An expandable sheet comprising expandable vermiculite and inorganic fibers, wherein the inorganic fibers comprise first inorganic fibers having a silica content of 70 wt% or more, and second inorganic fibers having an average fiber diameter of 3.0 ?m or less and a silica content of 60 wt% or less.
