Abstract

The shelf (1) can be mounted at different heights on a bracket (2) resting on the balustrade. A rear plate (4) fixed to the bracket bears against the balustrade beam on one side, and a suspension plate (3) is fixed to the bracket on the other side. The suspension plate accommodates the shelf at different heights. Fixing components engage in holes secure the parts together. The rear plate can be widened at its end, and the suspension plate can have an opening at the top in which a downwards-protruding edge on the bracket fits, while clear of the edge is a rib protruding upwards. Thus after fitting together in the inclined position the components assume final positions at right angles to each other.
