5, met het kenmerk, dat de UHMwPE vezel
    20 Dyneema® Diamond 3G12 omvat.
  7. 7. Kledingstuk volgens één of meer van de conclusies 1 - 6 , met het kenmerk, dat het kledingstuk een trui omvat.
  8. 8. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 7, met het kenmerk, dat de trui een coltrui omvat.
  9. 9. Kledingstuk volgens één of meer van de conclusies 1-6, met het kenmerk, dat het 25 kledingstuk een T-shirt omvat.
  10. 10. Kledingstuk volgens één of meer der voorgaande conclusies, met het kenmerk, dat het breisel van het kledingstuk ten minste vijftig gewichtsprocenten snijwerende continufilament vezel omvat.
  11. 11. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 10, met het kenmerk, dat het breisel van het kledingstuk ten minste zestig gewichtsprocenten snijwerende continufilament vezel omvat.
  12. 12. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 11, met het kenmerk, dat het breisel van het kledingstuk ten minste vijfenzestig gewichtsprocenten snijwerende continufilament vezel omvat.
  13. 13. Kledingstuk volgens één of meer der voorgaande conclusies, met het kenmerk, dat het volumineuze en harige garen aan de voorzijde van het breisel één of meer materiaalsoorten omvat uit de groep omvattende wol, katoen, mohair, cashmere, rayon, acryl, polyester en polyamide.
  14. 14. Kledingstuk volgens conclusie 13, met het kenmerk, dat het volumineuze en harige garen acryl HB omvat.
  15. 15. Een werkwijze voor het vervaardigen van het kledingstuk volgens één of meer der voorgaande conclusies.
  16. 16. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 15, met het kenmerk, dat de werkwijze plateren met behulp van een breimachine omvat.
