Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and system for distribution guidance based on video and voice. The method comprises: a network manager (10) parses a service order to obtain a construction order, and assigns construction order tasks (S100); an optical fiber distribution device (20) receives and manages the construction order tasks, and drives a video displaying unit and a voice playing unit to synchronously perform real-time displaying and voice prompting on a corresponding port state and order content according to the construction order (S200); perform an optical fiber jumping operation according to displayed content and a voice prompt, and return an operation result to the network manager (10) in the form of a receipt (S300). According to the present invention, a network manager (10) can directly communicate with an optical fiber distribution device (20), so that the optical fiber distribution device (20) can directly obtain information about a construction order from the network manager (10) and timely return a receipt to the network manager (10), thereby implementing real-time interaction with the network manager (10) and ensuring information synchronization and information consistency between the optical fiber distribution device (20) and the network manager (10). In addition, by synchronously displaying and playing prompts for optical fiber distribution and jumping by using a video displaying unit (22) and a voice playing unit (23), constructors can intuitively obtain port positioning information and jumping prompts, thereby reducing the error rate.
