Abstract
An anti-electric erosion motor automatic production line and an anti-electric erosion motor. The anti-electric erosion motor comprises a stator (4), a permanent magnet rotor, a plastic encapsulated body (5), a non-load side end cover (1), a load side end cover (8), a metal wire (3), a metal nut (6), and a metal screw (7). The automatic production line comprises a stator assembling device; the stator assembling device comprises a stator core transmission line (100) as well as a stator punching machine (101), a stator frame injection molding machine (105), a frame withstand voltage test tool (110), a binding post assembling machine (120), a winding machine (130), a binding post welding device (140), a binding post shaping device (150), a stator withstand voltage tester (159), a stator separated rounding device (160), and a stator one-piece rounding device (170) which are sequentially distributed along the stator core transmission line (100). The two side end covers are connected by means of the metal wire (3), and the metal wire (3) is provided inside the plastic encapsulated body (5), and therefore, the safety performance is high. Furthermore, the metal wire (3) and the two side end covers are in a firm electrical connection, and a bearing has the good anti-electric erosion performance. A stator (4) in the anti-electric erosion motor can achieve automatic assembly, and thus the degree of automation is high, the labor costs are saved, and further the overall efficiency of the motor and the material utilization are high.
