Abstract
Se trata de un sistema de extracción de aceite de palmiste que emplea un proceso de "molienda" de la nuez (almendra con cáscara), separa el material triturado de acuerdo con su granulometría, a través de un proceso "hidrociclón" y utilizando un proceso "hidrodinámico" para separar el aceite que se encuentra en el material triturado mediante un "tricantador centrífugo", caracterizado por incluir sucesivas etapas de trituración y molienda.
