Description
Oppervlakte-actieve aminen en glycosiden
De uitvinding heeft betrekking op nieuwe oppervlakte-actieve amine-verbin-dingen en glycosiden.
Alkylglycosiden met een lange alifatische keten zijn onder meer bekend uit het 5 werk van Biermann c.s. Starch/Starke, 45 (1993) 281-288, en Balzer, Tenside Surf. Det. 28 (1991) 419-427.
Gevonden is nu dat verbindingen die zijn afgeleid van secundaire alcoholen of aminen, in het bijzonder alkylglycosiden, een gunstiger combinatie van oppervlakte-actieve werking en kritische micelconcentratie hebben. De nieuwe glycosiden voldoen 10 aan formule 1, R6OCHR7-CHOR5-CHOR4-CHOR3-CHR8-(Z-A)n-Z-CH(R1R2) 1 waarin de symbolen A, Z, n en R1 t/m R8 de betekenissen volgens de conclusies hebben.
De suikerrest die deel uitmaakt van het glycoside kan een reducerend mono-sacharide, disacharide of oligosacharide zijn, zoals weergegeven in formule 2. Bruikbare 15 suikers zijn bij voorbeeld de monosachariden glucose (Glc), galactose (Gal), mannose (Man), fructose, xylose (Xyl) en arabinose, de disachariden maltose (Glc-la-*4-Glc), isomaltose (Glc-la-»6-Glc), cellobiose (Glc-ip-*4-Glc), gentiobiose (Glc-ΐβ-^ό-Glc), laminaribiose (Glc-ip-*3-Glc), melibiose (Gal-Ία—*6-Glc), lactose (Gal-1 β—*4-Glc), epilactose (Gal-^-*4-Man), primeverose (Xyl-l-*6-Glu) en xylobiose (Xyl-20 ^-*4-Xyl) en de overeenkomstige trisachariden zoals maltotriose, galactosyl-lactose en hogere homologen. Di- en hogere sachariden waarin de tweede suikergroep aan de 2-positie van de eerste suiker is gehecht, zoals kojibiose en soforose, zijn iets minder geschikt. Ook pentasachariden en hoger hebben weinig betekenis. De voorkeur gaat naar aldosen, in het bijzonder naar goedkope suikers zoals glucose, galactose, lactose en 25 maltose.
De glycosiden volgens de uitvinding worden verkregen uitgaande van een secundaire alcohol of een secundair amine. De secundaire alcohol of het secundaire amine dat met de suiker het oppervlakte-actieve glycoside volgens de uitvinding vormt bevat ten minste 9, in het bijzonder 12-24 koolstofatomen, waarbij de hydroxylgroep 30 resp. aminogroep zich op een afstand van ten minste 4 atomen van de uiteinden bevindt, zoals in 9-octadecanol. De secundaire alcohol kan eventueel een tweede, secundaire hydroxylgroep bevatten.

Bij voorkeur bevat de secundaire alcohol een carboxylderivaat, zoals een alkyl-ester, een amide of een mono- of di-alkylamide. In de formules 1 en 2 is derhalve bij voorkeur een van de twee groepen R1 en R2 op de aangegeven wijze gesubstitueerd. Voorbeelden van geschikte hydroxycarbonzuren zijn 10-hydroxypalmitinezuur, 5 9-hydroxystearinezuur, 12-hydroxystearinezuur, ricinolzuur (12-hydroxyoliezuur) en dimorfecolzuur (9-hydroxy-10,12-octadecadieenzuur). De meeste voorkeur gaat naar verzadigde zuren zoals de amino- en hydroxystearinezuren. Als uitgangsstoffen zijn de alkylesters en dialkylamiden van de hydroxyzuren het meest geschikt. Onder alkyl wordt in dit verband verstaan Cj-C4-alkyl, in het bijzonder methyl en ethyl. Indien gewenst 10 kunnen de esters en amiden achteraf tot alcoholen resp. aminen worden gereduceerd.
Het secundaire amine kan eventueel ook een hydroxylgroep bevatten. Voorbeelden van geschikte aminen zijn 9- en 12-amino-octadecaanzuur-esters en -amiden en 9- en 12-amino-octadecanol. De alcoholen en aminen kunnen eventueel tussen de alifatische rest en de suikerrest een of meer alkyleenoxy- of alkyleenimino-15 groepen bevatten zoals ethyleenoxy, 1,2-propyleenoxy, 2-hydroxy-l,3-propyleenoxy, 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)-l,3-propyleenoxy, ethyleenimino, 1,3-propyleenimino, hexamethyleenimino, N-hydroxyethyl-ethyleenimino en dergelijke.
De uitvinding betreft eveneens andere oppervlakte-actieve derivaten van de bovengenoemde secundaire aminen. Deze voldoen aan de formule 4 20 r2r3r4N+-CHR2-A1-r1 waarin A1 een Cy-C^-alkyleengroep, in het bijzonder een decamethyleengroep, voorstelt; R2 een C5-C9-alkylgroep, in het bijzonder een hexylgroep, voorstelt; r1 hydroxymethyl, carbamoyl, carboxyl of Cj-C^-alkoxycarbonyl voorstelt; 25 r2 en r3 ieder waterstof of een Cj-Qj-alkylgroep, in het bijzonder een methylgroep, voorstellen, of r2 en r3 tezamen met het stikstofatoom een pyrrolidino-, piperidino- of morfolino-groep voorstellen; r2 kan ook afwezig zijn (neutraal amine); r4 een eventueel door een of zuurstofatomen of iminogroepen onderbroken Cj-C^q-alkyl-, -alkenyl-, -alkynyl-, -cycloalkyl(alkyl)-, -aralkyl- of -acyl-groep of een met 30 een carboxyl-, fosfo- en/of sulfo-groep gesubstitueerde Cj-Cj-alkyl- of -C2-C3-alkanoylgroep voorstelt. Het kan hierbij zowel om kationische en anionische als om niet-ionische of zwitterionische verbindingen gaan.
Voorbeelden van deze oppervlakte-actieve amine-verbindingen zijn 9- en 12-trimethy lammonio-, -benzyldimethylammonio-, -(carboxymethyl)dimethylammonio-, 1005244« 3 -(3-sulfopropyl)dimethylammonio-, -acetyldimethylammonio-, -fosfomethylamino-en -β-sulfosuccinoylamino-stearinezuur en esters daarvan, alsmede analoga waarbij een of meer ethyleenimino-groepen aan het amine-stikstof zijn gebonden, zoals in 12-[(carboxymethyl)dimethylammonio-ethyleenamino]stearinezuur.
5 De nieuwe alkylglycosiden kunnen bij voorbeeld worden bereid door middel van de Koenigs-Knorr-synthese (Adv. Carbohydr. Chem. Biochem., 34 (1977) 243) uitgaande van een glycosylhalogenide met de secundaire alcohol in aanwezigheid van een verbinding van een zwaar metaal zoals zilver of kwik, in het bijzonder met een kwik(II)halogenide met een katalytische hoeveelheid jodide-ionen in een watervrij 10 oplosmiddel zoals dichloormethaan en een water bindend middel zoals moleculaire zeven. Hierbij dienen de overige hydroxylgroepen van het glycoside te zijn beschermd in de vorm van een ester (bij voorbeeld een acetaat) of ether (bij voorbeeld een benzylether).
Volgens een alternatieve werkwijze wordt uitgegaan van een imidaat-ester van 15 de suiker, in het bijzonder een trichlooraceetimidaat, verkregen door reactie van de suiker met trichlooracetonitril (zie Angew. Chem., Int. Ed. Engl., 25 (1986) 212; Adv. Carbohydr. Chem. Biochem., 50 (1994) 21). Ook hier worden de overige hydroxylgroepen van het glycoside beschermd.
Gevonden is dat de nieuwe alkylglycosiden op gunstige wijze kunnen worden 20 verkregen door reactie van het glycosylhalogenide met een gehinderd amine, zoals triethylamine of diisopropylamine, in een polair aprotisch oplosmiddel zoals acetonitril, propiononitril, tetrahydrofuran, nitromethaan of dimethylformamide, in aanwezigheid van een water bindend middel. Hiermee worden opbrengsten in de orde van 50% bereikt.
Nadat het alkylglycoside is verkregen, worden indien gewenst eventuele 25 beschermende groepen zoals acetaatgroepen of benzylgroepen verwijderd door hydrolyse of reductie op bekende wijze.
De secundaire aminen kunnen worden bereid uitgaande van de overeenkomstige onverzadigde verbindingen, halogeenverbindingen, ketonen of alcoholen. Zo kan een mengsel van methyl-9- en -10-aminooctadecaanzuur worden verkregen door behande-30 ling van methyloleaat met 70% salpeterzuur en hydrogenering met Raney-nikkel en kan 12-aminooctadecaanzuur worden verkregen uit van 12-oxooctadecaanzuur door reduc-tieve aminering met ammoniak en een katalysator, of, met voordeel, door oximering met watervrij hydroxylamine in methanol gevolgd door hydrogenering, zoals in de voorbeelden wordt toegelicht. Voor de overeenkomstige 1-hydroxyverbindingen kan dezelfde 100 5244** 4 procedure worden gevolgd, uitgaande van l-hydroxy-9- resp. -12-octadecanon.
Het amine kan met de suiker als zodanig reageren onder vorming van een glycosylamine. Met voordeel wordt dit glycosylamine gereduceerd tot het stabielere glycitylamine, waarbij de rechtstreekse binding tussen R8 en R5/R6 in formule 1 wordt 5 gehydrogeneerd. De reductie kan worden uitgevoerd met bij voorbeeld natriumboor-hydride of met waterstof en een metaalkatalysator, zoals nikkel, palladium, platina, ruthenium of een ander metaal uit groep VIII, eventueel op een drager zoals koolstof. De aminering en reductie kunnen in afzonderlijke stappen worden uitgevoerd. Er worden echter hogere opbrengsten verkregen wanneer de reductieve aminering in een stap, bij 10 voorkeur met waterstof en een katalysator, wordt uitgevoerd. Als oplosmiddel kan men bij voorbeeld water, een alcohol of een alcohol-watermengsel toepassen. Bij gebruik van een lichte ondermaat alkylamine t.o.v. suiker blijkt de suiker niet te worden gereduceerd waardoor het opwerken van het product wordt vereenvoudigd.
Het alkylglycosylamine kan met voordeel ook worden geacyleerd, waardoor 15 stabielere derivaten ontstaan, die bovendien gunstige oppervlakte-actieve eigenschappen hebben; in formule 1 stelt Z voor deze derivaten acylimino voor. De acylering kan geschieden door behandeling van het alkylglycosylamine met een Cj-Cj-carbonzuur-anhydride of -halogenide in een geschikt oplosmiddel, bij voorkeur met een base.
De aminering van de suiker en de acylering kunnen ook geschieden door 20 "reactieve processing" (zie bijv. Tomasik et al., Starch/Starke 47 (1995), 96-99, en Narkrugsa et al. Starch/Starke 44 (1992), 81-90), d.w.z. zonder of met geringe hoeveelheden oplosmiddel onder mechanische menging, bij voorbeeld in een extruder.
Eventueel kunnen een of meer van de primaire alcoholgroepen in de alkyl-glycosiden of alkylglycosylaminen worden omzet in een carbonzuurgroep, bij voorbeeld 25 door oxidatie met hypochloriet in aanwezigheid van 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-l-oxyl (TEMPO), of door oxidatie met zuurstof en een overgangsmetaalkatalysator.
Een verder aspect van de uitvinding betreft oppervlakte-actieve gly cosy lam inen en glycosiden die aan een of meer van de zuurstof- (en indien van toepassing stik-stof-)atomen een met een of meer zuurgroepen -COOH, -PCXR^OH), -PO(OR9XOH), 30 -OPOiR^OH), -OPOtOR^OH), -S03H of -0S03H gesubstitueerde alkylgroep of alkanoylgroep met 1-4 koolstofatomen dragen, waarbij de groep -PO(R9XOH), -PO(OR9XOH), -S03H ook rechtstreeks aan een zuurstofatoom kan zijn gebonden. R9 stelt hierbij een waterstofatoom of een Cj-Cy-koolwaterstofgroep, zoals methyl, ethyl, allyl, butyl, fenyl, cyclohexyl of benzyl voor. De zuurgroepen kunnen uiteraard in 1005244* 5 geïoniseerde vorm voorkomen, en in het bijzonder kan het zwitterionen betreffen. Deze verbindingen kunnen worden bereid door bij voorbeeld reactie van een glycitylamine of glycosylamine zoals hierboven beschreven met bij voorbeeld: een halogeenazijnzuur onder vorming van een N- of O-carboxymethylderivaat; acrylonitril gevolgd door 5 verzeping onder vorming van een N- of O-carboxyethylderivaat; een halogeenmethyl-fosfonzuur onder vorming van een O- of N-fosfonomethylderivaat; formaldehyd en een alkylfosfinzuur onder vorming van een N-(ethylfosfinicomethyl)derivaat; hydroxy-methylsulfonzuur onder vorming van een sulfomethylderivaat; chloorethaansulfonzuur onder vorming van een O- of N-sulfoëthylderivaat; ethyleenoxide en chloorsulfonzuur 10 onder vorming van een O-sulfatoethylderivaat; chloorsulfonzuur of chloorfosfonzuur onder vorming van een O-sulfato- of O-fosfato-derivaat; bamsteenzuuranhydride onder vorming van een succinoylderivaat; of maleïnezuuranhydride en sulfiet onder vorming van een O- of N-(P-sulfosuccinoyl)derivaat. Geschikte derivatiseringsmethoden ter invoering van de zuurgroepen zijn bij voorbeeld beschreven door Van Haveren c.s., 15 NMR in Biomedicine, 8, 197-205 (1995), en O'Lenick c.s., JAOCS, 73, 935-937 (1996).
De uitvinding betreft eveneens de toepassing van de hierboven beschreven derivaten als emulgeermiddel in levensmiddelen, als reinigigingsmiddel of als emulgeer-middel in wasmiddelen, vaatwasmiddelen, lichaamsverzorgingsmiddelen, schoonheids-20 middelen, shampoos, of als dispergeermiddel o.a. voor bestrijdingsmiddelen e.d. Voorbeelden 1-4
Bereiding van 1-0-(11 -methoxycarbonyl-1 -hexylundecyl) -β-D-glucose, -galactose, -lactose en -maltose 1.2.3.4.6- Penta - O-acetyl -β-D-glucopyranose 25 In a porseleinen mortier worden 4 g (48 mmol) watervrij natriumacetaat en 5 g (27.4 mmol) droge α-D-glucose vermalen. Het poedermengsel wordt overgebracht in een rondbodem van 200 ml en er wordt 7 g (25 ml, 0.26 mol) azijnzuuranhydride toegevoegd. Het mengsel wordt gekookt (120°C) en af en toe geschud tot een heldere oplossing is verkregen. Na nog twee uur verwarmen wordt het reactiemengsel in 250 ml 30 ijs gegoten. Na 1 uur worden de kristallen afgefiltreerd, met koud water gewassen en uit ethanol geherkristalliseerd. Opbrengst 6.2 g (56%). Galactose, lactose en maltose worden op dezelfde wijze geacetyleerd met opbrengsten van 57%, 76% resp. 74%.
2.3.4.6- Tetra - O - acetyl -a-D-glucopyranosylbromide
Aan een oplossing van l,2,3,4,6-penta-0-acetyl-p-D-glucopyranose (3.90 g, 10 mmol) 1005244* 6 in dichloorraethaan (9 ml) wordt bij 0°C 33% HBr in ijsazijn (9 ml) toegevoegd. Het mengsel wordt geroerd tot uit dunnelaagchromatografie (ethylacetaat/dichloormethaan: 1/1; Rf= 0.56) blijkt dat de bromering voltooid is (Rf= 0.57). Het mengsel wordt op ijs gegoten, opgenomen in dichloormethaan (50 ml), met water (50 ml), verzadigde 5 NaHC03-oplossing (50 ml) en weer met water (2x 50 ml) gewassen. De organische fase wordt op MgS04 gedroogd, gefiltreerd en geconcentreerd. Het residu (olie) wordt opgelost in ether en bij 4°C bewaard. Na enkele uren verschijnen kristallen; opbrengst 3.83 g (93%). Dezelfde methode wordt gevolgd voor de bromering van galactose, lactose en maltose (opbrengsten 93%, 93% resp. 95%).
10 2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-l -0-(11 -methoxycarbonyl-1 -hexylundecyl)-β-D-glucose Methode 1 Aan een mengsel van 0.628 g (2 mmol) methyl-12(R)-hydroxyoctadecano-aat, 0.72 g (2 mmol) HgBr2 en 6 g molzeven (4A) wordt 0.1 g KI in 24 ml droge dichloormethaan toegevoegd. Het reactiemengsel wordt 1 uur bij kamertemperatuur geroerd. Tenslotte wordt 0.82 g (2 mmol) 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-a-D-glucopyranosyl-15 bromide toegevoegd. Na een nacht roeren bij 0°C wordt het mengsel geëxtraheerd met 150 ml dichloormethaan, en wordt de organische laag twee maal met 40 ml van a 5% (w/v) KI-oplossing in water, vervolgens met verzadigd NaHC03 (25 ml) en tenslotte twee maal met water (40 ml) gewassen. De organische fase wordt gedroogd op MgS04, gefiltreerd, en ingedampt. Het residu wordt gezuiverd met kolomchromatografie (Rf = 20 0.33; ethylacetaat/hexaan: 35/65). Opbrengst 0.45 g (35%). Op vergelijkbare wijze worden de overeenkomstige galactose-, lactose- en maltose-derivaten bereid; opbrengsten 15%-40%.
Methode 2: Aan een mengsel van 0.628 g (2 mmol) methyl-12-hydroxy-octadecanoaat (in 50 ml acetonitril) en 6 g molzeven (4A) wordt 0.404 g (4 mmol) Et3N toegevoegd. 25 Het reactiemengsel wordt 1 uur op kamertemperatuur geroerd. Vervolgens wordt 0.82 g (2 mmol) 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-a-D-glucopyranosyl-bromide toegevoegd en wordt mengsel 24 uur gekookt. Wanneer het mengsel niet meer reageert (controle met dec; ethylacetaat/hexaan: 35/65; Ruwaarde 0,33) worden de molzeven afgefiltreerd en wordt het filtraat geconcentreerd. Het residu (olie) wordt opgelost in ether, het mengsel wordt 30 gefiltreerd en de organische fase wordt gezuiverd met kolomchromatografie (Rf = 0.33; ethylacetaat/hexaan: 35/65). Opbrengst 0.54 g (42%). Op dezelfde wijze worden de overeenkomstige galactose-, lactose- en maltose-derivaten bereid; opbrengsten 41-51%. De ^-NMR-, 13C-NMR- en IR-gegevens van deze verbindingen bevestigen de structuur.
1005244·* 7 1-0-(11 -Methoxycarbonyl -1 -hexylundecyl) -β -D -glucose In een kolf van 100 ml wordt 0.45 g van het bovengenoemde geacetyleerde product in 30 ml van een mengsel van methanol en dichloormethaan (60/40, v/v) gekookt. Na 10 minuten wordt in 10 minuten 1 g natrium (5 maal 0.2 g) toegevoegd. Na nog 15 uur 5 staan bij 82°C worden de gevormde kristallen afgefiltreerd, twee maal met dichloormethaan (30 ml) gewassen, opgelost in 20 ml water en met dichloormethaan (30 ml) gewassen. Aan de waterfase wordt 60 ml methanol toegevoegd waarna het product uitkristalliseert. Opbrengst 0.27 g (94%). Op dezelfde wijze worden de overeenkomstige galactose-, lactose- en maltose-derivaten bereid; opbrengsten 93-97%. De IR-10 gegevens zijn vermeld in tabel 1. De CMC-waarden en oppervlaktespanningen zijn vermeld in tabel 2.
Voorbeelden 5-8
Bereidingvanl-0-(8-methoxycarbonyl-l-nonylundecyl)-fi-D-glucose, -galactose, -lactose en -maltose 15 Deze verbindingen worden bereid volgens de werkwijzen van voorbeelden 1-4, echter uitgaande van methyl-9-hydroxyoctadecanoaat in plaats van methyl-12-hydroxyocta-decanoaat. De ^-NMR-, 13C-NMR - en IR-gegevens van de peracetylverbindingen bevestigen de structuur. De IR-gegevens van de gedeacetyleerde verbindingen zijn vermeld in tabel 1 en de CMC-waarden en oppervlaktespanningen in tabel 2.

Bereiding van methyl-l2-(peracetylgalactosylamino)stearaat via Koenings-Knorr 15 reactie
In een kolf van 250 ml (gedroogd bij 105°C) wordt 2.47 g (7.9 mmol) methyl-12-aminostearaat en 2.85 g (7.9 mmol) kwik(II)bromide toegevoegd aan 100 ml droge dichloormethaan. Tevens wordt ± 10 g moleculaire zeef (4) toegevoegd en de kolf wordt voorzien van een calciumchloride-buisje. Het mengsel wordt in een ijsbad 20 gekoeld bij 0°C, na een uur wordt 3.37 g (7.9 mmol) peracetylgalactosylbromide toegevoegd. Het mengsel wordt een nacht bij 0 °C geroerd. De moleculaire zeef en het kwikbromide worden afgefiltreerd, het residu wordt nagespoeld met 150 ml dichloormethaan. De dichloormethaanfase wordt achtereenvolgens gewassen met 100 ml verzadigde natriumbicarbonaat-oplossing en 100 ml pekel (2 maal). Na het wassen wordt 25 de dichloormethaanfase een nacht gedroogd op magnesiumsulfaat. Het magnesiumsulfaat wordt afgefiltreerd en de dichloormethaanlaag wordt afgedampt aan de filmverdamper. Van het ruwe product (4.96 g) wordt 2,0 g op een silicagel-kolom gebracht met 35/65 ethylacetaat/n-hexaan als loopmiddel. De opbrengst aan methyl-12-(peracetyl-galactosyl)stearaat bedraagt 0.81 g (36%).

Bereiding van 12-galactosylaminostearaat
Het product van het bovenstaande voorbeeld word gedeacetyleerd met natriummethoxide in methanol onder refluxen gedurende 4 uur.

Voorbeeld 11
Bereiding van methyl-12-maltosylstearaat
Methyl- 12-(peracetylmaltosyl)stearaat wordt opgelost in weinig methanol. Na toeveogen van natrium wordt de oplossing 4 uur gerefluxt. Het product slaat neer en wordt 20 afgefiltreeerd. Opbrengst: 80,7%.

Claims (12)
1. Oppervlakte-actieve amineverbinding met foimule 4, r2r3r4N+-CHR2-A1-r1 4 waarin
2. Oppervlakte-actief glycoside met formule 1, R6OCHR7-CHOR5-CHOR4-CHOR3-CHR8-(Z-A)n-Z-CH(R1R2) 1 20 waarin R1 en R2 ieder een C4-C15-alkyl- of -alkenyl-groep die eventueel met hydroxy, alkoxycarbonyl, amino, (di)alkylamino, carbamoyl of (di)alkylcarbamoyl is gesubstitueerd, voorstelt; R3, R4, R5 en R6 ieder waterstof, een Cj-C7-alkyl-, -alkenyl-, -aralkyl- of -acyl-25 groep of een met een carboxyl-, fosfo- en/of sulfo-groep gesubstitueerde Cj-C3-alkyl- of C2-C3-alkanoyl-groep voorstellen; R7 waterstof, een carboxylgroep of een groep CH2OR4 voorstelt; R8 waterstof voorstelt of tezamen met een van de symbolen R5 en R6 een directe binding vormt; 1005244« waarbij een van de symbolen R3, R4, R5 en R6 ook een suikerrest [R6OCHR7-CHOR5-CHOR4-CHOR3-CHR8-] kan voorstellen; A een eventueel met hydroxy gesubstitueerde C^-Cg-alkyleengroep voorstelt; Z een zuurstofatoom of een eventueel met een C1-C3-alkyl-, -hydroxyalkyl- of -acyl-5 groep gesubstitueerde iminogroep voorstelt; n een geheel getal van 0-4 is.

4. Glycoside volgens conclusie 2 of 3, waarin R3, R4, R5 en R6 ieder waterstof 10 voorstellen, waarbij een van de symbolen R4, R5 en R6 ook een glucosyl- of galactosyl- groep kan voorstellen, en R8 met een van de symbolen R5 en R6 een directe binding kan vormen.
5 R3, R4, R5, R6, en R7 de betekenissen volgens conclusie 1 hebben en R8 en X tezamen een eventueel geacetaliseerde oxogroep voorstellen laat reageren met een amine met de formule 3, HZ-iA-Zjn-CHR^2 3 waarin R1, R2, A en n de betekenissen volgens conclusie 1 hebben en Z een iminogroep 10 voorstelt, eventueel in aanwezigheid van een reductiemiddel.
5. Glycoside volgens conclusie 4, zijnde een β-glucoside of β-galactoside.
5 A1 een Cj-Cj j-alkyleengroep, in het bijzonder een decamethyleengroep, voorstelt; R2 een C5-C9-alkylgroep, in het bijzonder een hexylgroep, voorstelt; r1 hydroxymethyl, carbamoyl, carboxyl of C1-C4-alkoxycarbonyl voorstelt; r2 en r3 ieder waterstof of een C1-C4-alkylgroep, in het bijzonder een methylgroep, voorstellen, of r2 en r3 tezamen met het stikstofatoom een pyrrolidino-, piperidino- of 10 morfolino-groep voorstellen; r4 een eventueel door een of zuurstofatomen of iminogroepen onderbroken Cj-C20-alkyl-, -alkenyl-, -alkynyl-, -cycloalkyl(alkyl)-, -aralkyl- of-acyl-groep of een met een carboxyl-, fosfo- en/of sulfo-groep gesubstitueerde C1-C3-alkyl- of -C^-C^ alkanoylgroep voorstelt, 15 of r4 een groep R6OCHR7-CHOR5-CHOR4-CHOR3-CHR8-(Z-A)n- voorstelt, waarin A, n, en R3 t/m R8 de betekenissen volgens conclusie 2 hebben; waarbij, indien r2 waterstof voorstelt, het stikstofatoom ook gedeprotoneerd kan zijn.
6. Glycoside volgens een der conclusies 2-5, waarin 15. een zuurstofatoom voorstelt; n gelijk aan 0 is en R8 met een van de symbolen R5 en R6 een directe binding vormt.
7. Werkwijze voor de bereiding van een glycoside volgens een der conclusies 2-6, waarbij men een glycosylhalogenide met de formule 2,
20 R6OCHR7-CHOR5-CHOR4-CHOR3-CHR8-X 2 waarin R3, R4, R5 en R6 ieder een Cj-C7-alkyl-, -alkenyl-, -aralkyl- of -acyl-groep voorstellen; R7 waterstof of een groep CH2OR4 voorstelt;
25 R8 tezamen met een van de symbolen R5 en R6 een directe binding vormt; waarbij een van de symbolen R3, R4, R5 en R6 ook een gealkyleerde of geacyleerde 1005244" suikerrest kan voorstellen, op op zichzelf bekende wijze laat reageren met een secundaire alcohol of een amine met de formule 3, HZ-(A-Z)-CHR1R2 3 5 waarin R1 en R2 ieder een C4-C15 -alkyl- of -alkenyl-groep die eventueel met alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl of (di)alkylcarbamoyl is gesubstitueerd, en waarvan een secundair koolstofatoom met hydroxy of amino of (di)alkylamino kan zijn gesubstitueerd, voorstelt; A, Z en n de betekenissen volgens conclusie 1 hebben, en eventueel vervolgens de 10 alkyl- en acyl-groepen van R3 t/m R6 door reductie of hydrolyse vervangt door waterstofatomen, en eventueel een alkoxycarbonyl of carbamoyl-groep in R1 reduceert.
8. Werkwijze voor de bereiding van een glycoside volgens een der conclusies 2-6, waarbij men een glycosylhalogenide met de formule 2, R6OCHR7-CHOR5-CHOR4-CHOR3-CHR8-X 2 15 waarin R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 en R8 de betekenissen volgens conclusie 6 hebben, in aanwezigheid van een gehinderd amine in een aprotisch oplosmiddel laat reageren met een secundaire alcohol met de formule 3, waarin R1 en R2 de betekenissen volgens λ z conclusie 6 hebben, en eventueel vervolgens de alkyl- en acyl-groepen van R t/m R 20 door reductie of hydrolyse vervangt door waterstofatomen, en eventueel een alkoxycarbonyl of carbamoyl-groep in R1 reduceert.
9. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 7 of 8, waarbij R een acetylgroep is.
10. Werkwijze volgens een der conclusies 7-9, waarbij Z zuurstof voorstelt en n gelijk is aan 0. 1005244·
11. Werkwijze voor de bereiding van een glycoside volgens een der conclusies 2-6, waarbij men een glycose met de formule 2, R6OCHR7-CHOR5-CHOR4-CHOR3-CHR8-X 2 waarin
