Abstract

The reservoir (2) extends from the stirring component (3), while the cap is movable between the shut position and one freeing the scatter opening (4). There can be an opening (6) in the cap, brought into line with that of the reservoir, while catches can be provided to hold the cap in one or both positions. The reservoir can be sealed by sheet material by tapering portions on moving the cap into the scatter or pouring position. The stirring component and reservoir can be in one piece and of re-usable plastic.
