Description
Sanitaire tapkraan met druk neutrale ceramische elementen, voortbewogen door stapoermotoren in combinatie met mechanische raamwerken en aangestuurd door een vloeistofdichte glazen temperatuur sensor unit.Sanitary faucet with pressure-neutral ceramic elements, propelled by stepping motors in combination with mechanical frames and controlled by a liquid-tight glass temperature sensor unit.
5 De uitvinding betreft een sanitaire tapkraan welke voorzien is van twee in spiegelbeeld boven elkaar geplaatste ceramische elementen. Beide ceramische elementen zijn vaste delen en worden parallel verbonden met de aanvoer van warm en koud water en de afvoer richting de kraanuitloop. Tussen beide vaste ceramische elementen is een bewegend ceramisch element geplaatst welke individueel de regeling voorziet van de temperatuur en uitstroomvolume van 10 het aangevoerde warm en koud water voor elk vast ceramisch element richting de kraanuitloop. Doordat de twee vaste ceramische elementen parallel zijn verbonden met de warm en koud water toevoer ontstaan er twee gelijkwaardige krachten in tegengestelde richting op het bewegend element waardoor er een natuurkundig evenwicht ontstaat tussen het bewegend element t.o.v. de vaste elementen. Ongeacht de hoogte van de waterdrukken 15 van de warm en koud water toevoeren blijft het natuurkundige evenwicht op het bewegend element in stand. Door het natuurkundig evenwicht blijft de voortbeweging wrijving tussen de vaste elementen en het bewegend element, ongeacht de hoogte van de waterdrukken van de warm en koud water toevoeren constant. Het bewegend element wordt met een digitale aandrijving in twee richtingen voortbewogen waardoor de toevoer van warm en koud water 20 naar de uitloop van de kraan in temperatuur en uitstroomvolume geregeld wordt. De bewegingen worden middels twee elektrische lineaire digitale stappenmotoren gerealiseerd. Aan de stappenmotoren zijn open raamwerken gemonteerd welke het bewegend element individueel en lineair in twee loodrecht op elkaar staande richtingen beweegt t.o.v. de vaste elementen. De open raamwerken voorzien ook als geleider voor het bewegend ceramisch 25 element t.o.v. elkaar en t.o.v. van het kraanhuis. De digitale aansturing van beide stappenmotoren wordt voorzien d.m.v. een elektronisch regelmechanisme waaraan een waterdichte temperatuur sensor unit is gekoppeld welke volledig vervaardigt is van glas. De waterdichte temperatuur sensor unit wordt ingebracht in de uitgaande waterstroom van de vast elementen.The invention relates to a sanitary tap which is provided with two ceramic elements placed one above the other in mirror image. The moving element is advanced in two directions with a digital drive whereby the supply of hot and cold water to the outlet of the tap is controlled in temperature and outflow volume. The movements are realized by means of two electric linear digital stepper motors. Mounted on the stepper motors are open frames which move the moving element individually and linearly in two perpendicular directions relative to the fixed elements. The open frames also provide as a guide for the moving ceramic element relative to each other and relative to the tap housing. The digital control of both stepper motors is provided by means of an electronic control mechanism to which a watertight temperature sensor unit is connected which is entirely made of glass. The watertight temperature sensor unit is inserted into the outgoing water flow from the fixed elements.

Stappenmotor (12) is gekoppeld aan het 15 raamwerk (10) en verzorgt dat het ceramisch element (6) naar links of rechts gestuurd kan worden, waarbij de buitenzijde van het raamwerk (10) horizontaal langs de binnenzijde van het kraanhuis (9) geleid wordt. Wanneer het ceramische element (6) door het raamwerk (10) naar links of rechts gestuurd wordt verzorgt het raamwerk (11) de geleiding aan het ceramische element (6) zodat er geen verticale beweging plaats kan vinden van het ceramische 20 element (6). Stappenmotor (13) is gekoppeld aan het verticale raamwerk (11) en verzorgt dat het ceramische element (6) naar boven en beneden gestuurd kan worden, waarbij de buitenzijde van het raamwerk (11) verticaal langs de binnenzijde van het kraanhuis (9) geleid wordt.
