Abstract

The scoop comprises a piece of cardboard which can be unfolded to form a scoop. The piece of cardboard has a bag attached for placing the dog litter in and a section of the scoop can be torn off to be used as a scraper. The bag is large enough to hold both the dog litter and scraper.

Een hulpmiddel, geschikt voor eenmalig gebruik, bedoelt om onder andere honden 5 uitwerpselen van de straat, weg, grasveld op te rapen en vervolgens weg te werpen in een vuilnisbak. Het hulpmiddel is in ongebruikte staat volledig opgevouwen en ongeveer 13 x 11 x 0,5 cm in afmeting (zie figuur 1), waardoor men het voorwerp makkelijk in de zakken van kleding of in een handtas kan stoppen. Uitgevouwen heeft het hulpmiddel, de kartonnen schep, een afmeting van ongeveer 13x15x6cm (zie figuur 3). Het 10 hulpmiddel is een combinatie van karton (de schep 1) en plastic (de zak 2). De kartonnen schep en de plastic zak zitten aan elkaar vast en vormen één geheel.An aid, suitable for single use, intended for, among other things, dogs picking up droppings from the street, road, lawn and then throwing them away in a garbage can. The tool is fully folded when unused and approximately 13 x 11 x 0.5 cm in size (see figure 1), making it easy to put the object in the bags of clothing or in a handbag. Unfolded, the aid, the cardboard scoop, has a size of approximately 13x15x6cm (see figure 3). The aid is a combination of cardboard (the scoop 1) and plastic (the bag 2). The cardboard shovel and the plastic bag are connected to each other and form one whole.

In compleet gevouwen staat is de opgevouwen plasticzak gewikkeld om het karton. In uitgevouwen staat kan men de hand helemaal in de uitgevouwen plastic zak te steken en de handgreep van de kartonnen schep beetpakken (zie figuur 4). Doordat de 15 kartonnen schep uit een stuk karton bestaat en deze op specifieke plaatsen van te voren gerild en gevouwen is laat de kartonnen schep zich in één makkelijke beweging geheel uittrekken. Nadat de schep in één beweging is uitgetrokken dient men de zijkanten van de schep te vergrendelen door met een korte klik de uitstekende haakjes (3) in de uitsparingen (4) naar voren te duwen (zie figuur 2). Men heeft dan een kartonnen schep 20 die door zijn unieke vorm en vergrendeling uiterst stevig is en met gemak als schep gebruikt kan worden. Aan de voorkant van de kartonnen schep zit een stuk extra karton (5) dat men, nadat de schep is uitgevouwen en vergrendeld, op de perforatielijn kan afscheuren en als schuif kan gebruiken om de uitwerpselen op de schep te helpen schuiven (zie figuur 4). Door de hand in de zak te steken en aan het handvat vast te 25 houden kan men, met extra hulp van de schuif, de uitwerpselen van bijvoorbeeld een hond opscheppen zonder de handen te bevuilen (zie figuur 4). Door na het scheppen de plastic zak over de schep, inclusief uitwerpselen en extra stuk karton, heen te trekken zijn de uitwerpselen meteen omhuld door de plastic zak. Door de plastic zak na gebruik met een sluiter (6) dicht te binden kan men het geheel op een andere plek in een 30 vuilnisbak op straat of thuis definitief wegwerpen (zie figuur 5). Resultaat is dat de hond zijn behoefte buiten heeft kunnen doen zonder dat de uitwerpselen achtergelaten hoeven te worden. Het laten liggen van de uitwerpselen van honden wordt door mede weggebruikers als een overlast ervaren.When folded, the folded plastic bag is wrapped around the cardboard. Because the cardboard scoop consists of a piece of cardboard and it is shivered and folded in advance at specific places, the cardboard scoop can be pulled out completely in one easy movement. After the scoop has been pulled out in one movement, the sides of the scoop must be locked by pushing the projecting hooks (3) into the recesses (4) with a short click (see figure 2). One then has a cardboard scoop 20 which, because of its unique shape and locking, is extremely sturdy and can easily be used as a scoop. At the front of the cardboard scoop is a piece of extra cardboard (5) that, after the scoop has been folded out and locked, can be torn off on the perforation line and used as a slider to help slide the droppings onto the scoop (see figure 4) . By putting the hand in the bag and holding onto the handle, it is possible, with extra help from the slide, to scoop up the droppings of, for example, a dog without fouling the hands (see figure 4). After scooping the plastic bag over the scoop, including droppings and extra piece of cardboard, the droppings are immediately enveloped by the plastic bag. By tightly sealing the plastic bag with a shutter (6) after use, it can be permanently disposed of elsewhere in a garbage can on the street or at home (see figure 5). The result is that the dog was able to do its needs outside without the droppings having to be left behind. Leaving the faeces of dogs is perceived by fellow road users as a nuisance.

Claims

1. By using the cardboard scoop with plastic bag, suitable for single use, the user can easily keep the street, the road, the lawn clean by picking up the dog's excrements when walking a dog .

2. After using the cardboard scoop with plastic bag, the plastic bag containing the scoop and droppings can be disposed of in a clean and easy way, i.e. discarded.

3. By using the tool and all elements, the cardboard scoop, plastic bag and extra slider, the user is able to clean up the droppings without getting dirty themselves. 0 24 7 49
