Abstract
The invention provides an upper guide pin device (10) and a battery machine including the same, including a base (100), a first transfer unit (200) and a second transfer unit (300). The first transfer unit (200) and the second transfer unit (300) are both arranged on the base (100). The first transfer unit (200) includes a turntable (220) capable of rotating around the axis of the turntable (220), and the turntable (220) can attract the guide pin (20) and transmit the guide pin (20) to the second transfer unit (300). The second transfer unit (300) includes a first transmission mechanism (310), a second transmission mechanism (320) and a mechanical clamp (330) connected to the second transmission mechanism (320). The first transmission mechanism (310) can drive the mechanical clamp (330) to open or close so as to clamp or loosen the guide pin (20), and the second transmission mechanism (320) can drive the mechanical clamp (330) to rotate and translate so as to send the guide pin (20) to the next process. Therefore, compared with the traditional structure, the upper guide pin device (10) has better flexibility, and the guide pin (20) can be sent to the next process after being rotated twice and translated once, so that the positioning accuracy of the guide pin (20) is effectively improved, and the possibility of misalignment of the guide pin (20) and the foil and the defective rate of products are reduced.
