Abstract

Provided is a transmission with which the axial dimension can be decreased. An end portion 38 of a secondary shaft 14 is formed with a hollow portion 39. The hollow portion 39 opens on the right side, and includes a cylindrical inner peripheral surface 40 disposed about the rotational axis line. Meanwhile, an end portion 41 of an output shaft 15 is formed in a columnar shape having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the inner peripheral surface 40. The end portion 41 is inserted into the hollow portion 39 and supported by a bearing 43 interposed between an outer peripheral surface 42 of the end portion 41 and the inner peripheral surface 40 of the hollow portion 39.
