Abstract
The thermally conductive composition of the present invention includes metal particles, a binder resin, and a monomer, in which the metal particles are sintered by a heat treatment to form a particle-connected structure, and in a case where a thermal conductivity is defined as (W/mk) and a storage elastic modulus at 25C is defined as E (GPa), and E satisfy 0.35 = /(E2).
