Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of preparing a conditioned cell culture medium using dermal fibroblasts, and a wound healing composition derived therefrom. More particularly, the method of preparing a conditioned cell culture medium, comprising the steps of: culturing dermal fibroblast cells in a serum-containing medium until confluence; and culturing the confluent dermal fibroblast cells in a serum-free fibroblast-specific medium comprising calcium salt until the medium contains fibroblast secreted proteins of fibronectin, collagen alpha chain, serum albumin, decorin, pentraxin-related protein PTX3, microfibril-associated glycoprotein 4, complement factor D, extracellular matrix protein 1, metalloproteinase inhibitor 1, dermatopontin, Vitamin D-binding protein, integrin beta-like protein 1, insulin-like growth factor-binding protein, EGF-containing fibulin-like extracellular matrix protein, transforming growth factor-beta, integrin beta-like protein 1 and lactotransferrin.
