Inklapbare kluis.Collapsible safe.
The invention relates to a collapsible safe in which valuables can both be safely stored and exhibited. Figure 1 shows the first variant 5. This consists of a flat rectangular bottom plate 1, which is rigidly attached to two supports 2, which support the entire construction. A hollow semi-cylindrical protective cap 3 can be rotated about an axis of symmetry, which runs through the center of the rectangular bottom plate 1 and lies in the plane of this plate, or at some distance below it. In one position, the protective cap 3 is located below the bottom plate 1 and the valuables which are displayed on the bottom plate 1 are clearly visible. In the other position, the protective cover 3 is rotated 180 degrees around the axis and the valuables are safely protected by this cover. This protective cap 3 can be put in this position by hand and locked. This can also be done by means of an electric drive or a spring construction. Both can be triggered by an alarm, i.h.b. a glass break detector, if the safe is in a shop window or display case, a movement detector if unauthorized persons come too close to the valuables robbery alarm or a fire alarm. A metal detector at the entrance can also be connected to this system. In the event that an armed robber enters the room, all the safes will close automatically, which will result in considerable robbery prevention. The precise shape of the protective cap 3 is shown in the right-hand drawing of figure 2. the protective cap 3 comes to hang below the bottom plate 1 and between the supports 2. The space underneath this base plate 1, and on the inside of the hanging cap 3 hanging downwards, can optionally be used as storage space for storing goods. Figure 2 and Figure 3 show the second variant of the collapsible safe. This consists of two holders 4 coupled to each other. In each holder 4 there is a semi-cylindrical protective cap 3, which can be opened and closed in the same way as in the first variant. At the top of each holder 4 there is a support beam 5 in its entire space. On both support beams 5 there is a flat rectangular bottom plate 6. The two protective caps 3 are positioned in the holders 4 in such a way that they face the center of the flat surface. rotate rectangular base plate 6 when they are closed. This has the advantage that the bottom plate 6 can consist of one whole, instead of two separate parts. The closing mechanism of the second variant can be operated manually, with spring force or electromechanically in the same manner and with the aid of the same alarm sensors as in the first variant.

Figure 3 and Figure 4 show the third variant of the collapsible safe.
This consists of several building elements, see Figure 4, which can be coupled together to form protective caps 3 and holders 4. In each center piece 7 or 8 there are two or more parallel rows of drill holes 9 at the ends. On the end pieces 10 and 11 there are 5 corresponding rows of boreholes 9, such that two end pieces 10 or 11 can be fixed on each center piece 7 or 8. By choosing different rows of holes through which the fastening means come to lie, the length of each holder 4 and the protective cap 3 fitting in it can be varied. Because the width of the two holders 4 can also differ, as is the case in figure 3, these building elements 10 can be built in in various sizes from existing rectangular showcases and it is not necessary to manufacture a tailor-made safe for every showcase. The closing mechanism of the third variant can be carried out manually, with spring force or electromechanically in the same manner and with the aid of the same alarm sensors as in the first variant. The fourth variant is an application of the second variant as a vertically safe, for example for securing paintings, see figure 5. The opposite edges, parallel to the common fixing side of the coupled holders 4, are left open at the top . The protective caps 3 in this case are not completely semi-cylindrical. They have the shape as indicated in the upper right-hand drawing of figure 5. The side of the protective cap 3, which rotates towards the center of the vault, upon closing, has been left partially open. As a result, after closing the safe, a certain minimum distance remains between the bottom plate 6 and the inside of both protective covers 3. A painting can then be stored in this hollow space between the bottom plate 6 and the two protective covers 3. The closing mechanism of the the fourth variant can be carried out manually, with spring force or electromechanically in the same manner and with the aid of the same alarm sensors as in the first variant. Figure 6 shows the interior of all electromechanically driven safe variants. An electric motor 12 is attached to the support beam 5 below the base plate 6. A gear wheel 13 is mounted on the extension of the axis of this electric motor. At the level of the center axis of the semi-cylindrical protective cap 3 there is a solid shaft 14, which is rigidly mounted inside and on the protective hood 3. On this shaft 14 there are two gears. One is gear 15, which engages with gear 13 of the motor 12. The other gear 16 engages with a resilient pawl 17 and prevents the safe opening of the safe, but does not prevent the safe from closing. The vault can only be opened by pressing the pawl 17.
